People underestimate Skyr. When i was travelling in EU and was on extreme saving mode i used to eat one full pack of skyr with some fruit toppings. It will costs less than 2€ and you will get 55gr of protein with decent amount of carbs and fiber. No-brainer.

Honestly idk how people can bate broccoli, its really amazing if you cook it right. Here's a side dish i made that i can share:
    Ingredients:
    100 g broccoli
    125 g chicken breasts
    - cut the chicken breasts into short strips
    - season them with any seasoning (i used garlic salt and cajun seasoning)
    - add a teaspoon of oil to the pan and stiry fry those breasts
-once chicken breasts are cooked, add broccoli and add a pinch of salt.
Serve with rice, noodle, or eat jt alone
    Total:
    302 calories
    40 g protein

I love shrimp but I keep getting mild reactions like getting a bump on my lip and my throat swelling but still able to breathe. But I found a way to go around this, I would cook the shrimp until they become shriveled and tough, that was, its juices won’t have any effect on me if I cook them away, and now I eat shrimp with no side effects

0:35 I agree with that approach. I am only interested in the nutritional information presented per 100 calories. It would be essential to specify this information in the following format: calories per 100 grams, followed by the remaining details per 100 kcals. But, as it would be usefull an correct, we will not see that.

Egg whites(Albumin) are alone pretty inflammatory to the gut. The fat and nutrients in the egg yold help balance out this with its anti-inflammatory properties. So for this reason, it's actually better to eat the whole egg for the increased digestability. This only applies to pasture raised eggs though, otherwise you definitely dont want the yolk in your body💀

eh by judging on a per calorie basis this is basically a lean protein source list not high protein imo

Definitely interesting to watch, though I was more interested in the amount of protein. It seems shrimp and chicken is the best option in terms of calories/protein ratio.

Be careful with tuna, its a great protein source but can be high in mercury. You shouldn't eat tuna more than a couple times a week.

The mercury in tuna is way overblown. Unless you're eating it everyday for months you're fine

@@drumline17it’s a cheap and simple protein source for someone looking to diet. I like having a set meal plan where I eat the same thing everyday, and I almost did this before someone warned me about it.

@@MN-vw2lo And if you ate one can a day you'd be fine unless you literally did it for months and months. And even then, you'd still probably be fine. Like I said, overblown

@@drumline17 I disagree, mercury poisoning can happen, and it’s important to be aware of.

The canned one usually is unproblematic, however the filets tend to be much higher in mercury and there you indeed need to be careful. Try wild caught salmon as an alternative, that one usually doesnt have a problem with mercury.
