    Great TRX workout with awesome music (and without useless speaking instructions), very dynamic and motivating video ! I was attending TRX trainings in the gym when I lived in Hungary, I haven't practiced it since I moved. Right after I found your channel I grabbed my kit so I'm back ! Koszonom Andrea ! :)

    I'm dying here! In a good way. Love from The Land Down Under.❤. Loved the no repeat thing but you did sneak them into a combo lol. Which I may add , I love so you get the train each body part twice. ❤❤

    Wow! Incredible Full body TRX workout!
    Very creative of you Andrea!! My favorite was the alternating side lunge+ pistol squats. This workout was lots of fun! Your workout videos are unique Andrea!!!

      I'm glad you enjoyed the 20-minute format! Whether it's sufficient for the day depends on your fitness goals. If you're looking to add more intensity or variety, consider incorporating weights on alternate days or focusing on specific muscle groups.

    Okay that makes so much more sense…we were supposed to do 8 reps each! I did the whole workout waiting for you to tell me when to switch. I had it on my phone and couldn’t see the screen. Now I know! That makes more sense! 😂

    This is an amazing workout. but i wish you wouldnt keep stopping the clock. to do this workout I have to keep pausing my computer. i wish you would do this one 100% though. its very frustrating. great workout besides that

      Hi Luisa! This is an AMRAP workout, which is a short version of As Many Rounds (or Reps) As Possible. In this routine, the Reps are specified👉🏼8 (indicated above the exercise list). So you go at your own pace for 5 minutes performing 8 reps of each exercise and doing as many rounds as possible👏🏼😉 Check out my other workouts, you’ll be driven by time and sound💪🏼

    That's NOT AMRAP. AMRAP means working at top speed to do as many reps as possible.
