I’m 19 weeks! This was a surprise pregnancy after little to no chances of becoming pregnant. I’m 40 and have just picked up high blood pressure. In addition to meds this has helped me so much with lowering it and centering myself again. Thank you

I just found out I am pregnant for the 4th time. I have had 3 losses in the last 2 years, but was recently finally diagnosed with lupus and a clotting disorder. The doctors are confident I can now have a successful pregnancy with my new blood thinning medication. Thank you so much for this! To say I was stressed is an understatement. I will be 31 in 8 days. I am 3 months pregnant with my 4th. I have 2 boys and a 10 month old girl ❤ I was a little overwhelmed at the thought at first but I’ve found peace within myself this pregnancy like I haven’t at all in my previous 3. I love ur accent too, ur voice is really calming x it helped me relax.🙏🏾🥰I've been pregnant for abt 12 weeks now, but; I'm not really sure how it goes when it comes to the weeks. So to make it easier on myself, I just say 3 mths.🤷🏿♀️Ik that might be a little weird, but it helps me to understand how far I am. So hopefully I got the weeks right. But this video really helped me relax. I've been really worried abt my baby lately bc I'm super stressed x it's even to the point where I get scared sometimes bc I'm always emotional x I'm in a really difficult situation rn. And now I'm scared bc wit all the stress I'm going through, ik it's not good for my baby; but idk how to prevent it. So hopefully if I keep doing this meditation everyday, it'll help me; cuz I really don't want the rest of my pregnancy to be stressful. So I'm hoping this helps. I totally understand! I’m in the same boat. I suffered from anxiety prior to pregnancy and it startled to creep up up on me in my second trimester. Lots of meditation, prayer, distractions and keeping positive people in your circle.

But you've got this mama, and it's completely natural to have anxiety, it's all unknown and a total change of lifestyle. However, the love you are gonna feel for your babies will over come any struggles you may face. Hey Veronica, If you're worried about your breathing then definitely give your doctor a call. It could also come down to exhaustion and potentially stress due to worry. The anxiety you're feeling is understandable and very common with the current climate so don't judge this emotion, just recognise it when it arises - breathe then let it go. Try to focus on the positives that could come out of all this. Oh yes, mediation is a peaceful practice suitable for anyone at any time in their life. Length of a mediation is totally up to you, you can meditate for minutes or hours, there are no rules. Hi I am suffering with preclampsia and also gtt diabetes. Always feeling anxious too extent.. now 33 week pregnant. Can I do this meditation? I am really worried and my pulse rate is going too high when feeling anxious. And can't able to sleep
I'm sorry to hear this, but yes meditation can help you relax and de-stress. I would highly recommend meditation as often as you can to help calm your mind and body 🙏
4 to 5 weeks. My right ovary is 2 cm bigger than my left and it could be an ectopic pregnancy. Also I have fluid in my uterus, they say I’m either 4-5 weeks pregnant or I had a miscarriage

Ah, Madie, I'm so sorry you're feeling anxious and short of breath. Just know that's all normal, growing another human is draining and scary at times. Just remember your body has got this, you're amazing and you're already an incredible mum. First of all congratulations. 🎉 It can be scary when it's our first so never feel embarrassed to ask your doctor anything that is concerning you. Though it is common to only start feeling a kick after 20 weeks with the first. If you still don't feel anything by 24 weeks then definitely get checked out. I will be 31 in 8 days. I am 3 months pregnant with my 4th. I have 2 boys and a 10 month old girl ❤ I was a little overwhelmed at the thought at first but I’ve found peace within myself this pregnancy like I haven’t at all in my previous 3. I totally understand! I’m in the same boat. I suffered from anxiety prior to pregnancy and it startled to creep up up on me in my second trimester. Lots of meditation, prayer, distractions and keeping positive people in your circle.

Ah, I can imagine you're feeling anxious especially with two babies on the way. But you've got this mama, and it's completely natural to have anxiety, it's all unknown and a total change of lifestyle. However, the love you are gonna feel for your babies will over come any struggles you may face. When I do the inhale and exhale I yawn Everytime is that normal??? I'm 29 weeks pregnant .. also I always do this even if not pregnant .. it's 5am and can't sleep good I fell asleep at 11:35pm and kept waking up not able to sleep with all this crisis .. I'm getting really bad anxiety
Hey Veronica, If you're worried about your breathing then definitely give your doctor a call. It could also come down to exhaustion and potentially stress due to worry. The anxiety you're feeling is understandable and very common with the current climate so don't judge this emotion, just recognise it when it arises - breathe then let it go. Try to focus on the positives that could come out of all this. Oh yes, mediation is a peaceful practice suitable for anyone at any time in their life. Length of a mediation is totally up to you, you can meditate for minutes or hours, there are no rules. 4 to 5 weeks. My right ovary is 2 cm bigger than my left and it could be an ectopic pregnancy. Also I have fluid in my uterus, they say I’m either 4-5 weeks pregnant or I had a miscarriage

Ah, Madie, I'm so sorry you're feeling anxious and short of breath. Just know that's all normal, growing another human is draining and scary at times. Just remember your body has got this, you're amazing and you're already an incredible mum. First of all congratulations. 🎉 It can be scary when it's our first so never feel embarrassed to ask your doctor anything that is concerning you. Though it is common to only start feeling a kick after 20 weeks with the first. If you still don't feel anything by 24 weeks then definitely get checked out.
