30 Minute Lower Body Dumbbell Strength Workout [EMOM Style]

- Tap in with us for a 30 minute lower body strength training session! The format of this workout is EMOM style which stands for "every minute on the minute". We will designate a certain amount of reps before the start of each exercise and then once completed, the remaining time left within that minute of work is your rest period. We highly recommend challenging yourself with dumbbells that will challenge you enough for each exercise. We've included a workout guide within the video to help you modify the workout if needed.
This workout will target your quads, glutes, calves and hamstrings with 3 different groups of 3 exercises. Be sure to challenge yourself to increase weight or resistance over time and keep track of the weights you're using. Drop a comment and let us know how your workout went! 🔥

I’m a baby beginner to strength training, for context i started the workout using 12 lb dumbbells and dropped down to 10 at about the half way mark! It was hard but a good hard, I appreciate the challenge 🎉 though I took a moment to get myself together after it was over😅Thank you both!

Your videos are my go-to on rainy days when my PE classes need an indoor workout. The professional camera work and set up make it easy for students to follow. Thank you for your modest clothing you wear. I’ve passed by many videos that seemed interesting but the people on the screen were half dressed- which is a no go for me to put in front of students. You two are really appreciated.

Absolutely love this workout , do it 2x a week plus your 20mins lower body hiit workout , then 2x 10mins finishers . 2x upper body a week with your upper emom, and 3x 10mins finishers , and one day 5x 10mins finishers and abs to the beat , that’s my weekly workout and all with you 2 . This was an incredible workout! I would say I’m pretty fit and do these workouts several times a week as well as running etc, and this was very difficult for me! Could not even complete the video before my legs were jelly haha
