    I’m 19 weeks! This was a surprise pregnancy after little to no chances of becoming pregnant. I’m 40 and have just picked up high blood pressure. In addition to meds this has helped me so much with lowering it and centering myself again. Thank you

    I just found out I am pregnant for the 4th time. I have had 3 losses in the last 2 years, but was recently finally diagnosed with lupus and a clotting disorder. The doctors are confident I can now have a successful pregnancy with my new blood thinning medication. Thank you so much for this! To say I was stressed is an understatement. I will be doing this every day 🥰

    I would like to say that its early morning & I’m not getting much sleep during pregnancy...i was so depressed these days.. nothing was ever making me happy...& now somehow i feel relaxed...i feel dozy & now can go back to sleep... wish me luck everyone to go through this pregnancy peacefully & to be happy 😃 have a good day

    I'm 26 weeks with my second and have chronic anxiety and ante natal depression, really enjoyed this meditation - it is so important to carve time out of the day to calm the mind and body, even with a 3 year old running around!

    Thank you so much. I prayed for this baby my whole life and yet since conception i have been filled with anxiety. Struggling to feel calm and excited about an unlnown future.
    This meditation has helped calm me so much. I love the birds in the background too. I am eager to build a beautiful bond with my baby and settle these fears through mindful relaxation and praying to god for his grace. ❤

    36 weeks pregnant and awake in the middle of the night with pre-baby jitters. This helped my anxiety so much. About to drift off to sleep as soon as I post this. Thank you.

      First of all wow congratulations mama to be, I remember being like that as my pregnancy progressed, it does get tough to sleep with a round football belly in the way. You did the right thing meditating and taking some time out to relax before trying to drift off again, so very happy this meditation helped you!     I am a very very beginner in yoga and meditation. I also have complex-PTSD and am 29 weeks pregnant. I have incorporated this routine into my daily excersizes as the very last step to calm me down. I love this. ❤

    I watched this tonight (at 38 weeks & 2 days pregnant) while really anxious after a long day at the OB & hospital following some pregnancy concerns/complications. This is just what I needed. Perfect flow & very soothing voice - the calm in you really calmed me! Thank you :)

    I will be 31 in 8 days. I am 3 months pregnant with my 4th. I have 2 boys and a 10 month old girl ❤ I was a little overwhelmed at the thought at first but I’ve found peace within myself this pregnancy like I haven’t at all in my previous 3. I feel so much more in touch with myself as a person lately. Never before did I even think to go on walks daily or look up yoga videos. Thank you for this. Very very relaxing 🧘🏻‍♀️❤

      I totally understand! I’m in the same boat. I suffered from anxiety prior to pregnancy and it startled to creep up up on me in my second trimester. Lots of meditation, prayer, distractions and keeping positive people in your circle.

    I am 5 weeks with my 1st, I like to meditate and this is a great video I’ve saved it to a special playlist I appreciate the video so much! My first time doing it I fell asleep hahahha but it was lovely

      Ah, I can imagine you're feeling anxious especially with two babies on the way. But you've got this mama, and it's completely natural to have anxiety, it's all unknown and a total change of lifestyle. However, the love you are gonna feel for your babies will over come any struggles you may face. You're already doing the right thing by doing mindful practices to calm your mind, which in turn will positively affect your babies within. Sending lots of love and light 🙏💕

    When I do the inhale and exhale I yawn Everytime is that normal??? I'm 29 weeks pregnant .. also I always do this even if not pregnant .. it's 5am and can't sleep good I fell asleep at 11:35pm and kept waking up not able to sleep with all this crisis .. I'm getting really bad anxiety

      Hey Veronica, If you're worried about your breathing then definitely give your doctor a call. It could also come down to exhaustion and potentially stress due to worry. The anxiety you're feeling is understandable and very common with the current climate so don't judge this emotion, just recognise it when it arises - breathe then let it go. Try to focus on the positives that could come out of all this.     24weeks pregnant..I am a claustrophobic, facing anxiety panic attacks daily....facing near to death..its soooo worst..

    4 to 5 weeks. My right ovary is 2 cm bigger than my left and it could be an ectopic pregnancy. Also I have fluid in my uterus, they say I’m either 4-5 weeks pregnant or I had a miscarriage

      Ah, Madie, I'm so sorry you're feeling anxious and short of breath. Just know that's all normal, growing another human is draining and scary at times. Just remember your body has got this, you're amazing and you're already an incredible mum. I recommend reading and listening to some hypnobirthing books and podcasts, they help with anxiety and prepare your mind for birth. Sending love and light to you and your baby within 🙏

    Hi I am suffering with preclampsia and also gtt diabetes. Always feeling anxious too extent.. now 33 week pregnant. Can I do this meditation? I am really worried and my pulse rate is going too high when feeling anxious. And can't able to sleep

      Oh yes, mediation is a peaceful practice suitable for anyone at any time in their life. Length of a mediation is totally up to you, you can meditate for minutes or hours, there are no rules. Finding a quiet space and presence within is vital for our mental health, your baby will be positively affected by your practice as well. Sending love to you both 🙏

      First of all congratulations. 🎉 It can be scary when it's our first so never feel embarrassed to ask your doctor anything that is concerning you. Though it is common to only start feeling a kick after 20 weeks with the first. If you still don't feel anything by 24 weeks then definitely get checked out. But for peace of mind, do ask your midwife or doctor. Sending love and light to you and your little one within 🙏🥰
