Felu, i just really want to thank you. I was losing weight for last 3 months, lost 12 kg, but stopped losing weight because i was cheating with my diet. I just could not eat plain vegetables and chicken with rice/bulgur/couscous anymore. So i found your channel, and man, you are awesome. I found out about shirataki, tried your recipes, and i never felt better on diet, already lost 1.5kg using your recipes. I hope you get more views, you really deserve it. Thanks!
Tzatziki is traditionally made with thin slices of cucumber which you drain so your tzatziki does not become runny. Also you put vinegar or wine vinegar in it to add the initial punch in the flavour.Other than that it looks pretty amazing!
I know but dehydrating cucumber is just not something that people will do at home. And instead of choosing between 100s of different kind of vinegar it's just easier to use a lemon
@@Felu you can just wrap them in a paper towel and squeeze them with your hand. Also if you are making a portion and using it immediately, you don't need to worry about the water content, it won't have enough to start being soggy
I always loved cooking, but never really put much thought into calories and all that. So as I started to gain weight, I found myself not wanting to cook as often. Randomly stumbled upon your channel, and now not only do I feel like I’m eating much healthier by being much more conscious of my macros, but I’m also so excited to cook again when I watch these videos. Just got done absolutely inhaling a Gyro. Thank you for the videos Felu!
Being mindful of calories is a key to losing weight and staying fit. Don't listen to anyone who tries to discourage you from counting calories, weighting food or telling you that you are weird because of that. Most likely you will find obese or overweight person telling that.
@heksogen4788 Yeah, I dont really think a fat or obese person is ever giving out calorie counting advice. Anyone who is fat knows it and trust me, the last thing they want to do is talk about food or even be seen eating in front of anyone. You are a loon, what are you on about?

I just tried this, my 'tzatziki' sauce was 6g of Avacado oil, 50g Fat Free Greek Yogurt, about half a clove of minced garlic, as much parsley as I felt it needed, and just enough cayenne pepper to give it a red tint. It was simply amazing.

Hey Felu! Made this last night. I doubled the recipee portions and we loved it here. Bread was kinda too salty tho, will use less next time. One whole lemon felt like too much for the sauce too. But excited to try again. Aaa my twist was that I used chicken breast leftover from a whole chicken I made the other day. I just put all the breast meat into a bowl with the sauce and combined til it was shredded and smooth. I threw an avocado in as well and it was a super smooth and nice chicken paste. Helped a lot cause breast was so dry and flavorless haha.
Hi, I know but the thing is that cucumber has to be dehydrated, and also the seeds have to be removed. These are things that people at home will not do. That's why I left it out. Thank you for your feedback!
Will be trying this one, if you want even lower cal try split red lentil wrap. Been trying them all week, they're pretty good but "hard" to cook. Very time sensitive not long enough they're gooey in the middle and break apart, to long they go crunchy and break. But getting the hang of them slowley.
Don't really care about calories but I eat plant based. I think lentils and mushrooms would be really good here. Are you using the brown lentils? They tend to stick together more and be more forgiving
Made these two dinners in a row and both were absolute delicious! Also, I've tried other recipes from your channel. Everything was delicious: french toasts, chicken sandwiches, butter chicken, cheese grits, quesadillas. Thank you! :)
Hi everyone, in case you are like me and love garlic, but don´t want to chop it (powder does not have the same taste), try getting garlic paste, you can usually find it in Asian shops. My go-to ever since I found it. And no chunks in your mouth if you put it into the Tzatziki!
Tzatziki warriors will hate this suggestion but a pinch of cayenne really lifts all the flavours to a new level, salt your grated cucumber for 20/30 minutes to remove water and intensify the flavour.
Tip: the sweetness in yoghurt or kwark depends witch microculture they have used. So one brand can be more sour or sweeter than the other. There are some brands that tastes sweeter 0.1% even if they don't contain sugar.
