    👉 Equipment: Suspension Trainer
    👉 Workflow: 4x | 5x 30sec On - 10sec Off
    👉 Intensity: Medium
    👉 Level: Intermediate and Above
    👉 Reminder: It is always possible to change the resistance by adjusting the position of your body, and/or creating a staggered stance!
    3 Workout blocks will be repeated twice, but going to take a 40-second rest in between, so you can get a drink🍻and freshen up for the next circuit.
    Block 1: 5 unilateral exercises (left arm)
    Block 2: 5 unilateral exercises (right arm)
    Block 3: 5 bilateral exercises
    Those unilateral exercises will definitely give a challenge to your core, balance, and stability as well!

    Andrea as always absolutely amazing workout. Your programs combine isometrics, functional moves, body weight training, and aerobics. Each time I scroll through your video library not only am I motivated, but more impressed with your intuitive wisdom in regard to fitness. Because of you I am going to buy an updated TRX. The one I am using is from my deployment in Afghanistan from 2009. I hope you keep the videos coming. I would love to see a workout that combines weights and kettle bells. Years ago I had a DVD from TRX that combined both. Regardless your channel is one of my favorites. Have a beautiful, prosperous, and peaceful day.
