    Hi..i regularly practice with your yoga series since last two months..following all the instructions..but i am facing stiff back issues for few days..i was absolutely fine before this...pls tell how to get rid off this pain..should i continue practice or take a break.     Hi... I tried 2 asanas... Seated Forward Bend and Head to Knee Forward Bend but having practised it, I started having pain in my lower back on the first day itself... I have Osteogenesis Imperfecta ( symptoms ) due to lack of physical activity I've gained weight also having a bad posture n it affected my height also ( I was slim, tall n fit during childhood ). Can I continue this asana? Please do reply !!!
    I'm 23.

    Main abhi recently hi aapke videos dekhne lagi hu or kafi seekh rahi hu...aapse ek suggestion chahiye tha ki mujhe sciatica or cervical spondylitis ki problem h or back pain bhi rahta h to kya mujhe surya namskar karna chahiye ya nhi....m 38 yrs old n I have two children with cesarean deliveries. Plz guide me
