- Low Calorie High Protein Hummus, Guacamole and Tzatziki. Pls try them out and let me know what you think :)
Hummus
Macros: 413 Cal, 39C, 9F, 36P
Ingredients:
- 200g chickpeas
- 200g nonfat greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 10g peanut butter
- 1 lemon
- salt, cumin
Guacamole
Macros: 367 Cal, 28C, 22F, 24P
- 1 Avocado
- 200g nonfat greek yogurt
- 50g tomato
- 25g onion (1/2 small)
- 1 lime
- salt
Tzatziki:
Macros: 231 Cal, 16C, 0F, 42P
- 400g nonfat greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 25g cucumber
- 1/2 lemon
- salt, pepper

Nice recipes, kinda of similar to the cucumber one I do Fat free, Garlic, Dill, and pickles instead of cucumber + a bit of pickle juice. Not so much a dip but more a salad dressing

I used garbonzo beans (all I had in the pantry.... still pretty damn good)
Any recommendations on what to dip with? Hummus works with vegetables imo, but what about the other 2?
I love them as a dip for grilled chicken, especially the avocado one. Nowadays i swapped greek yogurt for fat free cream cheese tho.

I like veggies with the taziki dip. Cucumber slices, broccoli, and cauliflower.
If u want to make tzatziki don't add lemon, instead add vinegar. Also if u don't have cucubers, u can make it with carrots too.

I heard you state that you add peanut butter to this. Sorry, I have listen a couple of times, and could hear what you said it replaced. I have a peanut allergy, so I can not use PB. What did the replace??
