This is the reason why I believe this is the worst Star Wars show ever made. People complained about Obi Wan and Boba Fett, but those are Amazing shows compared to this nonsense.
At least Disney will fall with Star Wars and probably Marvel. Captain America is fighting Intelligencia in the new movie. Even after the She-Hulk writers destroyed them as an antagonist. It’s embarrassing.
Isn't funny how they're incapable of writing anything except for what they know.. It's a star wars movie, a sci-fi story YET they can only imagine them calling to schedule a appointment?? It's ridiculous how bland their world view is..
TBH... you shouldn't. Because even that was a farce. He didn't learn English. Find 1 interview he did that he speaks English about the acolyte with the rest of the cast... you wont... because he can't. He actually just learned to speak his lines. He can't speak English. But they needed all the extras they could pile on to make this sound like the achievement it wasn't.
Every interview you find him in alone or with the entire cast will have him speaking through an interpreter and he can not speak English. Just to make it clear... he learned the lines, he didn't even know what he was saying without translation. No learning of any kind took place. Anyone can do this.

The “twist” would’ve been more effective if literally either sides of the story was true. Either Mae framing the Jedi and getting their coven/ their mother to guilt and haunt Osha for wanting to leave OR Sol and the Jedi were actively trying to kidnap the two girls and murdered their coven and Sol thinking he killed Mae when she wouldn’t join them. I think the latter would be way more convincing and fed into the “theme” of the Jedi being the real enemies. Instead it’s a literal mix of them both making it way too confusing and contrived. The Jedi were wrong for…worrying about children being indoctrinated into a cult and killing a woman who looked like she was going to obliterate one of the literal children. But justifying Mae’s actions of…getting her entire coven killed because the Jedi were “invading” their home…💀
I think it comes down to reshoots/rewrites. I think the initial draft portrayed the jedi as purely corrupt/evil, and the sith as purely good. So when they rewrote them to be "both sides" a lot of lingering questions were left over
The only thing we got out of all this is the cottage industry of hilarious reviews this generated on UA-cam. Thank you for your service. We suffer together.
this channel has actually been one of my favorites because of the thoroughness and thoughtfulness in which he has documented this entire dumpster fire 20:51 this right here is one of the ridiculous kinds of WTF moments that epitomizes the writing of this show 38:23 this is also a damn good point about Sol simply needing to kill SmiloRen and show the Jedi all this damn proof and also his point at the end about how the green goblin’s cover-up makes no sense trying to pin everything on Sol, when he provably had alibis of being with other Jedi. AND MORE THAN ANYTHING, the morality of the show makes absolutely no sense that they went on this long journey so Sol would get his comeuppance, when literally he didn’t even do anything wrong and it was entirely a misunderstanding etc etc etc… so actually the twins are both psychopathic idiots sharing a delusion together 👏😂 and somehow this is a meaningful allegory for the show creator - former personal assistant to HarvyW… 🤔 um ok, I guess
Serious question, who are you supposed to be rooting for in this show? Everyone sucks. They're not even believable characters because they only do things to hit the plot points the writers want
Apparently, you're supposed to be rooting for the witches because they apparently were persecuted in some way, by someone, at some undefined point in their past. Also they're the counter culture with a culture that apparently consists entirely of sitting in this one building doing undefined dark magic and reciting really bad poetry while dancing in the moonlight. But they're open with their feelings so I guess it makes them morally superior to the Jedi. Also the twins despite neither having a coherent personality or motivation between them. Like a lot of bad fanfiction, the writer thinks that their focus character would automatically be loved as they represent something the author personally likes or identifies with.
37:12 - Sol's saber doesn't even touch the helmet. He turns it off then back on again knowing that's what Smilo-Ren was trying to do. Not trying to defend this dumpster fire btw.
He said the same thing when he was live a few days ago, and ppl in chat kept saying the samething Sol turned his saber off. He didn't acknowledge anyone saying this at the time.
What you can hear when Osha is killing Sol a obvious villain music. If was not obvious enough by the fact that she is killing a man that is not even fighting back, or any kind of threat to her, she is the villain. And the story somehow want to show this like she was doing something like a tragic justice or something ! What kinda of olympic level mental gymnastic these writters do in their mind to justify everything that these characters do ? 🤯🤯🤯
Um...because... Evil is good and the good guys are evil. Because thats smart and orginal and totally well thought out. ALSO this totally isnt a massive money laundering scheme. Its totally not that a way to funnel money into something for tax write offs and blah blah blah legal jourgen, blah blah blah bonus blah blah blah "clean" money.
The actual solution for Mae's sacrifice would have been her death at the hands of Osha. That would also be in line with typical Sith ideology and seperating oneself from ones past and weaknesses. And what could have happened here is to see Mae merge back with Osha since they are somehow the same person.
That shot confirms it, She didn't "bleed the crystal" the writers are absolute morons and made her bleed on the crystal because it was breaking through the hilt and cut her hand.
Conceptually 'bleeding' a saber is cool and interesting, (especially how the saber she bled belonged to the jedi she just killed) but apparently Osha is so evil the moment a drop of her blood touches the crystal it's corrupted.
@@yagamifire7861your saber is an extension of you, if you pour your hatred into it(bleed it), it becomes more dangerous. Your strikes have the weight of not only your physical strength, but the force and all the malice your lightsaber carries. Basically Jedi kryptonite, inciting fear and doubt.

30:30 Fencer here: Swinging your sword like that - through thin air - would, at least, have the effect of possibly confusing / distracting your enemy. In contrast, holding it steady would make it clear to your opponent from which direction / angle your first blow will come.
I will say in the saber and cortosis portion of the fight it looks like Sol disengages the saber before it touches the helmet as there is no spark or impact in those frames, which chalk it up to interesting choreography. The rest though YEESH
The wire work scene looks so garbage because you can clearly tell they are actually travelling in slow motion, it's not a regular motion scene slowed down. You can easily tell by looking at both of the characters' flowing robes. They both are just hanging down freely when they should be pressed against the wearer's body from the speed of the fall.
I think Mae throwing the saber away is supposed to remind us of RotJ when Luke thows his aside because he's now become a Jedi. Of course, the action is in the opposite context here because the writer is making the Mae "prophecy" come true. However the Thread can be used as a weapon so she's still using a weapon!
"You are not toys." This was a story about Jedi breaking up a trafficking ring from the very beginning and she wanted to make the Jedi look like the bad guys. Given her background, this makes PERFECT sense.
“It is over now Arthur.” - Disney Van Der Linde Also I just realized that even now after the finale the quote from Darth underbite when Sol asked what master hides their face, he said “you tell me” literally cryptic to be cryptic
Congratulations and thank you for another great video. Always something to look forward to. To add to your spot on observations - 1. Qmir should NOT have his helmet on Brendok as he isn't carrying it when they walk to his ship (odd) 2. What happened to Osha's room's door (that was metal) did it melt? 3. Where are all the bodies of the dead witches? 4. How did 8 year old Mae get off Brendok? (and I'm sure there's a ton more..) Keep up the great work!
Sol was the real bad guy because he didn’t let their mother use her super sinister looking ultimate move after being threatened by the cult of creepy witches
So, Green baldy frames her "dear old friend" Sol for all the murders, even though Sol wasn't on the same planet when Master Trinity was killed, and there were witnesses who saw May do it! The alien bartender ID's mop-head in the first episode! Sol was also with his Jedi team when Torbin drank the glow juice. How'd the framing even work?!🤨
@@BlitzinMackGaming....for fear of going back to rewatch episode and give this more view minutes... I am 99.9999% sure Vernestra said in more or less words that he "killed his accomplices" meaning the other 3 jedi on Brendock...its just another plothole upon the heaping pile.
@bjax1983 meaning all the other jedi on Brendock. Not just 3. That they killed the other jedi, and then sol killed his accomplices to tie up loose ends.
Holes. Ventilation holes. Holes in the wall to escape a fire. Praying to the hole. Triple poked holes into the promising Padawan. Looking into the hole of Sol's former saber to witness the kyber crystal and its bleeding later. Plot holes. Holes in explanations. When is a door not a door? When it's a hole. Gotta love holes.
Point to the lightsaber short sword, because in legends Luke created a short red lightsaber to go with his green that was used to combat the lightsaber whip of and enemy. So it does make sense for Qimir to have made that lightsaber double to combat his former master who wields a saber whip too! This show does right by lightsabers, not so much storytelling or the force itself.
If Shrek and Sol were such longtime friends how come he never recognized Q? Like in Ep 1, they exposition dumped how long and well they knew each other. He can't recognize him physically or through the force?? Maybe I'm just overthinking
exactly, the jedi order is not that big to not know of washed out member. everyone know osha and she was a jedi washout, someone near Qirim age should have known him
I don’t know about anyone else but the lightsaber fights in this show are just a breath of fresh air because they look like they’re actually trying to kill eachother. Unlike the sequels. But that’s it, everything else was an eye sore
35:05 RIGHT! Like when she throws herself onto her back, why would her opponent assume she'd be back on her feet a fraction of a second later? (The sweep kick does come pretty close, but she must be reading her opponent's mind a split-second too late)
The witches failed. Their intentions never were to make two incomplete beings. They would never have the power of Anakin. Osha had a vision of herself, and didn’t know it.???? They’re what would happen supposedly if you split one person into two. The witches also alluded to Order 66 to the Jedi. It’s ridiculous.
If Mae has her mindwiped all the way back to just after the incident, then Mae could still be used to clear Sol's name as she could still explain everything that happened, up to and including Sol striking out in defense of Mae who was being vaporized. Probably should've mindwiped her a little more thoroughly...whoopsie!
Thanks for the video review... When the Stranger went to hit Sol's saber blade with his helmet, Sol turned it off before the helmet could hit it... That way it wasn't disrupted, and he could turn it back on afterwards... It happens so fast that it's hard to tell, but when you slow it down you can see the blade turn off right before the helmet gets to it... What I find most frustrating about this whole episode, is how the writers, in an attempt to build up what they think is suspense, when Sol repeatedly fails to say exactly what happened, creates nothing but frustration, not actual suspense... Over and over again, every single time Sol is going to confess something of relevance, in all prior episodes, something/someone interrupts him, stops him, or he says nothing of importance just before he gets cucked from revealing anything... It creates frustration, and not the nice kind... It happens far too many times, and far to conveniently due to the bad writing, that it is not suspenseful, and it does not create any meaningful tension... It's just infuriating, frustrating, and a complete let down, in the worst way possible, especially when Sol gets killed without ever having the truth come out to anyone whatsoever... He could have told Mae with Qimir present, without Osha ever finding out, but at least then the truth, that is shown to the audience in episode 7, would be out there... Someone, beside the poor dead Sol, who is just going to be the scapegoat for everyone else, would at least be fully aware of what really happened... But no, he takes it to his grave, and we as the audience, get no real resolution, for all those moments Sol could never tell his side of the story... That is not suspense, because there is no resolution, ever... If the writers think, that doing all that, is how you build suspense, they need to go back to writing school, if they even have that kind of education at all, in the first place... I can understand they wanted it to look like Mae set Sol up, so Osha would learn what Sol killed their mother, perhaps without implicating herself (Mae) as a part of the whole mess, which obviously makes Mae a true villain (her character keeps flip flopping, between a redemption arc and guilty vengeful brat, just poorly written)... The whole memory wipe was such a cop out, because she knows most of the truth, but with the memory wipe she can keep Osha, or anyone else for that matter, from ever learning the actual truth... Again, just adding to the frustration... No matter what happens to Mae, she is at fault for her sister going evil, for all the witnesses dying, and for there ever being a reason to cover stuff up in the first place... She was the villain of the show, regardless how incompetent her character was the entire time... She just coasted through the movie, purely on blind luck and circumstance, due to contrived writing... All that being said, none of it makes this show any good, because the poor writing, directing, and acting was contrived, predictable, frustrating, lore breaking, spiteful, and riddled with unnecessary plot elements... The writers think they were writing a love story at the end, when it really is, just a frustrating hot mess...
"Sith eyes are typically yellow. Correct me if im wrong." Typically [most common], yes, they are yellow. However, there are two cases [that i know of] where they are red. Valen, daughter of Emperor Vitiate, showed red eyes in the Cinematic trailor for "Knights of the Od Republic" game. This very well could have been just a cinematic thing with no real meaning. The one other time that I know for a fact they are red is the books description of Darth Vader [in the Suit]. Yes, i am aware that Anakin/Vader's eyes were yellow when he was on Mustafar in ROTS Movie. However, in the Original Trilogies book, Vaders' eyes were said to be red. "How can you say they were red if he's wearing a mask?" Because thats what the Books description of Vader was. I didn't write it. Go ask the author. A faint hint of red could be made out from behind the mask.
28:40 in the books, Luke used Anakin's red crystal after A New Hope to make himself a red Shoto (short blade) to go with his longer green saber. [I think one of Ahsoka's blades are shorter, too]
Only thing I’ll miss from the WORST major studio TV series in history is watching your recaps. Thanks for the memories, my guy. I’ll be looking forward to other videos on your channel. ✌🏻❤️🍫
- Sol turned off his own lightsaber when Qimir wanted to deactivate it with the helmet. You can hear the natural saber-off sound, and you can't hear the metallic sound from when the sabers clashed with the cortosis helmet or bracers in episode 5. I think this was something the choreography team came up with, not the writers, and I was impressed when I first saw it. - Sol's Force power, when he knocks everything around him, was called Force Shockwave in the Jedi Power Battles game for PSX/Dreamcast, and it was Qui-Gon's. I think it's more than a mere coincidence, since Sol is modeled after Qui-Gon, and someone working on The Acolyte probably played that game as a kid.
Ok the John Boyega "Rey" clip was as good as my idea for the Lady Liberty dancing balloon with Amandala Stenberg's DIscourse head on it with the title card "Better Call Sol"
@@Stark-Cinema Can't have it both ways, can't cry about creating original characters vs raceswaps. 52:00 Nice to see that the automatic motion detectors and lighting panels in that ventilation tube are still functioning, after the whole complex was burnt to a crisp SIXTEEN YEARS earlier! I guess that when OSHA hotwired the elevator, that magically fixed EVERYTHING in the entire installation!
if the show gets renewed and there isnt a sub-plot of one of Sol's like friends or students feeling that theres no damn way he could murder anyone and then goes about retracing the murders steps and investigating the bodies then eventually discovering that that green chick was lying then they will have a wasted plot
And the one cool thing this show "came up with", the short lightsaber, wasn't even from this show originally. Not only did Ahsoka have a lightsaber shoto blade in her off-hand as a padawan, but LUKE SKYWALKER had a red shoto blade in the old EU comics/novels to help him defeat Lady Lumiya (who ironically also had a light-whip like Venestra does, which cannot be anything but a direct reference to this event).
Oh my god this show gave depression to my depression. 😫 Good series on your part (not the show) and i cannot wait for your videos on the rings of power.
I used to be a DC comic fan. And in one superman and Lois were married. Only at the end do you realise this is in fact an alternative world/reality. The only way to watch The Acolyte and not let it ruin Master Yoda and the Jedi is to see it as an alternative reality.
Disney’s Star Wars: There’s no Sign of Intelligent life Here, the whole show contradicts itself, not just between episodes but in the same episodes… By the way, I think this show gave me brain damage…
Out of all the terrible things in the show, I think amandla stienbergs acting is the worst. When she took off the helmet, that was just terrible distressed acting. When she tries to look stoic, but it really, it just looks like she's zoning out. I'm glad I didn't watch the show through Disney because if the lead actor can't act, that's just not a fun time. Amandala needs to stick to more grounded stories that suits her more. She needs star in earth bound movies where she's is just a normal civilian.
Osha using a ship scanner to detect not only the abandoned mining facility, but also lifeforms such as Sol and Mae, essentially means the entire scenario regarding the hobo witch squatters could've been avoided with but one (or perhaps even a few) simple orbit(s) around the planet. The entire altercation was essentially contrived and not really something that would occur under even the most basic of means...again, proving why The Acolyte isn't even remotely canon because the showrunner didn't understand the source material she was given - Star Wars.
One needn't even take recourse to "life scanners." After all, maybe the Vergence was somehow affecting life signs. But a massive NUCLEAR POWER PLANT?! How could they possibly miss that?
The "Mae started a Fire" plot line has bothered me from the beginning. I can find no where in the series where the Jedi would learn this piece of information. I thought it would be in Episode 3... No. Then Episode 7... No. Osha wakes up on the bed and the Jedi already know this piece of information. When Sol reads the girls thoughts it is during the fight before Mae grabs the book and lights it on fire. No one other than Mae or Osha should know this information. Guess the Jedi read the script.
HOLD ON.... QIMIR DIDN'T SHORT OUT SOL'S SABER. SOL SAW IT COMING & DEACTIVATED HIS SABER BEFORE THE HELMET STRUCK WHICH IS HOW HE WAS ABLE TO REACTIVATE IT INSTANTLY 00:37:50 I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M DEFENDING THIS SCHLOP, BUT HERE WE ARE
Besides the show, the worst thing is the UA-camrs who talk about how good it is, only to build their connection with Disney. Sorta like being invited to the Star Wars Motel and saying how amazing it is, when it’s so bad it goes outta business within a year. Or putting the word Explained in your name.
He is the show in a nutshell. Someone is out there hunting and killing jedi. No one knows who. (Sounds good so far) But then its revealed that the killer is a young woman who has a twin sister. The twin sister is a mechanic the the other is the killer. The "good one" is mistaken for her sister. For some reason that doesnt make any sense. They run into May (the killer) and OSHA has a chance to stop her but doesnt. Then you see the twins growing up with the lesbian space witches. What they want isnt discussed. What they are about doesnt get explained (they want freedom? And to be left alone? I guess) The twins mothers are both the leaders of the lesbian witch coven and they were BOTH mircale births because they were created by using the force. So the black witch mommy used the force to inpregnant the white horny mommy. Then they had twins. The jedi show up to test the girls. May kills everyone and the jedi save Ohsa. Then nothing happens for a long time. The wookie jedi is killed. A decent fight happens where one guy destroyes 6 jedi. Then May wants to be evil but not really. But then she wants to be good but not really. Then she wants to be with her sister again. But then she wants to be evil again. Then you see what really happened. May got everyone killed. The jedi werent at fault (but they keep saying that they are). Then then osha gets "seduced" by the dark side. Then this video happened where you see them fight. Then they switch sides. Osha agrees to be evil and now May can be good due to memory loss. The jolly green giant is revealed to be a massive asshole and then the show ends. This whole show could have been 4 or 5 episodes at the most. Im.guessing that if each episode was an hour long this could have been a 4 part series 5 part MAXIMUM. Theres so much filler and bullshit that didnt matter. And there were so many nonsensicle things happening that its just... so dumb. I just... hate it so much... out of all of the hundreds of truly talented people that will never EVER have an opportunity to do anything like this. Whether that be acting or designing or directing or making your scripts of ideas come to life on screen or film or whatever. And yet... these dumb dumbs keep getting work... those back room deals must be CRAZY! My theory. Shady stuff. Nepotism. Money laundering. Dumb dumbs. And massive self centered egos. Im just done.
28:55 Technically, Ashoka uses a short and long saber in the Clone Wars, but she used them more like a katana and wakizashi, with the shorter held in reverse grip...while Smie-o's is 1. A hidden blade, 2. Is more like a parrying dagger shorter than a wakizashi, and 3. He uses it like a parrying dagger with standard grip...and yeah, it's one of the few cool things to come out of the show...
U can tell they purposely gave Sol lame dialog to justify his action, whereas The Stranger got some cool and vague answers to justify killing Yord and Jacky
Star Wars abused is the right title here! It is obvious that KK and the showrunner here use Star Wars as an empty shell to just put in their own vile messaging. Why do they need SW? Because else, NOBODY would watch this drivel!
That would makes sense, if there was an actual message.. This show gives so many conflicting signals, there is no way to display a message in the first place.
@@Kirschbaum2000 If you want to change peoples mind to the opposite, you do not do it by telling them, but giving sublime messages -- and the sublime message is clear here: "Good is evil and evil is good"

Agree with everything, but to be fair, I think Sol deactivated his lightsaber before Qirmir got to hit it with the helmet, therefore, it didn’t short out, he just lit it back up 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
Thanks for these reviews, they've been very enjoyable and helpful in enduring this series! Honestly, I think you were too kind to the show, hahaha. There is ONE thing I'll defend from this episode, and that is when you saw Qimir try to disable Sol's light saber with his helmet, and were frustrated that it only was disabled for a second or so. What actually happened here was the only smart move in ANY of the fights in this show: Sol let Qimir do his move to disable the saber, but just before it would've connected with his helmet he turned his saber off, used the momentum to get around him, and turned it back on to do a follow-up strike. When really, Qimir should've used one of the dozens of opportunities he'd had to disable the saber with his helmet that whole time...
That little droid is amazing. It can shoot goo in faces; it can unlock any door. It can be used as a taser. It can unlock restraints. It's a very amazing little droid that can do anything the plot needs it to do. OMG I think Amandla almost had a different expression on her face.... wow, great acting. I didn't watch after three except reviews. What happened to May after she escaped the Vagina fortress? How did she get to Darth Thirst Trap? Another, great acting job by Amandla. You could really see her emotions as she chokes Sol. I mean her hand looks like she was going to tickle Sol. SMH, 180 million and they couldn't even cover the giant plot holes.
The second season it deserves: Plagueis puts a bounty on Qimir, Osha, May and Venestra, Omegaman (from the Kinnikuman series) shows up to collect it, eliminating them all in an episode (if martial arts are allowed then wrestling is fine too. )
Smilo's helmet is a true mystery. He refers to it being able to block Sol from reading his thoughts, but whenever the helmet is off Sol never reads his thoughts (so why mention that in the first place?). It is also said to be a "sensory deprivation" item - "just you and the Force". So in all these battles he's just fighting blind? If he's so good at that, why don't the Jedi also fight blind? Like, they're saying he's literally using only the Force to sense what is happening around him in a battle and BEAT other Jedi who are doing the same in addition to their own natural senses? And yet Trinity/Indara didn't even sense a knife throw attack? The more one watches or thinks about this show, the less sense it makes
To be fair (more than this show deserves) When Sol and Qimir was in the blade lock and Qimir was bringing Sol's blade to his helmet to deactivate it, I think it was Sol that purposely deactivate the blade so it wouldn't get damaged then he reignited it. I don't think there was actual contact. Previous contact to sabres caused sparks between the Saber and helmet.
@@Stark-Cinema As smilo ren was pulling the sabers towards his helmet, it would of been cool and a bit of comedy releif if he would've hit him self in the helmet and shorted his own sabre when Sol turned his off.
Never thought there was anything in this show salvageable let alone defendable, but yes Jedi can levitate backwards, run at super speeds in bursts, jump insane heights, etc. And as far as Smilo swinging at nothing, he’s dark side,it’s an intimidation/off settling technique that we even do ourselves…all jabs aren’t meant to land. But yeah this is by far the worst thing I’ve ever sat through, ever, not just Star Wars.

The “twist” would’ve been more effective if literally either sides of the story was true.
Either Mae framing the Jedi and getting their coven/ their mother to guilt and haunt Osha for wanting to leave
OR
Sol and the Jedi were actively trying to kidnap the two girls and murdered their coven and Sol thinking he killed Mae when she wouldn’t join them.
So when they rewrote them to be "both sides" a lot of lingering questions were left over

this channel has actually been one of my favorites because of the thoroughness and thoughtfulness in which he has documented this entire dumpster fire
20:51 this right here is one of the ridiculous kinds of WTF moments that epitomizes the writing of this show
38:23 this is also a damn good point about Sol simply needing to kill SmiloRen and show the Jedi all this damn proof
and also his point at the end about how the green goblin’s cover-up makes no sense trying to pin everything on Sol, when he provably had alibis of being with other Jedi.
AND MORE THAN ANYTHING, the morality of the show makes absolutely no sense that they went on this long journey so Sol would get his comeuppance, when literally he didn’t even do anything wrong and it was entirely a misunderstanding etc etc etc… so actually the twins are both psychopathic idiots sharing a delusion together 👏😂
and somehow this is a meaningful allegory for the show creator - former personal assistant to HarvyW… 🤔 um ok, I guess
I’m sorry that I’m human. My chat said multiple things. It was moving fast. I regret this. Thanks.

The actual solution for Mae's sacrifice would have been her death at the hands of Osha. That would also be in line with typical Sith ideology and seperating oneself from ones past and weaknesses. And what could have happened here is to see Mae merge back with Osha since they are somehow the same person.
Also, Amandla Stenberg is a terrible actor & person.
Naaah Happy ending with the not real sisters and the Sith Guy
Yeah, since Mae and OSHA are a force dyad or virgins (sic) or something, killing Mae might somehow degrade OSHA's dark-force powers.
But then the show couldn't keep pretending that the cult of evil wizards aren't somehow about freedom of expression or something.
I find the whole bleeding crystal thing to be incredibly cringe and stupid. It's also counterproductive for the Sith

In all the interviews I've seen after the finale, Headlamp never did explain why Basil sabotaged the ship. I know because plot but why?

Probably should've mindwiped her a little more thoroughly...whoopsie!
19:20 that's Somehow the Young Sheev Palpatine on the comms
Terrible editing because basically all of us thought the helmet turned it off lmao

"Sith eyes are typically yellow. Correct me if im wrong."
Typically [most common], yes, they are yellow.
"How can you say they were red if he's wearing a mask?"
Because thats what the Books description of Vader was.

Leslye legohead I mean Leslye headland saved star wars and that's something I'd never lie about (this is a lie)
I think it's more than a mere coincidence, since Sol is modeled after Qui-Gon, and someone working on The Acolyte probably played that game as a kid.

if the show gets renewed and there isnt a sub-plot of one of Sol's like friends or students feeling that theres no damn way he could murder anyone and then goes about retracing the murders steps and investigating the bodies then eventually discovering that that green chick was lying then they will have a wasted plot
Instant memory erase is very overpowered. You can make someone forget they are fighting and immediately win.
So, emitter lens are not a required component to light saber operation. That's nice to know
And the one cool thing this show "came up with", the short lightsaber, wasn't even from this show originally.

Oof - I was waiting when you dropped your next video. Thank you for this. I'm watching this on my way to the gym - this will get me hyped up, bruh. 🚀

He is the show in a nutshell.
Someone is out there hunting and killing jedi. No one knows who. (Sounds good so far)
But then its revealed that the killer is a young woman who has a twin sister.
I guess)
The twins mothers are both the leaders of the lesbian witch coven and they were BOTH mircale births because they were created by using the force.

Sol clearly disabled his lightsaber before the helmet smash. It needs to touch the helmet and spark out.
@@Kirschbaum2000 If you want to change peoples mind to the opposite, you do not do it by telling them, but giving sublime messages -- and the sublime message is clear here:
"Good is evil and evil is good"
@@Kirschbaum2000 The message is Women become evil if a man tries to do the right or shows his dxxxx.
As far as giving me what I want as a customer...I want to listen to music that I consider above my current ability to compose and I want to watch stuff that I consider to be above my current ability to write by myself. Disney has only given me that in a couple of Marvel movies -- not even Rogue One though I did like it.
Agree with everything, but to be fair, I think Sol deactivated his lightsaber before Qirmir got to hit it with the helmet, therefore, it didn’t short out, he just lit it back up 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
It was super hard to tell for me and my chat when I played the clip live so I wasn’t sure.
Mae should have led Sol to OSHA to fight on the unknown planet, Plagueis there, chaos - this entire series has an extra chromosome
Couldn't they Jedi Mind read Basil the Space Gopher to find the real truth of what happen
I like that rap song in tony hawk that asks for a moment of silence, but the rapper won't stop talking & saying MOMENT OF SILENCE!!! lol
Who knew, the power of 'Manny', turned out to be Qimir's throbbing lightsaber. Seducing people to the dark side.
Jolly Green Jedi has to kill Beaver Sniffer because he knows everything.
I think he turned off his light saber so it wouldn't short out, than quickly turned it back on. No sparks fly off the helmet. Best move of the fight!
Damn it didn’t look like this to a lot of us but I guess you’re right lmao
