    Hash Browns 3 Ways
    Classic Hash Browns
    Ingredients:
    1 gold potato, washed, grated, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes, drain and rinse, dry with paper towels.
    ½ tsp. Salt
    2 tsp. Grassfed butter
    ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
    A few cracks of pepper
    1 Tbsp. Avocado oil
    Place the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. When oil is hot add the butter. Add the potato to the pan and spread it into an even layer. Season with salt, garlic powder and pepper. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until the potato turns a golden brown.
    Section the potato with a spatula to make it easier to flip over and cook the second side for another 4 minutes. Serve with other breakfast items like eggs and bacon and enjoy!
    Lower Carb Hash Browns
    Ingredients:
    12 oz. frozen cauliflower rice
    1 gold potato, washed, grated, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes, drain and rinse, dry with paper towels.
    ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
    1 large egg
    ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
    ¼ tsp. Salt
    Pepper
    ¼ cup onion, finely diced
    2 Tbsp. avocado oil
    Directions:
    Place the cauliflower in a frying pan over low heat. Cook until defrosted and warm. Place into a bowl lined with a clean thin towel. Pour the cauliflower into the towel and bring the sides of the towel together and twist the cauliflower/towel to squeeze out as much water as possible. Pour the cauliflower into a mixing bowl. Add the prepared potato and add all the ingredients to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
    Preheat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the avocado oil and get it hot. Place a scoop of mix in your hand and shape the mix into a patty about ½ inch thick. Place the patty onto the spatula and gently push the patty into the frying pan.
    Cook patties 5 to 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Place patties on a paper towel covered plate. Enjoy!
    Sweet Potato Hash Browns
    Ingredients:
    1 medium sweet potato, rinsed, peeled, grated, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes, drain and rinse, dry with paper towels.
    ½ tsp. Salt
    ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
    ¼ to ½ tsp. Chipotle chile powder
    1 Tbsp. Avocado oil
    Directions:
    Place the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato to the pan and spread it out into an even layer. Season with salt, garlic powder, and chipotle chile powder. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until the potato turns a golden brown.
    Section the potato with a spatula to make it easier to flip over and cook the second side for another 4 -5 minutes.

    I used to make hash browns every Sunday with breakfast. I stopped doing it because of major life changes, but thanks to this video, this makes me want to make it again.

    You have been giving me some really inspiring ideas! These all look delicious. I'm definitely a classic hashbrown fan but I'm most intrigued by the lower carb version. I have two bags of cauliflower rice in my freezer and have been running out of ideas on what to do with them. My kids like stir fry cauliflower rice but I've been eager to try something else. This will be perfect! Hash browns are a favorite in our house but I'm trying this new version next time. Hopefully this weekend. I'll let you know! And the potato ship joke made me chuckle. 😂 Thanks for this!

    Well Rockin Robin thank you for your secret recipes, and the salsa is a big hit for everyone I know that all love it, family friends pot lucks I do ad a few thing of my own, but for this video I'm a classic for sure but my wife loves sweet potatoes an the suggestion of a breakfast burrito is exactly what I was thinking before you said it, I'm definitely trying this recipe and you just scored me so many brownie points I can't say thank you enough,🫵🤌👍🇺🇲
