Thankyou. I actually never found a tutorial so I had to listen like a million times and pull what I could from it and improvise the rest. I’m glad you like it.
This sounds fantastic, Man. The guitar tone is that perfect low rumble, great vocals as well. I've tried this one myself and it takes so much focus to time the hammer-ons and pickings. Big props, and go Pack!!
I was looking to learn this song, and was able to read your fingers and adapt to my own flat-picking style. It's cool that i have the same Epi as well :) Great job!
Pete Wall badass. That’s how I had to learn this as well I couldn’t find any tutorials so I pieced like 3 different videos together and was able to pick it up. I’ve been saying I was gonna post a tutorial of this song but I’ve been so busy with work I haven’t had he chance. They are great guitars!! I love mine
I’m sure you’re already working hard on your next cover but I feel like either colters version of snake mountain blues or transcendent rambling blues would fit your voice perfectly!
To be honest I don’t know my chords. Lol. I can name a d chord and a c chord. The rest is just muscle memory I’m self taught so I never had a teacher to teach me the right way I just figured it out. What’s your Facebook or something I’ll send you a close up of my left hand playing it slow and see if that helps. The picking pattern was the hardest part for me. Once you can get that down the rest is easy money really.
Awesome brother. What tuning are you using? I've been trying to figure it out. Also you should definitely check out Lost Dog Street Band if you haven't yet. The Hill Country Devil is a great songwriter /story teller too
Alec Taliaferro Thankyou man. And tuning is drop c. And I have been listening to them a little bit. So far I like them. His voice is a bit high for me tho. Still trying to find a song I could cover.
Are you meaning with my picking hand? Bar a of course pick a string through b string all one time then pick d string once b string once than d string once then b string once and then go to a walk down on 4th string g 4th fret to third fret to second fret alternating between d and g string starting with the d string. Hope that helps.
Seriously impressive man
You’re very Wisconsin and I love it. Everything from your hoodie to the closet door behind you reminds me of where I live.
Well done again man..you are talented on the guitar.. keep them coming go pack go !
Thankyou sir. I will. GPG
Nice job! I like how you put your own personal twist on the picking pattern
Thankyou. I actually never found a tutorial so I had to listen like a million times and pull what I could from it and improvise the rest. I’m glad you like it.

Im way late but this is insane! Every bit of every note was so clear. I will be referencing this to learn the song!

I especially like how the chorus on this one came out
Great picking man! Think you could do a lesson on this like ya did Bob Fudge? Your Bob Fudge tutorial helped me out a bunch.
