Do you think the vaporflys good for sprinters ?
Let me know if you get a chance to run in the Endorphin pro 3, just purchased those for my fall marathon.
Great review, I can not run in the Alphafly V1 because I sink backwards... Vaporfly V2 is amazing but died after about 100 mile.. The Adidas Pro 3 is an amazing shoe but you need to keep the pace high or it kills my Achilles Tendon.. New Balance SC elite V3 is amazing for training.. It does not have the pop of the other Supershoes... I have wide feet so ON is out of the picture 😂..
Achilles issues have been a massive problem for elites using the super shoes a lot

Do you think the price of these shoes is worth it for a runner who runs a 4:00 - 4:15 marathon? Meaning, will I see a big enough improvement in time for spending twice the amount for these shoes as compared to my Brooks Ghost shoes that I now use for marathons?
Truly such a good question. The data says you will still see some improvement, but even more as we get faster. Do I think they are a must, nope!!
