Thank you Bharati. I followed you through out the pregnancy and did the breathing exercises which helped me a lottttt at the time of delivery. When doctor asked me to hold my breath it was so so helpful. Now I am blessed with a baby boy by normal vaginal delivery ❤

My gynac told me to not practise alternate nostril breathing in pregnancy. Is it advisable to do so?
Hi Neha, alternate nostril breathing is perfectly safe for pregnancy as long as you are not holding your breath at any point ( no internal or external retention of breath). If you do it at a slow controlled pace, it has many benefits like better oxygenation and calming the nervous system.

Hi Prachi, yes if you have no complications in your pregnancy like low lying placenta, then it is safe to sit in Sukhasana.

Hi Laura, it could be due to bad posture. You can either try doing it while sitting on a chair with feet flat on the ground or taking wall support while sitting on the ground.

It’s too fast you are not even allowing to inhale fully that immediately you tell exhale. Please slow down, breathing exercises should be done slowly. I missed all the exercises due to your commands being so fast
