    Thank you so much I looked at like five different videos before I got to your and you were the only one that answered my question. I wanted to know how to adjust the temp from high to low. Again thank you 😊

    Thank you so much for making this video. I wasn't sure what order to put my items in with my roast. Most of the other videos didn't show potatoes going in. I'm just now setting my Crock-Pot Express. I can't wait to eat this amazing pot roast.

    Thank you so much you cleared a doubt for me. The system determines eg. 1: 30 is 1 hr and 30 min or whether 1: 30 is 1 min and 30 sec based on the mode you select.

    Yummm thanks! Would I use the same cooking specs if I used less meat like 1 small roast instead of 2 like you?

    • @crockpotempire
      @crockpotempire  4 роки тому

      OutlawMustard22 Yes, I find that a 2-4 lb roast needs all of an hour but I like my mine super tender. Sometimes a 5-6 lb will need even more time. If you ever find that just put the lid back on and add 20 minutes. I also suggest a tip of putting the veggies in halfway but if you don’t feel like fooling with it they are still good!

    I suppose you could put a strip of foil folded over to make a lift to lift the meat out. I will try today with a roast chicken.

      Bernie C let me know how your chicken comes out and if your foil sling works! I just use tongs and it works with a little effort!

    Thank you for your video. You dont know how it is appreciated that you let us know exactly what buttons to push. The Crockpot can be a little daunting when you first start and to see such a confident demonstration of how to cook this roast is so helpful.

    Have the exact same model. I'm making the second roast of this week. My Crock-Pot goes into an error code if the pressure valve is closed coming at the lower pressure choice. Any idea why it's going into error mode?

    • @loganhorn6412
      @loganhorn6412 7 місяців тому

      Mine had an e6 error code pop up, I’m trying the solution on the website I shared, but I’m still testing so I don’t know for sure that it’s the best fix

    I made a roast in mine using the pressure cooker feature but it kept steaming all of the water out. What did I do wrong?

    • @bryanduchane2371
      @bryanduchane2371 7 місяців тому

      Same here, but in her video she sets the pressure control to not release and if the steam. How the damn thing doesn't go nuclear on me and my pups.... Ha. Im actually coming under right now and never used the settings she used in this video.... Guess we will soon find out if that setting creates our solves the problem you mentioned...

    I’m going to try this, how many pounds was your roast?

    • @GuardianAngelWings
      @GuardianAngelWings 3 роки тому

      Yeah, I had the same question, but never got an answer. It would really help to know - I've read some people had a dry unpleasant outcome, but I think it is because there is no specified amount of meat in the instructions. I bought a 2.24 lb. roast, and I'm waiting to find just the right amount of time that will slow cook but not dry out.

    • @crockpotempire
      @crockpotempire  Рік тому

      I'm so sorry you never got the answer, but recipes are on my blog with exact measurements and links to it are usually always listed in the description box. For this recipe, I always use a 3-4 lb roast, but it is foolproof with any weight close to that. Thanks!

    Too much crap! Add some real herbs and spices and be creative! Everyone is so lazy these days and just adds cans and packets of junk.
