Hey Blowflex, I am really thankful to your team for these videos. I have started exercising seeing your videos, they are so motivating(fit women) and made workout fun. Today after 3 weeks I am feeling better and will continue to do so. the key is to mix up the workout exercise styles in order to avoid boredom.
The squat hold is really challenging! I couldn't hold it for 30 seconds when I first did this 2 weeks ago, but I did it this morning :) happy to feel my body has improved

OmG I love this channel I started the 8min abs work out as am a beginner ngl it was so difficult to do but I did it well by time, coz I got lazy I stopped but will definitely go back and will add the legs too as I need to tone my legs and butt 😅

Amazing... today I just watched some of these exercises..which I will definitely add in to my daily fitness routine.. although some of exercises are really very tough, specially during that transition period of active rest..like jogging in place or jumping jacks..you need more oxygen...as I do 7minutes HIIT body weight exercises thrice in week..but I can't finish it up within 7minute..it takes almost 14minute to complete...
