I do the exercise at least twice a week.Dont give up like he says,if you cant do the full 3mins in one go, take a break for a few seconds in between.Make sure you breathe, that way you won't tire easily.
Sophia U😂😂😂 you really make me laugh out loud. There body shape is what would let you know they are professionals and they probably have been doing this for years. On a more serious note though, it can be very effective if you keep it up, I mean as a daily workout. By dat 7 you should start seeing difference. I do just the regular planking and I already am feeling the difference.
This is my 3rd day doing this workout. It's a strenuous 3 minute plank workout. First day couldn't finish. Second day took tons of breaks. 3rd day barely taking rests. Great workout. Great for core and lower back as well.

Whenever i do this my 1 year old son always climb on my back so i actually do the first 1 min plank with 23 lbs kid on my back after like fee weeks of doing it ofc so i guess it really does strengthen your core!

I have been doing 1 minute planks and came across this 3 minute plank exercise yesterday. I love it. Switching to something different every 30 seconds makes it more fun than doing the regular plank for 1 minute. :)
30 seconds plank really works. I am over weight and after 1 month I am able to do only 25 secs.,but my waistline is reducing . Thanks for such a great video !!
I've been doing the brightside 5 minute planking exercises for almost a year. Then I decided to intensify my workout. I can't believe I did this so easy. I just proven that planking helps to improve your muscle pain tolerance.
Such an intense workout! I just did the regular plank for a week plus already. The first day i started with 10 secs only and it was really great! HAHAHAHA (pardon me, im a beginner) then i've increased to 45 secs today. I'm soooo gonna give this plank workout a try, starting tomorrow. Wish me luck!
Maizatul Rahim - I did the spider one for each leg... total time less than 30 seconds. It is definitely an amazing and unexpectedly complete workout...to which I will have to gradually add time to get to three-minutes...in about a year. lol
This is so much better than the old leg lift / crunch and sit-up routines. I used to do sit-ups and crunches but this seems to work better I am not sure how but it works at least twice as fast with less cardio . I'm going to give my diet some credit but I burned my belly to a full six-pack with 3 sets of this twice a day with some light weight training in just 4 months . Sounds like a long time but it took me years to get fat lol . I can actually ride my bike without getting a sore back and shoulders so I'm also riding about 3 times longer up to 60 km a day sometimes. Excellent core exercises I swear by them now.

I started last Aug 29, 2018 and I lose my belly fat a little, I am 58 kg before I start, now I am 55 kg, I love this , first, so hard but continue doing this everyday makes me feel great. My target is about 50kg I am 56 yrs old and feel young and strong. Thank you Tom Holland, God Bless you.

I've done this work-out so far about three times and I'm getting better at it! :) My goal is to complete it without taking a break and I know that I'll get there.
Been doing this for 2 months now at least 3 times a week. At first it was a real struggle now I'm able to do the whole thing without stopping. Keep going. You can do it.
@@AhmedAlFaramawii I am not sure what results to expect but I can now perform core exercises with better performance. As for fat loss - that's all down to diet. I'm on a calorie deficit diet so I'm losing body fat as well.
For sure diet is crucial, I am not on a specific diet just trying to eat healthy. I am looking for 1 workout I can do at morning. Thanks for the feedback
I'm doing this planking while listening to the coach's voice, and it made me not mind the 3-minute timer. I didn't even realize that it had already been 3 minutes. It really helps me to keep going. My goal is to to this daily at least 3 sets of 3-min perfect plank.
I’ve been doing this for 16 days and I’ve already seen the result. I will do this continuously to have a better result. It’s hard at first but if you continue on doing this. It’s a lot easier!
Did these regularly few years ago and stopped. Started running regularly at beginning of 2020 and wanted to add some workout to my schedule so I remembered about this workout and started doing this after my half hour runs. This is really great workout that I often look forward to very much.

I've been doing two Bowflex HIIT 6 minute workouts for some weeks now. I've just added this one to my routine and was able to complete it without any problems. It just goes to show how easy it is to get in shape with these Bowflex routines.
I am a really out of shape person. That type that doesn't do sport but didn't put o weight in any other place than her belly. I started this workout one week ago and the first 2 days all I could go past were the first 30 seconds. Now, a week later of doing this every day and I can get to the last 30 secs without falling on my belly or side

Ive been doing this for a month now... After my regular workout... I make sure that my last session will be this 3mins plank workout to tight up my abs and back and i got great results. I started developing now abs... Like real abs and my stomach are kinda hard now unlike before it is too soft.
huhffff!!! one year ago i did this everyday. I tried again some days ago but couldn't get past the first 30 seconds as I gained some pounds and haven't been working out. really proud of having made it through today (not counting a pause at 2:30)

+Francesca calorie burn is calculated by several things. Age, weight gender things like that so everyone is going to be different. They do sell watches that will give you your calorie burn as you workout. Maybe check one of those out. - Marlo, Bowflex Team
First time doing this about 2 months ago, I was shaking and got tired right away but was still able to finish workout. Now today, I am able to do this with no problems and I even look forward to next workout!
Took me few months (not consistent) until i can do this easily! Now ive stepped up my plank game and doing athlean x’s plank variations everything done in 3 minutes and ive noticed my abs are visible im a girl but i think just a little bit more and ill be able to see my 6 packs lolol

Great workout! I just recently managed to hold a plank for 3 minutes straight, but this workout makes it more interesting and hits more core muscles as well.
Started planks about a year and a half ago. 54 now, 6' tall and 195-200 lbs. I do 3 minute flat plank, then side planks for about a minute each. After 5 minutes total I do 30 butt raises for two minutes and my last minute a flat plank. Total is 8 minutes. On my last birthday I did 10 minutes because my son challenged me to do it. I do this 3 times a week, but I should cut down to this routine and do it everyday

It's my second day doing this and I managed the whole thing without stopping! Yesss. In combo with my other planks throughout the day, I would have done 10 mins of planks in total today. Hope to see a difference in my abs in two weeks!
I only tried the plank for the first time yesterday and thought that is easy. How wrong was I as I could only manage 20 seconds and I was shaking like a jelly baby. I thought I was fit!

it's day one for me I'm gonna do my 60 day transformation and I'm doing this plank workout all the way through and do my daily weight lifting....im gonna be doing a video soon on my progress from videos and photos....I know I can do it and this will happen!. was able to do this on the first try without breaks ...but have been doing longer plank workouts with more rest in between for the past month and I think they are a better start for beginners than this video.
This is so good I’ve done this for 2 weeks 3 times a day( with multiple breaks) and I’ve seen much more definition in my abs abs a lot more definition in my arms 😍 I’m continuing this longer hopefully I’ll be able to do it all without breaks
@@marichrisdelfin111 - My diet doesn't include Sugar, Butter or Oily food. No junk food only home made food also i take protein drink as well . I dont follow any strict diet but have absolute portion control no feasting or fasting. I have stopped carbonated drinks for a past 1.5 years and that does really make a huge difference to your body.
Hard at first, but after a 2 weeks or so it became very easy to do with energy to spare. My main hurdle was the spider plank, when you get stronger not even that is tough
doing this bowflex shorts workout makes me feel stronger everyday and healthy, especially im not guilty what i eat and now i loss 8kgs in a short time . Thank you bowflex.

huhffff!!! one year ago i did this everyday. I tried again some days ago but couldn't get past the first 30 seconds as I gained some pounds and haven't been working out. really proud of having made it through today (not counting a pause at 2:30)
Wow! At first I couldn't finish the whole 3 minute plank, but as I keep doing this everyday I am regaining strength and I am progressing until I finish the full minute without resting. This is amazing workout

Bowflex I was just wondering how much calories do you burn by doing this workout?
+Francesca calorie burn is calculated by several things. Age, weight gender things like that so everyone is going to be different. They do sell watches that will give you your calorie burn as you workout. Maybe check one of those out. - Marlo, Bowflex Team
First time doing this about 2 months ago, I was shaking and got tired right away but was still able to finish workout. Now today, I am able to do this with no problems and I even look forward to next workout!

Took me few months (not consistent) until i can do this easily! Now ive stepped up my plank game and doing athlean x’s plank variations everything done in 3 minutes and ive noticed my abs are visible im a girl but i think just a little bit more and ill be able to see my 6 packs lolol
When l done this on the first day my shoulder strap were paining a lot but by doing this in just 3 days l felt that my stomach has became a slimmer then before.GREAT
It has so much advantages
After several days, I am able to make it!!! continuous practice will make you succeed in doing this straight. No breaks and it's worth it
I've been doing this for 5 days now and i can already see the results! My postpartum belly is going down slowly😁 my goal is to do this everyday "twice a day" for a month.

Great workout! I just recently managed to hold a plank for 3 minutes straight, but this workout makes it more interesting and hits more core muscles as well.
Started planks about a year and a half ago. 54 now, 6' tall and 195-200 lbs. I do 3 minute flat plank, then side planks for about a minute each. After 5 minutes total I do 30 butt raises for two minutes and my last minute a flat plank. Total is 8 minutes. On my last birthday I did 10 minutes because my son challenged me to do it. I do this 3 times a week, but I should cut down to this routine and do it everyday

It's my second day doing this and I managed the whole thing without stopping! Yesss. In combo with my other planks throughout the day, I would have done 10 mins of planks in total today. Hope to see a difference in my abs in two weeks!

I only tried the plank for the first time yesterday and thought that is easy. How wrong was I as I could only manage 20 seconds and I was shaking like a jelly baby. I thought I was fit!

it's day one for me I'm gonna do my 60 day transformation and I'm doing this plank workout all the way through and do my daily weight lifting....im gonna be doing a video soon on my progress from videos and photos....I know I can do it and this will happen!. was able to do this on the first try without breaks ...but have been doing longer plank workouts with more rest in between for the past month and I think they are a better start for beginners than this video.
I love this workout. I have never got results like this from any workout much less one this short.

Sim Madden why one day ,i am 68years young and do it easely
This is so good I’ve done this for 2 weeks 3 times a day( with multiple breaks) and I’ve seen much more definition in my abs abs a lot more definition in my arms 😍 I’m continuing this longer hopefully I’ll be able to do it all without breaks
Same here I am doing it daily and my abs are already getting a contour and well defined

@@marichrisdelfin111 - My diet doesn't include Sugar, Butter or Oily food. No junk food only home made food also i take protein drink as well . I dont follow any strict diet but have absolute portion control no feasting or fasting. I have stopped carbonated drinks for a past 1.5 years and that does really make a huge difference to your body.

Hard at first, but after a 2 weeks or so it became very easy to do with energy to spare. My main hurdle was the spider plank, when you get stronger not even that is tough
