Thank you for watching. Y'all have a great weekend. I'm going to sleep now. EDITING videos ain't easy!! God Bless
Excellent! Aren't those engines interference? Were you concerned that the valves might have been damaged?
انت شخص محترف وأنا أشاهدك واتابع فيديوهاتك من فرنسا.
تحياتي لك
Keep pushing brother! Love smoking and watching your craft. Stay safe out there!
Mo cursing working on them car baby 🤬
Hola Ángel todos los trabajos de mecanica que tú ases en casa tienes un permiso especial o lo ases sin permiso allá en los Estados Unidos un saludo
Perfect example of having proper required tools for such an involved task/job. You did great work...
I haven't found anyone that can top or even match your videos, I learn so much watching your videos, they're very detailed and so clear, you are the man Angel. God bless you. 👍
I applaud you Angel for the jobs you do. Not because you're a mechanic but to have the task of watching Landon and Lara and to work in that hot Vegas heat.
كم انت خبير وصبور ونظيف ودقيق في عملك وكم اذكرك عندما أعمل في سيارتي حفظكم الله ورعاكم من كل سوء إن شاء الله الباري انت والعيال
I have a customer with the same truck and she took it a shop a they told her she needs a new motor great job and video.. I will be recording once I start on 3.3 motor
If her belt broke yeah she would need a engine swap but this guy was lucky in that the ribs on the belt broke and not the belt itself. Then again that shop could have been trying to work her over. Angel is an honest guy and save his customer thousands.
Brooooooo what an amazing tutorial, I can tell u it's the most complete video on youtube. I've seen like 15 different videos and none of them mention the little tricka like the position for the jiggle valve on the thermostat, the torque specs for the bolts on the water pump. I'm really glad to have found this video to change the timing belt in my Xterra. Thanks man!!!
So far you made this job look the easiest out of all the videos I saw. Doing this tomorrow on my 2000 Xterra this helps allot! You the man!
Yo this shit just saved me I wasn’t sure you could adjust the cams with the belt off or not you a real one for this!
I need a Angel as my neighbour !! you must have a strong back my friend well done and the kids are growing up so quick :)
You have the BEST HELP A DAD could ever want!!! Great video my Brother!!
Thanks to you I know a little more about timing marks, and replacing timing belts.
I just need to remember to slow down when doing it.
Thanks for your time and video showing us all
You are amazing what a huge job, love your humor and all of the bleeps, it’s hard to fix vehicles these days without bleeps LOL very good job sir
Thanks again for a absolutely wonderful video Angel. Sure been missing them. Wish there was a unbleeped version. Just love the all to day life sounds included. But you still make me smile. Keep up the nice work and hope to see more soon. God bless you an your family!
That is a BIG job to do in a driveway. You have my admiration. Timing belts were a bad concept for the American market. Americans will not spend money on maintenance if the vehicle is running fine. I bet the belt and components on this Nissan were the originals from the manufacturer.
I agree. This is why I have always bought vehicles with timing chains instead.
@@evan937 I own two 2000 Camrys with the 4 cylinder. In the world of timing belts this is an easy engine to work on. But it still took my old ass an entire day to do each. I did include oil pump seal and gasket as well as new camshaft seal and crankshaft seal. On each car they were all rock hard and leaking. Used Aisin made in Japan parts so hopefully I won't have to them again for a loooong time.
I subscribed once I heard you let your work do all the talking. Personally, I can't stand when people talk and dont work. Great Job and thumbs up 👍.
Great video. Ive watched many of your videos and alot have your kids in them. I had to pause the video because your little girl was like "ok, so what's wrong with this car?" i laughed for about a minute. So funny.
Your camera angles and the way you point things out is amazing!
Buen trabajo.maestro.angel.saludos.desde.indianapolis.indiana..god.blesyou.
Thank You, for the video. Big job in itself but to film at same time can't be easy. You do a great job with the camera work!
Awesome and comedic video. I loved how you showed how to put everything back in alignment. I would have shit myself if one of my cams ever “sprung” like that on me. :)
Thích chú này xem chú làm mãi
I see another auto repair technician in the making.
I'm always amazed at how you do a lot of the work with one hand.
Thank you for the video. I'm going to attempt same fix on my son's 2000 xterra as soon as parts come in. Best video on this problem I have found. Well done!
Hey Angel thanks again for the Nissan content, watching you perform this timing belt job on the Nissan Xterra now maybe I won't be so afraid to own a 3.3 with a timing belt. I'm the current owner of a 2001 Nissan R50 Pathfinder 3.5 5 Speed Manual 4X4. Also thanks again for the free flat head screwdriver. that tool comes in clutch. Chris from Las Vegas!
Thank you Angel, I learn a lot from you .
Thanks to your video I was able to fix my own 2000 Nissan xterra . Thank you so much for sharing your video 😊😊😊
GOOD JOB PARE!
I'm saving this video in my archives...and share with my other friends..wow...awesome tip..
Thank you, brother! That was both interesting to watch and fun as well! Great editing! Watch Learn Wrench Repeat! 👍
Outstanding video Angel!! So many of these little guys out there and the timing belt is a must maintenance item after so many miles
I laughed when camera fell in coolant, sorry. Enjoyed watching your struggles too. Great video as usual, keep them coming!
My belt looked EXACTLY like yours on my 2001 Nissan frontier desert runner 3.3 6 cylinder. To bad I thought it was the crankshaft sensor and distributor first. It was about time to replace it all anyway because I’m at 150,000 now. Thanks Angel!!!
I just had to subscribe to this channel because this dude is bad Ass!!!!!!!
By far the BEST on the net at from start to end! People...this is not easy, Mechanical and especially EDITING! Great job young man!!!!!!!!!
Thanks fix it angel. Im study now as a mechanic, and i learn more to you
Thank you for another great video. Your hard work helps myself and others. Thank you. GOD BLESS. 🤙
Que suerte has tenido. Se han salvado las culatas, pistones y bielas. Buen vídeo 👌
Lucky the belt ribs broke off and not the belt itself. Owner got really lucky.
Bro thank you, I have the exact same problem same xterra, your video gave me confedence
الله يسعدكم جميعاً
Thanks Angel for showing this great video your experience is greatly appreciated.
I just did the timing on my pathfinder (same engine) recently, and I struggled threading in the balancer puller too, lmao. Good stuff
Thank you so much for sharing the video. You are the best, Mr. Fix it Angel!
عمل جيد و رائع يا صاحبي
exactly what did happen to me when i changed my timing belt. unless you are doing the same thing always, you will struggle along the way.
but the satisfaction is tremendous.
God bless you brother chingon good job
Nice to see your BOSS helping you :))))
Love your vids very relaxing to watch
Thank you for your efforts 👍👍
Worked on a Nissan Pathfinder one head gasket i feel you brother it was frustrating 😡 lol took long but got the job done 👍✅
All ways watching from rizaluna Alicia isabela Cagayan valley Philippines God bless you brod
Good job in putting together this video. The only suggestion I would make would be to remove the radiator. It's so easy to do and will give you a lot more working room and you won't have to worry about smashing the cooling fins while you remove the front engine components.
Good job Angel
AWESOME JOB BRO!
Hi sir I'm very impressed with the way you did the job cambelt kit and waterpump really thorough and it's what i do as if you don't do it correctly then you could have bigger problems later on. godbless you and take care regards Tony.
Great video 👌🏼, I need to replace my fan clutch
Appreciate the upload angel 👍
Love your videos brorher.helps me alot...
Thanks Angel. You really don't have to censor the cussing. We don't have virgin ears and we understand. Unless you are being made to do so by UA-cam. In which case maybe you could do cutting out the audio instead of the beeping. But cursing is a sign of openness and raw frustration which we all can understand when working on these junkers.
Hafa. Used your Scion xB break video. It helped. Thanks.
My wife is from Machanao in Dedeo.
Graet job Angel ... GOD BLESS YOU END FAMILY
You a good man Angel. Thanks for good video to.
Ratchet wrong way was hilarious! I do the same thing lol love the channel dude. 🤙🏼
Great job brother.

Good work
i did this on a frontier last year i removed the fan shroud and radiator assembly as a whole ton of space !
Bro…thank you god I found this video this is about the only actually detailed video on this job. Saved my ass original timing belt on my old lady’s xterms broke today 195k miles it went😂
Disappointing thing to happen Eh? I'm a Tech and keep my 01 Xterra super tuned and just lost my timing belt at 200,347 miles. Yep, I overlooked changing it at it's mileage changing point. I haven't repaired mine yet but are worried about valve or piston damage. This video gives me the hope to just do the repair and turn the key.
@@davidparks6444 the way those motors are designed it’s rare for damage. If it turns over still it’s good. Job takes about a day it’s not too terrible the timing belt tensioner is the hardest/most aggravating part.
9:30 and 9:40 you very good with camera at this stage man.
glad to see you are back was wondering what happened to you since your last video.
Nice video 😊
You are the best
How angel you are wonderfully enjoyable, every time you upload videos, for me it is a great joy, I leave friends, I leave everything and with a coffee I enjoy you. Always be well, and you and your wonderful family. George from Corinth engineer chiego.
