jes, found this tutorial again, thanks for note lenght! with holding note and pushing rest. im trying to make kinda drone synth with max note lenth in full sequence
thank you man, noticed theres a lack of good in depth tutorials, usually its just no talking or topical information. Thank you, please keep on going, its greatly appreciated.
Does the monologue have a "step resolution" setting like the new Minilogue xd? Resolution sets the length of a measure, which I think means more notes per step. In the manual "1/16: A single step will be set to the length of a sixteenth note. 1/1: A single step will be set to the length of one measure". If the step is one measure than wouldn't you be able to have up to 16 sixteenth notes per step? I guess maybe the Minilogue XD has a different seq? It says its the monologue seq but maybe its just based on in?
Can you play the keys while the sequencer is playing or do the 2 interfere with each other because its monophonic? I had an idea of doing a simple version of The Terminator theme with the sequencer repeating noise hits for the harmony side while I manually play the melody.
Thanks for this. Very very helpful :) I watched it before getting my monologue and now I'm coming back to it for tutorials.

Can't do both, the sequencer is using the only voice
Way too fast and not well explained. Constantly having to go back and can’t understand what you’re doing
