It depends on what you'll be doing with your truck. if you are going to be going off road quite a bit then I think the Pro4x is definitely what you want if you can swing the price. Just remember you are never going to regret having nicer shots and you’re never going to regret having a rear locker.

I’ve had quotes that range from $250-$650. Definitely depends on where you live. I had this done for $350
@@4wdAdventurz thank you!
I want this. Looks clean and its fun. But am also considering a ranger or a Colorado.
The Nissan has been solid so far. The new Colorado’s look nice too
got the lasfit and installed them just today. will drive later and see. like the Firestones. Off next week so I will try to get the RC 2.5 on as well (its sitting in a box staring at me). You got seat covers? Any suggestions?
I don’t! If you find some that are worth a shit let me know. I’m definitely in need of some.
Do the base model 4x4 trucks come with ABLS?
Yes
Those lights look fantastic. How's the visibility at night with them? For those of us who have to strain to see when it gets dark.
Honestly, the nighttime visibility is wonderful. However, when you engage the brights, it is a barely noticeable difference.
@@4wdAdventurz I like the sounds of that. Nice
2nd Gen Frontier will go down as one of the best trucky trucks. This.... Well I'm sure it would be a good 7 year truck @ $26,000
Why you think that? They are essentially the same truck...
@@4wdAdventurz Nissan transmissions dude. 9 speeds, 9 things to go wrong. And that engine is going to struggle to 150k. Just keep up on the maintenance, especially transmission fluid.
5:27 yes. I too do that in traffic.
Did you have to get camber bolts installed to get the alignment
Nope
My shifter has had that movement since new
Personally run the Firestones on a Surburban hunting rig, absolutely fantastic snow and mud tire, great on those back country elk hunts.
Yes sir! I literally have 0 complaints with the tire when it’s off road. Idk if I’ll ever switch.
@@4wdAdventurz lol iv got 6 brand new ones tucked away in the barn, i like them so much I even got 2 new ones for my spares .. 🤣🤣
Finally a real review! 👍
Got mine yesterday
Wish they had a manual transmission option
Yeah those are becoming hard to find in any truck now
Nice looking rig.
Excuse me for asking, but I'm new to trucks and I'm interested in learning. How beneficial is it to have bilstein shocks and rear-locking differential matter? I might be wrong, but I think those are some accesories that come with the Pro-4x trim.
It depends on what you'll be doing with your truck. if you are going to be going off road quite a bit then I think the Pro4x is definitely what you want if you can swing the price. Just remember you are never going to regret having nicer shots and you’re never going to regret having a rear locker.
@4wdAdventurz thank you for your response. In the area where my family lives in Mexico, there are some sections where the dirt road is uneven due and are therefore a problem to navigate. Especially while and after raining.
Would the 4wd system of the S and SV trim be enough? That is my version of off-roading.
@@jorgecervantespartida8929 it probably would be adequate. But if you can swing the extra money for the pro4X I would.
Sweet truck, love it.❤
why didnt you get the pro4x?
I’m poor
Dont think the screen protector link is working. What was the deal? I will probably order one.
Hey Brian. Thanks for letting me know. I just adjusted the link. Let me know if that works. Thanks for watching!
@@4wdAdventurz Nope I dont see any discpounts added.
Which video is the one about the Billie bars / tent?

Did you remedy the sticking door latch?
What was causing it?
I didn't. It actually hasn't done it again since I shot this video 🤷🏼♂️
@@4wdAdventurzThank you.. ok, mine did it today bought it Friday 2024
Nice truck i been renting one for couple days now
Only down side it suck on gas
Yeah the mpg isn't amazing, especially when you start to mod it. If your main concern is mpg, I'd probably look elsewhere.
Don't have as many miles as yours, but I really enjoy my Pro-4X. I opted for the KO2s. Have a hard shell and winch mount ordered. Can't wait to get those on. I might get the "Decked" system next spring.
I want a winch mounted soon. KO2's are a great tire. Cant go wrong with those.
Got them, the winch, and a hard shell with a cargo basket. My first adventure is just a few weeks away.
Dude this truck looks SO FUCKING SICK bro!! Mad jealous. Would love one of these or older models but can't really afford to buy a newer truck currently
I just don't like the big front end that Nissan put on these newer Frontiers. I guess everybody else had done it so Nissan felt they had to do it as well.
I'll bet the door hanging problem is worse if the truck is sitting not level like on a slant or hill.
Honestly I haven't noticed. When I can find a hill I'll check. Being in FL, they are kinda hard to come by 😂
Nice truck , good job !
Thanks Clint!
Yes. The stock s trim halogens suck.
I upgraded mine with auxito led bulbs for the factory reflector buckets.
Great input on your truck. I'm waiting for the next Gen Tacoma before my next purchase, yet with rumors of a 4 cylinder only option for the Tacoma, I'll be definitely looking into buying the Frontier. V6 or bust. Lol. It's a Great looking truck, no doubt.
2024 taco has smaller engine
Thanks for watching Frank! I’m 90% sure the ‘24 yota will have a 4cyl. 😬 I might be wrong though.
@Florida Trucks & Travel lol, I hope you're wrong, but I believe you are 100% correct. All is good, Frontier here I go. 👍✌️
@Fawlous so sad, but thankfully, the Frontier will take its place then. 👍✌️
@@car-diologist I was thinking the same about the nissan frontier but their reliability is not very good. I will purchase the trd sport tacoma 2023 instead, last 3 gen
