I want to sincerely thank Mr. Tom Holland and the people of bow flex. I started doing this exercise every day along with a two minute cardio warm-up and 20 minutes of powerwalking and within seven months I’ve lost 40 pounds. I’m so blessed that I found these videos please give them a try with a balanced diet. You will absolutely see results. Thank you once again.
For those curious about the results; Been doing this video since August 2nd usually 5 or 6 times a week combined with the 8 minute Abs ground workout video from Bowflex. I've gotten a little skinnier (lost 8kg), my abs feel like a brick wall now, and my arms look a little bigger and toned. The first week was the toughest but after that I can now do these moves in one go and been adding extras lately. It's worth it!
I started following this workout on April 2020. I do this every day (even weekends) and now (June 2020) I can see my belly has reduced fat and has toned in a satisfactory level so I can really say this works 100%! I also do not follow a strict diet although I’ve slightly reduced my intake of meals but still pretty liberal on everything! Again, I do this exercise everyday (including another 4-minute routine from PopSugar Fitness and sometimes 15-20 minutes on an indoor cycle if I missed a day working out) so I burn the calories immediately. In case anyone’s curious, I am an average build so there was not much to shred anyway but just the motivation to do this six minutes everyday will get anyone going and loosing weight!

I feel the burn! Mostly in my legs! But my core will get there in time! I have such a weak core from my starting point right now but that will definitely improve soon! Thanks for the awesome workout!

I was going to say I feel it mostly in my legs too and can hardly lift them by the last ten seconds. Is that normal? I don't really feel much at all going on in my abs.... =\
@@surrealfeline according to some researching I did, you really need to focus your pressure on your core. instead of letting your legs do most of the effort, try to use your core. breathing is also important accdg to google lol try inhaling and exhaling, specially exhaling during the hardest part like for example when you lift your leg up

I gave this workout a try the other day. I did it two days in a row, all the way through. Well, I wasn't prepared for the third day which found me hobbling around and in some pain. I definitely strained my front hip muscles. (Surprise! I'm not 18 anymore!:):) LOL!:)) I Googled for more info, found some stretches for relief, and took a day's rest. Today, I'm 90-95% recovered.:):) I'll start up again in a few days because I think I'll get some great results with this workout. It really is a terrific workout.:) But, I caution others to go lightly the first time out. Perhaps do some preliminary stretches. Don't push yourself or overdo (like i did). Build up to the six minutes slowly over a number of days. In my situation, these are muscles I haven't used in a long time, hence the strain.
No problem at all! I gave it a rest for a couple of days and I'm now back stronger.:) I'm doing the routine every other day for the next two weeks and then will work up to doing it every day. it was mostly my fault. I jumped in doing to much too soon. it should have been more gradual on my part.
Ohmagahd this six minute workout is so hard!! This has shown me how weak i really am.. i must have took about 10 breaks in these six minutes.. im now on my 5th day and this is the first time ive been able to complete this workout without taking a break.. ive also started doing squats to strenght my legs as i felt doing this workout ws having more of an impact on my legs rather than my abs and therefore i was having difficulty completing it, the squats have really helped.. Thanks for the workout.
It's definitely challenging at first, but it's going to get easier as you go. Before you know it, you're going to be seeking out an even greater challenge!
This is my go to workout now. It's only 6 minutes so it doesn't take long. But its effective. I can't do crunches on the floor. It hurts my hips. So this is finally an exercise I can do for my core.
Starts doing this and it really helps with my lower back I’m 62 with fibromyalgia and when I get stiff it really helps it never seems to get any easier but I feel great when I’ve done it and it’s def Makes me feel better. Hope I get abbs one day. I’m trying

At the beginning of lockdown in the UK i started with the Tom Holland 3 minute workout, nowI do the 6 minute workout and with the extra fitness i'v had the confidence and motivation to start cycling too. Since May I have lost 32lb and am so much fitter. Highly recommended. Thanks

This was probably the easiest workout in youtube that I did haha I'm feeling the burn in my abs really well. Did after some sitting ab workout and yeah, it's a great way to end a day.
Love this! I struggle with floor/mat core exercises. By lack of some rhythm drive, they bore the living daylights out of me. I can see this fit in very well with a good crosstrainer session. Txs!

I have been doing this workout 2 x a day, along with 40 min in my Sauna and a 2 mile walk with my dog. I am 5'6 and started at 144 lbs and I have lost 15 lbs with this workout and cutting dairy, gluten and sugar from my diet and I don't eat after 7PM. I look great naked! 10 weeks so far and it is my new lifestyle.
So grateful that I came across this video. I was looking for something without having to lay on the floor. After I gave birth about a year and a half ago my back has been hurting. I’ve been suffering badly with gout and recovering from heart surgery (all connected) and I find these exercises great for getting gently out of breath as I’m instructed to do.

Decided to work on my problem areas and this video definitely targets the abs. I was sore the following morning which is a good sign !! Had to share with my daughters !!
We have 5 dogs so the floor is always hairy. It is hard for me to go upstairs and get the mat and bring it sl the way downstairs. This is great for me !!!!!
I do this ( or switch to another standing abs sometimes) almost everyday for the last 35 days and lost 5kg. Big thanks to Bowflex team here. Still need a long way to go for my abs to show but I wil keep doing this. Below is my routine. Start with 3 mins warm up Follow this video ( sometimes 2 sets or switch to another standing abs) 7 mins zumba cooldown.
One of the easiest and practical workouts i've ever tried .I like that it is done standing and that it targrts both abs and legs.I do it every now and then and I already saw great redults.Can't thank you enough 👌🙏💙

I walk 30 minutes, portion my meals and do this workout at least three times a week. I’ve lost 9 pounds. Thank you Bowflex! I’m feeling great!

Tom only mentions it after the first few rounds, but I think you're supposed to keep your abs engaged right from the start, correct?
Just watching the video on my couch (it's 11pm) makes my abs flex. Can't wait for tomorrow to try it out!!!

We have 5 dogs so the floor is always hairy. It is hard for me to go upstairs and get the mat and bring it sl the way downstairs. This is great for me !!!!!

I do this ( or switch to another standing abs sometimes) almost everyday for the last 35 days and lost 5kg. Big thanks to Bowflex team here. Still need a long way to go for my abs to show but I wil keep doing this. Below is my routine.
Start with 3 mins warm up
Follow this video ( sometimes 2 sets or switch to another standing abs)
7 mins zumba cooldown.
One of the easiest and practical workouts i've ever tried .I like that it is done standing and that it targrts both abs and legs.I do it every now and then and I already saw great redults.Can't thank you enough 👌🙏💙
I have never felt so accomplished in 6 mins. This was great. My abs are burning a but, i'm breathing heavy, and I broke a sweat. IN 6 MINUTES!!! LOL. THANK YOU!!
