I sympathize for the okeefe family if they in fact really do believe Karen is guilty of this crime- because their grief and contempt for Karen is understandable to a degree. However I hope that John okeefa brother is only pretending to believe and now gotten close to the Albert and McCabe clans to help further gather dirt or intelligence into what happened to John okeef.
I was initially shocked to see the brother of John sitting next to Chris Albert during trial, even moreso hearing his recent Interview he gave after mistrial announced and defending the Albert family.
I’m watching The Chosen and at one point a Roman officer kills an innocent citizen, the sentence was knocking him down one rank. I couldn’t help but draw a parallel to this case.

@@nict6549 Turtle Boy talked about how on the last day of deliberations (before the jury went out to discuss the verdict) 3 jury members were taken out & replaced with alternates. He said 2 definitely seemed more shocked with Proctor's slurs & sexual remarks in his texts during the trial, & by their body language leaned towards 'not guilty' for Karen. The Police are in charge of the jury - so they have access to their notes & can listen in on certain discussions. The very Police (accused of corruption in this trial ) brought an allegation against 1 woman juror that 1 month before the trial began she was overheard in a bar saying that she thought Karen was innocent. The woman denied this & was visibly annoyed after vigilantly sitting through weeks of trial to then be chucked out. The nasty thing is the Police do not have to prove their allegation or that their witness was telling the truth about the juror. The Police also had the start of the trial to bring this allegation but they saved it for verdict day. Aunty Bev did not question the timing & allowed this jury upheaval. Note - there's a number of 'alternates' as jury members who watch the whole trial behind closed doors. Their body language was also watched by Police.
Was the jury 'tampered' with? Yes - if Police can watch body language & see notes - then they can weed out jurors unfavourable to them. If left to the original jurors they could've reached a unanimous vote. Aunty Bev runs a shoddy, dodgy ship.

If that hair was stuck on her car for the long drive in a snow storm it wouldn’t of came off so easily. Planted just like the taillight Proctor planted this evidence to try and prove his case. It was about 6.10 a.m., Read was in the middle of the back seat, leaning through between the front seats & squawking at both women then leaning back & texting, the whole time on the way to Fairview. Kerry didn't know where the house was & was struggling to see through the windscreen, her & Jen were looking front & either side for John, maybe walking home. Jen said, my sister's is just up here. Suddenly Read screams, "there he is let me out this fking car". Kerry stopped immediately & could see nothing, nor could Jen. The back doors automatically locked when the car went into drive. Read started kicking the back door with both boots. She then ran straight to a mound of snow. JO's body was completely covered with snow, at least 4-6 inches yet she not only saw a body there, she knew it was John. Pitch black outside still, no streetlights at that end, body at far end of someone's front yard near a stand of trees, about 6-8 feet back from the edge of the road, middle of a blizzard "there he is". The only time she had been to that street & house was after the Waterfall in the middle of the night when it had started to snow & she was driving drunk. Jen & Kerry later found out that just as the car approached the house, Read called John's phone & left that running when she got out the car, to record her feigned hysteria. When she got to the body, she straddled an unconscious, but she Knew, a deceased man, lifted his shirt up & lay down fully down on his chest. This was her first 'lifesaving effort'. Kerry ran to there, unburied his head, brushed snow off his face then saw it was her long term beloved friend John & told Jen to call 911. Kerry started chest compressions & had Read do mouth to mouth. Kerry never stopped til the EMTs arrived. Read kept getting up & running around to scream. In one of her TV interviews for the camera "I was trying to save his life & I was the Only one trying to save his life". Of course, due to the investigation & after her being charged, a trial upcoming, not one person involved from any stage & or Any witness could Ever speak up.
Back at the very beginning - Yanetti on the courthouse steps - "it was an accident, she didn't mean to hit him, she loved him". After she had been arraigned, Yanetti on the courthouse steps - "this was a tragic accident, my client had no criminal intent". She did a TV interview - "if he was incapacitated, I didn't know". She then had a better plan in mind & when also charged with 2nd degree murder, suddenly it was Brian Albert & a 17 year old kid who 'pulverised' John & all the cops were in on the 'joke'.
On the afternoon of the 29th, she spoke to 2 homicide investigators for a short time at her parent's house & they were present for that chat. She was 40 years old. LOL. She told the cops that she pulled up in the driveway of the Albert's house, John got out & she watched him walk down the driveway & when he was at the door, she looked down at her phone & when she looked up he was gone. Obviously this was the New story that her parents helped her cock up. Her story before to Jen was that she was so drunk the night before, the last thing she remembered was being with John at the Waterfall. This was her subterfuge to drive past the Waterfall after she had deliberately banged into John's car trying to cover up when & where the taillight was broken as his ring camera showed. The authentic video of that shows the piece missing. After she drove past that bar that she knew full well would not be open, she drove to Fairview. She called Kerry for the 2nd time "John's dead, I think he might've been hit by a plough". She wanted to leave her car at Kerry's house. Jen had woken up properly when next convo with Read & she told her that she had seen her car at the front of her sister's house, "no, you & John were at the front of my sister's house". Jen later made note of & related to the cops, the text messaging to John telling him to have Read park behind her car in the driveway. She kept waiting for them to come inside & kept texting John. Read's car moved two times til it was just past the line of trees, basically in front of the neighbour's house. But, for the cops on the 29th, she dropped John in the driveway & left to drive back to his house. The testimony from 3 people who had been behind Read's car from the stop sign & into Fairview & still behind her car when she pulled up right in Front of the house. Julia had gone out to speak to her brother, she also saw Read's car there as did Brian Jr when he had been looking out the window earlier for the brother to arrive.
Kerry had been in her car waiting for Read to get to her house as arranged when another call had her drive to Jen's house. Due to the phone still running & Bluetooth, she could hear the convo & Read & Jen were talking about the broken taillight & Jen said the car couldn't be driven around like that looking for John so she would drive it back to Johns. Kerry then looked out her window & could see it broken & a hole but it had snow packed down on it as well as across the back. When Read was leaving John's driveway at 5.07 a.m., there was no snow on her car. Back at John's house they'd looked around for him & when leaving Read showed both women the broken taillight, pretending she didn't know when that happened. Read had already deleted the ring camera video from between 11.45 p.m. til 5.07 a.m. An officer went to Johns at 8.22 a.m., to check if the kids were there alone. His car was parked not far behind Read's car. The car's video captured the back of her car & the piece missing is clearly seen plus there's the still photo taken from that footage.
It came to be known that Read called her parent's phone two times after 1 a.m., no answer. She called again at about 4.30 a.m., then had a convo for x long.
When Jen had told Read that she saw her car at the front of the Alberts, Read knew the fake story about her & John at the Waterfall wasn't going to work & she knew both women had seen the broken taillight & started saying "did I hit hm, could I have hit him". They just thought John had passed out drunk at someone's house. At the scene with the EMT's present & having a guilt phase again for a few moments "I hit him, I hit him, I hit him", then, "it was my fault". She kept asking "is he dead". Not, is he going to be alright while the EMTs were trying to save him. He was taken to hospital.
Kerry left to pick up John's parents & Read was in the car texting. Kerry received a call & a cop told her to drive back to Fairview because Read had told her mother, she was going to kill herself. Another ambulance had to be called & she was taken to the same hospital for an assessment. When Read's mother called again, Kerry took the phone & told her that John wasn't dead & he was on the way to the hospital. The mother told Kerry to make sure Read didn't have her purse because of the medication in that. Read texted a friend that John was dead & then another text, that 'they' found him at 5 a.m.
Read was being assessed at hospital & blood was drawn, the results later known, over the limit. She was there so long because of the psyche evaluation & it was early afternoon when her brother & parents got there to take her to their house in Dighton. The blizzard was at it's worst then but she made them take her all the way back to Canton. She'd told Paul that she wanted to speak to the kids. Her & her father went inside, she barely said a word to the kids & told Paul, "I'll just remember the bad times" & her & her father went upstairs about 15 minutes & they both walked out. The footage of her showing Jen & Kerry the broken taillight, was deleted.
The ring camera footage shows her brother around her car at the passenger side & when he went towards the back he veered off right away from that taillight & then went to the other one & brushed some snow off then a bit more off the car & he got in the driver's side. Of course, the light bulb was still working inside the cavity & no doubt he was worried about the wires from the broken component & what he would think was electricity whether car turned on or not, might hit wet snow.
The cops seized her phone & car that afternoon & she refused to give them the password, ever. When the car is being driven onto the tow truck, the white glow from the light bulb in the cavity can be seen because of the big piece missing there though the whole lot missing could not be seen by the trooper because of the snow packed down on it again.
Read refused to ever go to the PD for an interview yet she was the last person to see her long term boyfriend, who she said, she loved.
An LA Lawyer saw big Dollar signs & a whole new story of what happened to Officer John O'Keefe was born then Karen Read spent 1 million on a PR campaign & a Turtleboy blogger came on board for the ride.
68 people for the CW spoke on the stand for what was a very long trial. Karen Read is the Only person involved who did Not. Instead, she sat there smiling, smirking, laughing, all the way through to the very end.
10 jurors found her Guilty of all 3 charges, the CW will see the big smile wiped straight off her drake face Next Time.

Even before John was pronounced dead at the hospital, Read had Changed her story Three times as well as her Fake threat to kill herself. That’s the reason Why another ambulance had to be called, to take her for an assessment to the hospital due to her Mother contacting police about that when Kerry was racing to pick up John’s parents to take them to see their Son but because of friggin Read, Kerry had to drive back to Fairview first to take Her back there. The results of the blood test for alcohol at the hospital, retard over the limit.
The marks on John’s arm were Abrasions caused by the blunt force of broken plastic edges & ends when his arm basically went part into the cavity of the taillight with Lots of pieces being Forced into breakage. Lots of tiny bits plus bits of glass were in his Clothes. And BTW - since when do dogs have top teeth Only. LOL. Then there’s the Fact that there was No BLOOD. Her lawyer faked up the enhanced photo of his arm for part of their Marketing Ploy. She spent 1 million dollars on her PR campaign. Not everyone gulped down the Kool Aid lovey.

For the conspiracy theory to be viable, Brian Jrs female friends who were present, would obviously have to be in on the cover up as well & so, would have had to have kept that secret all this time. Not drinking and it was not a blizzard until much later. These injuries were not caused by the Lexus and the damages on the Lexus were not caused by this human being. You can't fix wholes that were not secured to give a thorough investigation or a fair trial. No one witness was interrogated in a proper interrogation room that would have videotaped them. You can't get that back ever. No photos and logs of evidence. You can't get that back. You need to realize the defense has an opportunity as well. To get more data and have more witnesses called and get more DNA tests and find out who else's blood was on John's clothes.

This trial and this non-investigation were a shame for a modern democratic country, an insult to decency and human dignity, and most importantly a total lack of respect for the victim's family.
Okay so even if he was hit by the car, how do you explain the claw gashes on the arms, and the cuts to the face.. those are really blunt force injuries? No. Its clear the tail light was damaged from her backing her car in the parking lot into the other SUV. It shows on the video the impact on that back right side. No bruises, no blood on the car tail light just a hair? Weird. But then again its like easy to think she ran him over if he was cheating on her, and she was in this rage, but then the defense arguments sound somewhat plausible as well, with the German shepherd attacking him. And possible cover up. The injuries look more like the defense arguments - dog and altercation with someone else. Then this begs the question, if she was framed to look like she killed him, why would the police or anyone else want him killed? If they wanted him alive, obviously he would be alive. So they wanted him dead, and they wanted someone else to be seen to do it. Both of these reasons must be answered.

It was about 6.10 a.m., Read was in the middle of the back seat, leaning through between the front seats & squawking at both women then leaning back & texting, the whole time on the way to Fairview. Kerry didn't know where the house was & was struggling to see through the windscreen, her & Jen were looking front & either side for John, maybe walking home. Jen said, my sister's house is just up here. Suddenly Read screams, "there he is, let me out this fking car". Kerry stopped immediately & could see nothing, nor could Jen. The back doors automatically locked when the car went into drive. Read started kicking the back door with both boots. She then ran straight to a mound of snow. JO's body was completely covered with snow, at least 4-6 inches yet she not only saw a body there, she knew it was John. Pitch black outside still, no streetlights at that end, body at far end of someone's front yard near a stand of trees, about 6-8 feet back from the edge of the road, middle of a blizzard "there he is". The only time she had been to that street & house was after the Waterfall in the middle of the night when it had started to snow & she was driving drunk. Jen & Kerry later found out that just as the car approached the house, Read called John's phone & left that running when she got out the car, to record her feigned hysteria. When she got to the body, she straddled an unconscious, but she Knew, a deceased man, lifted his shirt up & lay fully down on his chest. This was her first 'lifesaving effort'. Kerry ran to there, unburied his head, brushed snow off his face then saw it was her long term beloved friend John & told Jen to call 911. Kerry started chest compressions & had Read do mouth to mouth. Kerry never stopped til the EMTs arrived. Read kept getting up & running around to scream. In one of her TV interviews for the camera "I was trying to save his life & I was the Only one trying to save his life". Of course, due to the investigation & after her being charged, a trial upcoming, not one person involved from any stage & or Any witness could Ever speak up.
Back at the very beginning - Yanetti on the courthouse steps - "it was an accident, she didn't mean to hit him, she loved him". After she had been arraigned, Yanetti on the courthouse steps - "this was a tragic accident, my client had no criminal intent". She did a TV interview - "if he was incapacitated, I didn't know". She then had a better plan in mind & when also charged with 2nd degree murder, suddenly it was Brian Albert & a 17 year old kid who 'pulverised' John & all the cops were in on the 'joke'. And that is Exactly what she turned the killing of this man into.
On the afternoon of the 29th, she spoke to 2 homicide investigators for a short time at her parent's house & they were present for that chat. She was 40 years old. LOL. She told the cops that she pulled up in the driveway of the Albert's house, John got out & she watched him walk down the driveway & when he was at the door, she looked down at her phone & when she looked up he was gone. Obviously this was the New story that her parents helped her cock up. Her story before to Jen was that she was so drunk the night before, the last thing she remembered was being with John at the Waterfall. This was her subterfuge to drive past the Waterfall after she had deliberately banged into John's car trying to cover up when & where the taillight was broken as his ring camera showed. The authentic video of that shows the piece missing. After she drove past that bar that she knew full well would not be open, she drove to Fairview. She called Kerry for the 2nd time "John's dead, I think he might've been hit by a plough". She wanted to leave her car at Kerry's house. Jen had woken up properly when next convo with Read & she told her that she had seen her car at the front of her sister's house, "no, you & John were at the front of my sister's house". Jen later made note of & related to the cops, the text messaging to John telling him to have Read park behind her car in the driveway. She kept waiting for them to come inside & kept texting John. Read's car moved two times til it was just past the line of trees, basically in front of the neighbour's house. But, for the cops on the 29th, she dropped John in the driveway & left to drive back to his house. The testimony from 3 people who had been behind Read's car from the stop sign & into Fairview & still behind her car when she pulled up right in Front of the house. Julia had gone out to speak to her brother, she also saw Read's car there as did Brian Jr when he had been looking out the window earlier for the brother to arrive.
Kerry had been in her car waiting for Read to get to her house as arranged when another call had her drive to Jen's house. Due to the phone still running & Bluetooth, she could hear the convo & Read & Jen were talking about the broken taillight & Jen said the car couldn't be driven around like that looking for John so she would drive it back to Johns. Kerry then looked out her window & could see it broken & a hole but it had snow packed down on it as well as across the back. When Read was leaving John's driveway at 5.07 a.m., there was no snow on her car. Back at John's house they'd looked around for him & when leaving Read showed both women the broken taillight, pretending she didn't know when that happened. Read had already deleted the ring camera video from between 11.45 p.m. til 5.07 a.m.
An officer went to Johns at 8.22 a.m., to check if the kids were there alone. His car was parked not far behind Read's car. The car's video captured the back of her car & the piece missing is clearly seen plus there's the still photo taken from that footage.
It came to be known that Read called her parent's phone two times after 1 a.m., no answer. She called again at about 4.30 a.m., then had a convo for x long.
When Jen had told Read that she saw her car at the front of the Alberts, Read knew the fake story about her & John at the Waterfall wasn't going to work & she knew both women had seen the broken taillight & started saying "did I hit hm, could I have hit him". They just thought John had passed out drunk at someone's house. At the scene with the EMT's present & having a guilt phase again for a few moments "I hit him, I hit him, I hit him", then, "it was my fault". She kept asking "is he dead". Not, is he going to be alright while the EMTs were trying to save him. He was taken to hospital.
Kerry left to pick up John's parents & Read was in the car texting. Kerry received a call & a cop told her to drive back to Fairview because Read had told her mother, she was going to kill herself. Another ambulance had to be called & she was taken to the same hospital for an assessment. When Read's mother called again, Kerry took the phone & told her that John wasn't dead & he was on the way to the hospital. The mother told Kerry to make sure Read didn't have her purse because of the medication in that. Read texted a friend that John was dead & then another text, that 'they' found him at 5 a.m.
Read was being assessed at hospital & blood was drawn, the results later known, over the limit. She was there so long because of the psyche evaluation & it was early afternoon when her brother & parents got there to take her to their house in Dighton. The blizzard was at it's worst then but she made them take her all the way back to Canton first. She told Paul that she wanted to speak to the kids. Her & her father went inside, she barely said a word to the kids & her & her father both went upstairs for about 15 minutes & they both walked out. The footage of her showing Jen & Kerry the broken taillight, was deleted.
The ring camera footage shows her brother around her car at the passenger side & when he went towards the back he veered off right away from that taillight & then went to the other one & brushed some snow off then a bit more off the car & he got in the driver's side. Of course, the light bulb was still working inside the cavity & no doubt he was worried about the wires from the broken component & what he would think was electricity whether car turned on or not, might hit wet snow. Her whole Family were/Are in cahoots to cover up that the piece WAS MISSING before that car went anywhere near the sally port.
The CCTV camera at her parent's house shows that when her & her father arrive there they both get out the car & go Straight to that taillight. LOL. Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200, Go Straight To Jail you Karen friggin Read.
The cops seized her phone & car that afternoon & she refused to give them the password, ever. When the car is being driven onto the tow truck, the white glow from the light bulb in the cavity can be seen because of the big piece missing there though the whole lot missing could not be seen by the trooper because of the snow packed down on it again.
Read refused to ever go to the PD for an interview to help with the police enquiries yet she was the last person to see her long term boyfriend, who she said, she loved. An LA Lawyer saw big Dollar signs & a whole new story of what happened to Officer John O'Keefe was born then Karen Read spent 1 million on a PR campaign & a Turtleboy blogger came on board for the ride.
68 people for the CW spoke on the stand for what was a very long trial. Karen Read is the Only person involved who did Not. Instead, she sat there smiling, smirking, laughing, all the way through to the very end.
