@@Alflowill Not for sure. Don't assume if you don't 100% know. Rewatch it at .25 speed over and over. It's fast, so it looks like his elbow, but it's for sure his fist. He'd probably twist his body a bit more with the follow through if it was his elbow, because you don't really have the same flexibility or same angle.

@@KoiYakultGreenTea that wasn't an elbow hit (might seem like one but only due to filming angle), it was a perfect punch to the jaw (hit it perfectly on the lower side and the brain will juggle). that guy surely has some experience with boxing/thai/kick, it's also visible by how he prompted up guard.
@@KoiYakultGreenTeaTraining. It takes a lot of practice, upper body strength and muscle memory to get it right. Muscles have to contract from fist all the way to the legs in the right way. It looks like it comes from the elbow but much more is involved.

This guy is 100% trained in martial arts. He keeps eye contact while stepping into the attack, blocking with his elbow and preparing to counter with his right. This is not what your average person does, you need hundreds of hours of repetition to do it in an actual fight

@@Klongu_Da_Bongu Not true at all, If he's well trained or even just physically capable it's not hard to KO someone with only 100mm windup (around 4 inches). I am right handed and my left hook is by far my best punch. I was taught to box from when I was 2 though.
This threw from near his waist, there was a lot of space to wind up. He was fairly fast though and had some power, also very little overthrow which is why it looked like it wasn't as hard as it was. Mass times acceleration. This guy had some background in striking and anyone that does knows you rarely lead with your strongest hand typically. The way he shaped up he is an orthodox fighter for sure.
