    I went to India and learned these breathing technique a few years ago. I am now pregnant and I did this practice yesterday. My sleep was much improved! Also whe. I was there I had my palm read. I was told I would have only one child and it would be a girl. She will be born in February! Thank you. Also my Hare-Krsna devotee name is Bhakti Nistha.

    My anxiety is so so high. On my 2nd pregnancy, this was helpful ! (Both pregnancy I was severely anxious ) going to do this every morning and night.
    25 weeks now and it’s so hard to breathe, I need this baby to stop soon :(

    I have high resistance flow in both uterine artery. Is this exercises will help to reduce that problem?

      Between each pranayama relaxed yourself for sometime,,,observed your normal flow of breathing for 30 seconds to 1 minute then start doing next pranayama,,,,its better to do pranayama in morning or evening but incase you are feeling more stress, anxiety you can practice this at any time,bt keep schedule and practice this regularly 🙂

      Once you start doing it, it'll unlock gradually. Take stream regularly to ease the blockage.

    Let me mention here as a 500hour Yoga teacher and a mother. BHRAMHARI PRANAYAMA MUST NOT BE PRACTICED BY PREGNANT WOMEN!! So please give a statutory warning before your video that it should not be practiced by women who have conceived and kindly edit your video caption immediately. What you are teaching can be contradictory and harmful to someone who doesn't know this!!
