I don't speak much Dutch but my Mum grew up on de Rosestraat, Rotterdam. It's now the Feyenoord Stadium.
In the fifties she and her siblings used to dive off the Hof rail-bridge.
The whole song is in 5, even the beginning is in 5/16
Except for the screaming part, where instruments go 3 bars of 5/4 and a bar of 6/4 for that section

Such an awesome song with a 25 SECOND SCREAM... now that takes breath control! The Drummer, Danny Carey, is an octopus with poly-rhythms... he can do a different tempo from each limb... and who knows if he's got some hidden appendages that we don't know about 😉.
Subbing for Tool! We need more. They are the best band ever.... totally immaculate! There's no one thay sounds like them, though.
Also, Tool is in a completely different stratosphere compared to Metallica..so that hurt. Lol

To me, the song is not really poly rhythmic. I think it spends most of its time in a 5\4 variation. They just do a great job of disguising it.
the song is in 5/4, but the drums keep the feel as 5/8 in some parts.
