@@curlytay its my pleasure. Its just nice seeing a tutorial like this...its not boring but happy to watch. My hair is very similar to yours a tiny bit curlier but it tends to frizz alot after wards when its dry

Aw thank you so much Denise! I'm so happy to help! I think the Giovanni gives my hair a deeper clean and I absolutely love the tingley feel that it gives. If I was experiencing a dry scalp, I would reach for the NYM though. I think the Smooth as Silk conditioner gives a very similar condition to the NYM conditioner. I do prefer the smell of the NYM conditioner though ☺️

Hey! Thank you for all of your tutorials, I'm just learning how to take care of my curly hair and your videos have been super helpful! I was wondering, do you have any suggestions on how to style curly hair on the second day after showering? I somewhat understand its best to only shampoo 2-3 times a week; but I'm not sure how or if I should wash/wet my hair or add products in-between the 'off' days.

You should check out Giovanni's 50:50 line. The conditioner is AMAZING and has soooo much slip! I loved the Tea Tree Triple Treat and the Smooth as Silk but the 50:50 has won me over.

Giovanni has a lovely gentle clarifying shampoo too. It’s called 50/50 meaning half of the shampoo is for hydration and half of the shampoo is for clarifying.

Thank you so much.I finally found someone with my exact hair texture, length, and curl pattern lol. My curls used to hold the whole day with no curl holding products . I would just use a leave in conditioner and I'd be good to go for the next 3 days. Any advice please ? I don't like the feel of anything sticky in my hair.
I recommend using something more lightweight if you don't like the stickiness of gel. A mousse or foam works super well for a lightweight feel, but good hold! 😊

Have you ever gone through a timr where your hair wouldn't grow? I keep up with trims and take my hair vitamins but my curly hair has stopped growing.
I havent gone through this, but a lot of the time it can feel like curly hair hair isn't growing or is growing very slowly, because our curls hide length in it's coils. My advise it to try scalp massages and deep conditioning if you haven't tried them before. ☺️
So there is leave-in, there is curl cream and there is gel. Are you using all 3 when you wash your hair? Are you only using leave-in and gel and then other times curl cream and gel?
