If I don't stay on my earing course WOW I gain weight so easily, as we know weight is so darn easy to gain buts takes real determination to get off...You gave me some wonderful meal ideas, thank you.I really enjoy your channel.
I like the little bowl that had the orange segments in. That will be interesting to see how to maintain. You can really see the difference in your before and after picture. :)
Hi there. I really kept it quite low carb as I can’t eat a lot of starch and I’m gluten free. Most days were like SP days. Breakfast was fat free Greek yogurt and berries and melon with chia/ flax seed as my hexB, scrambled eggs or little ham omelettes. Lunch was salads and snacks were cheese ( hexA) and gluten free crackers. Dinners were lean meats with salads and roasted veggies and quinoa or small amounts of rice. I swapped potatoes and pasta for sweet potatoes and butternut squash and rice for cauliflower rice. I use fry light to cook with. Sweet Snacks were fruit, hifi bars and flavoured kvarg with a mini meringue and choc shot . I drink almond milk so can have around 400 ml as hexA ( I syn this as is so low in syns) I’m still sticking to these principles but now adding more olive oil and avocados and eating a little more low sugar Hope this helps. I’ll be updating my diet in a vlog soon 🥰

You know I think it’s from Flying Tiger 😊. Maintaining is always up and down, it would be perfect if we could just lose all and never gain it back 😄❤️
