@@ransaladarmasiri6616the video description says 2x4kg :) but you should use whatever weight you can, which could mean having different weights of dumbbells to switch to when you get tired. for example if you are able to start with 5kg but have 2.5kg to help you if you get tired or cannot do a certain exercise with the heavier set.

What a great and complete workout. I did it yesterday for the first time, now I finished my second day. Planning on doing it 5 days a week. . . will let you know. in this heat is not easy -for me- to be consistent. Please women out there wish me luck. August 7, 2024

very effective workout! I was sweating like crazy. I had done a hiit workout and didn’t feel like doing a long workout, this short one was fantastic!!

I strengthen my back by giving my sister a piggyback ride, like in shallow water, beach, or poolside. It's fun!

Day 1: I'm only using a 2kg dumbbell because I'm just starting out. Didn't feel much of a burn on my arms, and practically none at all in my back which leads to me to question if my posture is wrong. I also usually walk on the treadmill and burn at least 250kcal. (I wasn't feeling it today so I didn't go but usually I'm quite consistent)
Day 2: Same as yesterday. I will be adding another hourglass workout from today onwards.
