Hi Wajiha, Congratulations! Wishing you all the best for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby :) Yoga is an especially safe and effective exercise for pregnant women because, not only does it provide relief during pregnancy, it can help prepare your body for labor and delivery. The gentle movements and slow breathing can also provide stress relief. Sending you love & light, take care -Team Glamrs
Hi Laxmi, it is important for pregnant women to practice safe pranayama techniques as part of their prenatal yoga routine. Instead of Bhramari Pranayama, they can focus on simple diaphragmatic breathing and Ujjayi Pranayama (victorious breath). Both these techniques help promote relaxation and reduce stress levels during pregnancy, making them a safe alternative for expecting mothers. -Team Glamrs
Between each pranayama relaxed yourself for sometime,,,observed your normal flow of breathing for 30 seconds to 1 minute then start doing next pranayama,,,,its better to do pranayama in morning or evening but incase you are feeling more stress, anxiety you can practice this at any time,bt keep schedule and practice this regularly 🙂
Let me mention here as a 500hour Yoga teacher and a mother. BHRAMHARI PRANAYAMA MUST NOT BE PRACTICED BY PREGNANT WOMEN!! So please give a statutory warning before your video that it should not be practiced by women who have conceived and kindly edit your video caption immediately. What you are teaching can be contradictory and harmful to someone who doesn't know this!!
