How beautiful! Here in the USA people are afraid to eat raw eggs, but since I have a farmer I trust I have come to love them! The soy sauce seems to change the egg some overnight? It looks firmer perhaps? I can’t wait to try this! 💕 💕💕💕

Thank you so much for your lovely comment! In the USA, it's understandable that people have concerns about eating raw eggs. It's great that you have a farmer you trust! Leaving the egg yolk in soy sauce for a longer time can result in a firmer texture and a richer flavor. Feel free to experiment with the soaking time to find the consistency that you prefer. I hope you enjoy trying this recipe! 💕💕💕💕
In addition to people like me who use just a small amount of soy sauce, there are also those who immerse the egg completely in a generous amount of soy sauce.I don't use much soy sauce because I feel it's a waste 😂
