Dasik (Tea confectionery) is a type of Korean traditional dessert, mainly made by grain powder and honey.
The history of making and eating Dasik has been very long.
It is said that black sesame dasik was the most common dasik that appeared in historical literature. The black sesame dasik appeared for the first time in a book called ‘Jeungbo sallim gyeongje’ written by Yu Jung-rim (1705-1771).
I made black sesame dasik with roasted black sesame, mung bean powder, and honey.
I made this video of shaping black sesame dasik using dasik tool.
I will also upload a recipe video of the process of making this dasik soon.
