  • A simple recipe for sauerkraut

    Ingredients (per 1.5 liter jar):
    - white cabbage (one head/ in the video ≈ 1.8 kg);
    - carrots (one large / in the video ≈ 170 gr);
    - salt (2 tablespoons with a slide).
    IMPORTANT: cabbage should be fermented in liquid, so if the cabbage did not give juice, then feel free to add boiled water at room temperature so that the water slightly covers the cabbage.
