Great video Ben, my wife has not been able to run for nearly 2 years due to a torn meniscus + covid killing the NHS queue but when she eventually gets back to in the invincible run seems like a good shout (do give us a long-term report on how your mom gets on with them please)

After beating my Parkrun PB 3 weeks in a row in Pegasus 39 I bought some Vaporflys (the sexy ekiden colour 😍) and smashed that 3rd PB in a row by 30 seconds! I'm pretending that justifies the price!! 🙈🤣🤣

Has Meg ever thought about open water swimming?? There’s the Trifarm in Boreham, there’s also a trail 1k running track around the lake 👀🏊🏽♀️
I’ll let her know but I think she’s only just getting comfortable with the leisure pool- maybe in a month or so though
