Hi Neha, alternate nostril breathing is perfectly safe for pregnancy as long as you are not holding your breath at any point ( no internal or external retention of breath). If you do it at a slow controlled pace, it has many benefits like better oxygenation and calming the nervous system.
Hi Laura, it could be due to bad posture. You can either try doing it while sitting on a chair with feet flat on the ground or taking wall support while sitting on the ground.

Hi @shabanazafari8850 , whenever I check BP in home it was normal and the situation changes once I check in hospital. It will be high. I followed this pranayama, regular walking thrice a day and completely cut off the salt. These things helped me to maintain normal range till delivery. Stay calm, hear soft musics and follow some diets, yoga. These will help you till your delivery. Have a safe and happy pregnancy 😊
It’s too fast you are not even allowing to inhale fully that immediately you tell exhale. Please slow down, breathing exercises should be done slowly. I missed all the exercises due to your commands being so fast

You can slow down youtube videos. UA-cam offers that option. You can slow down or speed it up.
