സർ, എനിക്ക് വയസ്സ് 62. എന്റെ 25 -- വയസ്സിൽ തുടങ്ങിയ കഴുത്തു വേദന, അത് കൈ വിരലിൽ വരെ ഉണ്ടാകും. ഇപ്പോഴും അത് തുടരുന്നു. Docters നെ കാണിച്ചിരുന്നു nurve spesyalist.അവർ അതിനെ ഒരു രോഗമായി കണ്ടില്ല nri xray എടുത്തിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോഴും വേദനയുണ്ട്. മറുപടി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
നമസ്കാരം സർ,
എനിക്ക് ഒരു two weak മുൻപ്.. പെട്ടന്ന് തിരിഞ്ഞപ്പോ കഴുത്ത് ഉളുക്കി..2days നോക്കിയിട്ട് മാറാത്തതിനാൽ ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ കാണിച്ചു 2days വെച്ച് 4 ഇൻജെക്ഷൻ എടുത്തു.. Tablets ഉം കഴിച്ചു.. കഴുത്ത് വേദന കുറഞ്ഞെങ്കിലും ഈ പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ right hand ലേക്ക് ആ pain വന്നു.. കൈ ഭയങ്കര കടച്ചിൽ ആയിട്ട് ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാൻ പോലും കഴിയാത്ത അവസ്ഥ.. അങ്ങനെ വേറൊരു ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ കാണിച്ചു.. അങ്ങനെ ഭയങ്കരമായ കടച്ചിലും വേദനയിലും നല്ല ആശ്വാസം ഉണ്ടായി..but sir
2finger പെരുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പോലെ feel ചെയ്യുന്നു.. അതുപോലെ കൈക്ക് ഇടക്ക് ഒരു കടചിലും അനുഭവപ്പെടുന്നുണ്ട്... 🥺

എനിക്ക് പെർഫറൽ nueropathy ആയി ആദ്യം സ്പോൺഡിലോസിസ് കയ്യ് പെരുപ്പു, കാൽ വലിച്ച് വേദന , ശോഷിപ്പ് ഇപ്പോൾ shoulder pain ആയി. ayuvedha ചികിത്സ ചെയ്തു കുറഞ്ഞു. കൂടെ physio തെറാപ്പി ചെയ്തു. മെഡിസിൻ കഴിച്ചു കുറഞ്ഞു. മരുന്ന് മുടങ്ങാൻ പറ്റില്ല.എസ്എൻസിസ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ കുറയും മുടങ്ങാതെ ചെയ്യണം ചൂട് കൊടുക്കുമ്പോൾ നല്ല ആശ്വാസം കിട്ടും. Physiotherappy യും മസാജിങ്ങും ഒരുമിച്ചു ചെയ്യതാൽ നല്ലഗുണം ഉണ്ടാവുന്നു കുറേനാൾ. കൂടെ കൂടി ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കണം

Doctor pls reply enik 4 വർഷമായി l4 l5 disc herntation ആണ് mri report 6 മാസം മുമ്പ് എടുത്തത് L4-L5 dise shows asymmetric diffuse annular disc bulge with left paracentral disc extrusion and caudal migration for about 6 mm causing left lateral recess narrowing with compression of traversing nerve root (L5) on left side.
ഇപ്പോ എനിക്ക് വൃഷണത്തിൽ discomfort ഉം വെരിക്കോസിനും വരുന്നുണ്ട് ഞരമ്പ് തടിച്ചു വരുകയാണ് ഈ disc herntation കെണ്ട് ആയിരിക്കുമോ ? യൂറിൻ infection ആയിട് medicine എടുക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് vercosin കൂടിയത് disc herntation കൂടിയാൽ tescular vericos വരുമോ ?😢 വയസ് 25

Dr prescribed NueGaba MN tablet for a month. But I'm not able to go for physiotherapy. Is that medicine helpful? Do I need to try any other tablet? Please advise me.
