Hi Samantha I am 66 and a new subscriber I am doing sw and like you I been off plan and eating everything! Was 19 1/2 stone lost 2 /12 stone and boom went spiraling downwards. Still going to group but can not get back on the plan and stay on it. I need to loose this weight but can not get my head right any tips. Enjoyed your real honest video
