Okay that makes so much more sense…we were supposed to do 8 reps each! I did the whole workout waiting for you to tell me when to switch. I had it on my phone and couldn’t see the screen. Now I know! That makes more sense! 😂
This is an amazing workout. but i wish you wouldnt keep stopping the clock. to do this workout I have to keep pausing my computer. i wish you would do this one 100% though. its very frustrating. great workout besides that
Hi Luisa! This is an AMRAP workout, which is a short version of As Many Rounds (or Reps) As Possible. In this routine, the Reps are specified👉🏼8 (indicated above the exercise list). So you go at your own pace for 5 minutes performing 8 reps of each exercise and doing as many rounds as possible👏🏼😉 Check out my other workouts, you’ll be driven by time and sound💪🏼
