    So gentle yet effective on my body.
    I have two bulging discs that irritates a certain nerves on my right leg (backside, hip, knee and foot) so I choose the stretches carefully and it helps in such a gentle way..

    I loved the attention to the legs in this video. I really felt a difference after this one. I feel even stronger and more balanced in my poses, especially warrior 3.

    Hi Tim! This is my second time this year doing yoga since last summer, I absolutely love your calm and encouraging style of teaching. over the last few years I've developed a strange weakness in my right ankle and foot and what I can only describe as an intense energy block in my upper thighs, pelvic, and bum area. This practice seems to have released all of the uncomfortable movement. My legs went from weak, stiff, and exhausted to open, flowing and clear feeling....thank you so much! For some reason the word chi popped into my head while watching 👀 you have a new subscriber!

    I liked how Warrior One was linked to Warrior Three through Parsvotanasana (If I’m remembering it right). It makes sense, but without stopping for parsvotanasana, I might not have seen the connection so clearly. I have a much better understanding of my hips, where they are, and where they should be through your teaching. So many thanks!

    Great hip stretch today. I especially liked your instruction on the warrior 3 pose. Using the block, great tip. This was a needed post run stretch session. So enjoy the tree pose too. Finding that my hips are much looser now and I can bring my foot up into side of thigh now since using your videos and practicing. Thanks Tim 👍

    Love the way this new series ties into the strengthening poses/series. So honest and true to the strength needed and developed to enhance the yoga poses (asanas).

    Tim, Great video. I have a favor to ask-I keep recommending your channel and your videos to friends who would be absolute beginners. I noticed today that you used mostly the yoga terminology for some of the seated positions and my favor is to ask you to continue to also use the descriptive words in your videos such as “seated legs wide apart.“ Thanks so much and appreciate all you do for us yogis.

    I like all your videos is amazing how easy you guide through all the movements!! Thanks !! What do you recommend on doing Hatha Yoga on empty stomach?? There is a lot of information and is bit confusing if we should practice yoga as the asana practice and for long periods in a complete fasted state like just after waking up or after waiting 2 hours after eating. Thanks :)

      Hi Natalia! It depends, there is a lot of information out there like you said and the best thing to do is listen to your body. A light breakfast a few hours before practice is my go-to :)

    I observed that i have to pay attention to the symmetry of poses done on each side and in the same time not to force a weaker side just like in the low lunge quad strerch in this one.

    I have done two movement session already feeling stabilise core therefore able to balance here on tree and balance. Really appreciate. One question in quad stretch in lunge is front knee supposed to stay where it was or is it ok if it opens to the side?

    It was a great class but the title was misleading. There was one pose that was actually a deep stretch. I would say this class more focuses on strength than stretch. Still a great class, just not what the title promised.

    hello Tim thanks for this workout, it feels so good to do the 1 hour total body workout! however I wanted to know why the ua-cam.com/video/qp3tWtSxkaY/v-deo.html is so focused on legs and glutes.

      Hey Iuri! Great question :) The video is so focused on legs and gluten because so many people who practice vinyasa yoga really lack stability and control in their legs because of all the focus of upper body in vinyasa flow yoga. This video is meant to be a compliment to your yoga practice.
