Yes, but the great thing about any industry is you can be a brilliant producer and visionary and rely on your expert consultants and contractors to bring your vision to reality. Peter is passionate about film and photography. Those who are passionate are always learning and becoming better at what they do. A wise man knows there is always something new to learn. Keep sharing your passion Peter!

That tank ballistic tracking was like a super speed, super distance version of the water droplet photography. Aim the camera at a rotating mirror and leaving the camera still is brilliant. A laser speed trap check and the calculation for the rotating speed is some high powered, real-time data. The mirror rotation ramps up from the muzzle exit to it's fastest at 90 degrees to the projectile path, and then slows back down as it heads down range toward the target. I would like to see the impact at 12,000 fps! Amazing work.

That was one of the best selection yet! You know what I'm struck with in these clips? It's how creative humans are and that they execute on these ideas. In these crazy times, we're seeing humans pivot and adapt to find cures, create facemasks in a fashion factory, thinking laterally. Now if we use The Rona to wake up, engage (Captain Picard style) human creativity big time, we can have humanity without hunger & poverty, living in total harmony with the planet and lIving the coolest lives EVER!! And based on these clips and others like them, it could all be set into motion when someone shouts, ACTION! I mean, they're filming from a drone in a fight scene and the guy on the Segway should have a bloody medal for that move, WE CAN DO FREAKIN ANYTHING!!

But bigger cinema cameras usually don't have autofocus and require someone to manually focus every shot. Peter's RED camera doesn't have autofocus, so someone has to focus the lens, either manually or with a remote like in the you see in the clip.

Unsung heroes on those clips looked to be the AC pulling focus whilst running after segway steadcam guy and the lighting design on that 360 green screen music video, the lighting on the star makes all of the cgi feel legit

I recommend the ”vfx artist react” -series on Corridor Crew channel. They have a lot of experience on making vfx, they have the actual people who made the effects as their guest and they do recearch on the clips they are watching so they have a lot more to say than just ”wow that was so cool! Im blown away”
