do not eat seed oils and the poison of processed foods with chemicals and sugar and flour is NOT good for you. 1 out of 3 will die from Alzheimers it is an epidemic just like heart and diabetes. Being nice is good but hard to do when you have alzheimers

My grandmother lived to 105, her older sister to 109.....they were amazing women who always smiled and had a positive outlook on everything. Between them, they buried 5 husbands!

This video sounds like a commercial for Raisin Bran cereal and prune juice. But I think her longevity is due to keeping active, taking naps, keeping busy, and moving around.
My neighbour did not eat any of the things which she eats. She only managed to reach 104 and a half. Her mother died at 52, her father at 45 . Her mother's mother only lived to 96. Her favourite
energy food was vodka. In old time Ukraine people did not eat packets of chip potatoes, cream cakes, Biscuits, ice-cream, lollies or lots of baked potatoes or fries. my neighbour did not do any of the things that the doctor claims to do. Her old age is probably just an inherited condition. My neighbour or her grandmother never had any plans. they just went day to day. Her story is good for her yet won't apply to many others.

Yes! Vodka seems to be the secret. My great gran died healthy at 114. Never got sick. Never slowed down. In Ukraine, they grew their own food and had almost nothing else to eat. No pesticides back then, so it was all rich soil and organic. Protein food were eggs, occasional chicken, some rabbit. Tons of oniobs, cabbage, beets, carrots, and yams. Dandelion greens in season. Always moving/working in order to survive. Always happy. A very fun, silly person who loved to dance.

Chocolate's good for u/sugar is NOT. I often add organic cocoa powder to my protein shakes. Also beet powder...it hides well in smoothies and keeps blood vessels young and flexible.@@gayledunlop6379

Yes my parents ate all fresh veg and fruit,no fatty meats,not much sweet food in their diet and I loss both of them at 77 years old. My husbands parents ate fish chips,greasy foods heaps of sugary foods,no veg no fruit,smoked and lived well into their eighties,so where’s the answer to that so there is definitely no secret to our living long or short well said riccilltson.

Drinking water just flushing out electrolytes. There should be always pinch of Celtic salt, containing 101 minerals, actualy keeping level of electrolytes steady an preserving hydration in the body.

This Doctor needs to be cloned and put into EVERY medical school to re-educate doctors with correct information about HEALTH. The mind and will play a huge part in continuity of life in old age. These are deep areas that doctors can do little or nothing about, in supporting ongoing life. The very first statement I make about this subject is "Throw away your birth certificate." In other words do not dwell on `age encourages withdrawal from life`. Too many people allow `age` to govern their lives - rather than using life to govern their age!

Sounds like an informercial for raisin bran. Since it's made from wheat, heavily sprayed with glycosphate,, it is hardly a healthy breakfast. People who are older had the benefit of growing up without junk food.

This lady is amazing. She knows what to do to remain healthy. She must have tremendous discipline. The rule for eating is 80/20. Eat healthy 80 per cent. Not so healthy 20 per cent. People eat junk nowadays. That’s why they don’t live long and have so many health problems

Im highly allergic to many grains...but fiber is trully important. I eat prunes daily and stay hydrated. Im glad to eat fresh fruit and veggies Im 76 and really get around
Her wisdom as a doctor who treats the body as a whole is a key to health and survival.
Western medicine has become so specialized that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Often people have to really keep tabs on their doctors, medicines and what each other are doing in order to stay alive. This young woman looks at the body as a whole which is more of ancient Chinese teaching. I truly believe in that and I thank God for her wisdom.

I'm a holistic health practitioner and I for breakfast will have sliced cucumber and I make a fresh vegetable simmered soup not boiled to boil out the nutrition just simmered...
For lunch I might have a avocado a banana and a half of a gluten-free sandwich
for dinner I might have a Caesar salad with gluten-free croutons and plenty of diced onion and either vegan cheese or Parmesan cheese

Never had brand cereal although I'm sure the popular ones are tainted. The brand is high protein vs the whole of the wheat which may trigger harsh digestion if one doesn't or has a hard time digesting the whole of wheat gluten products. Seems to be a low carb diet, not keto, which is very healthy for many body types.

Live longer or shorter we as humans can’t control. However, live happier or trying maintain healthier and living more meaningful we may have more choices for those things. Whatever we do, one day quickly over. Happily or not, one day also quickly over. Things will happen daily. Things also can be changed daily. Only efforts will be endlessly by own willingness, dealing, learning, correcting, doing better day by day. Patience, calmness, thoughtful, doing better things quickly, generosity forgiveness and kindness nature, maybe helpful for potentials of being happier, peaceful as harmony of the heart. Tomorrow will be another day. Listen, watch, learn, keep moving forward and around, even live longer or not, as happier as better, more meaningful as better. Wish others the best, happier and live longer, the whole world will be more peaceful and harmonious ways. Large circle comes with massive small dots. Pulsating small dots may affect peace efforts of large circle. It just as we each individuals, if every of our body parts can maintain ok, we will be able to live longer and healthier through our brain powers to learn more to understand more and do better day by day.
