For me the biggest joy of Elder Scrolls games was the moment the tutorial leash came off, you did a 180 and left the main quest NPC standing there, only to return maybe 30-50 hours later after going off on your own adventure across a beautifully crafted world, exploring dungeons, finding legendary gear just exploring to your hearts content. While the POI's in Starfield are actually larger and more intricate (and numerous) than most of what you'd find in a fallout game, it's the lack of any meaningful exploration inbetween locations that was really disappointing. Also having 100+ hours in FO76, Starfields base building is sorely lacking by comparison.
I know a lot of fingers are pointed at him, and I’m personally not sure how much he is in control of this direction, but stuff needs to change imo. Thanks for watching!
@@Enzevil pretty sure he has been the chief writer since Fallout 3....and it shows, as the quality of the writing for the main quests has dropped off with each new game. Morrowind, Oblivion & Falloit 3 are all reasonbly solid (if you ignore the dumb original ending for FO3),, but then they drop off in quality after that.
emil is a symptom, not the disease. it starts with todd howard. he is the main problem. he put emil in the position he is in. he lets his team make a game with no design docs. the problem is at the top.
i seen videos on Emil's bad writing history, he's been writing slop his whole career. I kinda respect Bethesda for keeping employees who been there for a long time, but in some cases if they are god awful you have to let them go.
Skyrim still holds up well. Awful writing, some dreadful quest design... but brilliant exploration and amazing world design. It's a game that knows what it is. And it delivers a fun, immersive experience. Starfield, by contrast - they never figured out what it was even meant to be.
I cannot explain to you how much your opinion resonates with me! I grew up with the old Bethesda games, particularly Oblivion, Fallout 3, Skyrim and Fallout 4. THe shivering isles expantion of Oblivion is an experience I don't think I will ever forget! I really resonate with your comparison of 'show don't tell' and Bethesda is still amazing at writing lore, and coming up with a good plot (atleast for the main campaign). But the way they tell it has not evolved since Morrowind. The NPC's are still just standing there, explaining stuff. Nothing is happening, you are just waiting and listening.. all... the... time... The NPC's don't convey any kind of emotion. These where not issues back when Morrowind, Oblivion and even Skyrim came out. But now we expect more. Take BG3 for example, in a way it is very similar. There is a lot of dialogue where your created character doesn't speak at all and just stands there. But there is sooo much emotion in the delivery of the dialogue in that game that it feels compelling. While in Starfield you are just looking at a character with a bland expression telling you how he feels (again, instead of SHOWING how he feels). One thing that Bethesda really used to nail was exploration. Just wandering around in the world, stumbling upon all kinds of wondrous areas. As you said the hand crafted and interesting nature of it just invited you to see what's going on, and what could have possibly happened there. In Skyrim, if you saw a ruined shack in the woods, you could bet on it that if you explored, you could learn what happened there and who used to live there. Because the developers deliberately placed it there. In Starfield there are just a lot of procedurally or even randomly generated planets and areas and it just feels... soulless. I think every Bethesda game has it's flaws and bugs and quirks. But it had so much charm and personality that all of that stuff didn't matter. And Starfield just doesn't come close to that charm. I feel for the people that work at Bethesda because it cannot be easy, and creating videogames is very hard. Especially with their engine limitations and whatnot. So I hope they can find some encouragement to prove us wrong in the creation of The Elder Scrolls 6! Thank you for making this video Enzevil.
I truly love comments like these and when people explain their passions as well. Shivering Isles was amazing and I really think it had such a great show don’t tell moment. The moment when you find the portal, but especially once the dark room opens up, change into butterflies and you see the beautiful environment. And yes, exactly, it didn’t evolve, but it also evolved backwards. Somehow I “feel” the dialogue in Skyrim and Fallout 4 way more than this, I also loved the dialogue camera in Fallout 4 so it didn’t feel so stale. And I fully agree with the rest you said as well, while the games has their flaws they just capture that magical feeling, and that’s what I’m missing here. And I also hope for them TES 6 will pay off, because this reception but also be hard for them. Thanks again for your comment, and of course for watching!
Loved the video. I feel for you mate. Used to feel exactly the same with Ubisoft but now I have finally woken up to the realization that things will never be like they used to. Feels amazing once you let go and realize there are better games that deserve more of your time.
Good video! I agree. I played Fallout 4 after Starfield and enjoyed it more. Skyrim did have way more of that magic that you described in this video. I hope the best for the next Elder Scrolls.
Yeah, I'm worried too. The magic is gone. Things at BioWare are even worse w the upcoming Dragon Age. But with Bethesda, it doesn't feel like a problem with agendas, or lack of talent.... it just feels like they are stuck in the past, but worst of all: stubbornness, and laziness. And I'm not sure if Todd Howard is the only one to blame anymore. It's a Studio-wide problem.
Your point about characters saying way too much without saying anything is so true. So many games have beautiful worlds and genuinely interesting concepts, but there’s so much meaningless dialogue and reactions that you’re forced to listen to. It’s so easy to get turned off
Skyrim is my all time favorite game I have 5k hours in it, but only 200h in Starfield so you can say I'm a fan of both but obesely one more than the other by far, love the video
If anyone is considering tes6….wait until it is out. If it is bad, then be glad you waited. The base for the story isn’t terrible but as it stands, Bethesda is mediocre in everything really. Same engine, same bugs, same milk toast safe story and so on. Starfield vs NMS is so incomparable it is sad. NMS while completely flopping, has made an amazing comeback in the same time of Bethesda making their fallout and TES games.
great video i agree i didnt like starfield but love skyrim. i hope the next elder scrolls will be like it but also learns from games like baldurs gate 3
The RPG industry grew so much, we have games like BG3, Witcher, Cyberpunk, that really set the bar higher imo. It would be great if TES 6 had more of these RPG mechanics, I think Fallout New Vegas is a great example how it would look and feel like, if Bethesda would implement it more (since NV was created by Obsidian). I want to have the best of both worlds!
I didnt play Starfield, I did play oblivion and skyrim and I liked both games, especially skyrim. Unfortunately I'm more afraid than hopeful for TES6, there is a trend in recent gaming and bethesda too. Studios keep pumping out mediocre slop. Stories with no edge, no memorable characters, mediocre slop for gameplay... There is a gem here and there like BG3, Wukong etc, but still odds are not good.
I'm here from the bald man's stream and I have to say I disagree with him on the Bethesda games. The thing that carried them was the soul and atmosphere of the worlds they crafted. Walking through the woods in skyrim with its fantastic music and ambience, while looking at snowy mountains and ancient ruins in the distance was just an incredible vibe
You can't sit me down at your restaurant, serve me lukewarm, microwaved leftovers and expect me not to walk out. It doesn't matter if the restaurant used to be the best in town, or the decor is nice, or there's relaxing music playing in the background. That's kind of how I see Starfield. Some good features, but bad where it matters.
For me, I'm just happy we live in a world where Oblivion and Skyrim exist. I've craved TE6 since the announcement, hoping it would be another Skyrim experience. Over the years, I've taught myself I don't need another Skyrim, beacuse I already have it. I hope that makes sense
I feel you man. I felt this way with Pokémon, then I looked into JRPG’s, and I found out that I could live my life without Pokémon. I hope you find something to fill that hole. Because while Bethesda may not be delivering what you want, I can assure you that there’s tons of people who feel the same way you do, and will get inspired to make something greater than Elder Scrolls. When companies fail, it’s usually fans who will carry that torch. Never forget that man, it’s not the end for Elder Scrolls-like games. ❤👍
Thank you! And yeah other games filled that gap, like Cyberpunk is a great immersive first person RPG, Baldur's Gate 3 is an amazing fantasy RPG, etc. In terms of JRPGs, I can definitely recommend the upcoming Metaphor ReFantazio, the demo is great! :)
The great Bald One has blessed you with his gaze. Bathe in his sunlight. P.S. the video was great. A lot of us feel like this these days about multiple games and companies that brought us joy many years prior.
Watched on Bald man's stream, I gotta say, I loved Skyrim in 2011, when I was 11... looking back, personally it's just an awfully surface level game. Mile wide map, and it's an average inch deep of content. Fallout 4 was also pretty much skyrim but with guns (lmao). The lack of progress they've made since Skyrim, and even the regression in the game's storytelling, has been worrying for years. My hopes for ES6 are rock bottom, I don't expect much past a graphical update and more dialogue branches.
I still love Skyrim, but also it was made in 2011 and the tech and mechanics were still great then imo. Nowadays, the bar is set higher by other RPG studios.
Here from asmon's video, totally agree with you. I really really really hope ES6 will be good but at this point I'm starting to think I'm just living in a fantasy. Great video.
im worried about ES6, but, at the same time i think it can be good because of the source material they have to work with. Personally i just love the ES world so i will enjoy going around and exploring it but everything else im unsure of.
Enzevil, thanks for the great video! You've said what a lot of us think. Bethesda Games Studio is not what it use to be. It can be again, but I think it needs new leadership or new owner (looking at you Larian). 🙂
Great to see you Dragon! Larian is a great example of listening to their fans and implementing player agency and feedback. I'm sure Bethesda also want their games to be critically acclaimed and loved again, and us fans, but indeed something needs to change. Let's hope for the best. Thanks for watching and your comment! :)
In a time where everything is so edited, your style of monologue, where you stutter slightly or make small mistakes during your heartfelt takes, it's refreshing. Feels authentic and lends believability to your passion. Subbed.
Thanks a bunch! It’s “scary” to do content like this, since it’s different and the algorithm doesn’t like that. Sometimes these videos don’t perform well at all, but I wanted to get this off my chest haha. Glad you liked it. Thanks for watching!
I really hope for Elder Scrolls 6 to be good too. Maybe Bethesda games feel too slow or cozy now - did any of you replayed an older title recently? Can you confirm or negate?
Like from Asmongold react. I want ES6 to be good, but after _Fallout 76, Starfail_ and _Veilguard_ I trust nothing until I see it played. I refuse to get invested in games that have not come out yet and whose unscripted gameplay I have not seen.
Asmon-vengers assemble!. You did good @enzevil. Im in the same boat with lost faith in Bethesda... I still remember the day fallout 4 trailer dropped, man I was so hyped... I was as giddy as a schoolgirl... Then I played it... It's not hit the same since... And fallout 76... Don't get me started... I rised my head out of the dirt when I heard "Skyrim in space for the first time"... And again... I was left wenting... I was left faithless...
I agree with most of everything you said in this video. You explained eveything about starfield i couldn't find the words for. Starfield is a game i was so excited for before it came out. I'm a fallout and skyrim fan through and through. When ESO came out, i played it, but it died pretty fast for me. After that, Bethesda's games weren't the same for me anymore.
Hey brother asmon sent me here. I feel you man.. it hurts seeing an old studio you loved as a kid turn to shit.. In a way i'm feeling this anxiety for my other beloved studios: Capcom/Namco. they're starting to embrace DEI garbo and that directly threatens a lot of IP's i love .. EG: resident evil, street fighter etc.
I had these same thoughts about Pokémon with the 3DS games. I didn’t think it would get as bad as they are today. Black and white 1+2 were the last good ones
Here for you dude. I too loved Bethesda games more than almost any other franchise. All we can do is continue to voice our opinion and hope one day it will pay off. One thing is for certain tho, refraining from pre-ordering games and waiting for the sources we trust to give us a breakdown of what's actually going on within them is now the only way to purchase games. Voting with your wallet has been proven to work, and clearly it's the only way. Keep your head up, and do like the rest of us and just enjoy older games. Best of luck with the channel, bro.
Another dude coming from Asmon video. Maybe I never was much into Bethesda games, but your feelings poured into your video echo my own about Mass Effect and BioWare. I believe studios nowadays lost their touch with knowing what their fans want, not you.
Came here from the Ratman, I feel you bro, I have thousands of hours in Skyrim. I feel like the current Bethesda doesn't have it anymore, Todd and his team should back away from the main development roles settle in advisor roles and give it to a new and passionate team. Todd's vision for the Elder Scrolls has become blurry, and with Emil Pagliarulo's writing doesn't help it one bit. Emil should go back to level design since he was the main man who designed the Dark Brotherhood quests back in Oblivion
Asmon brought me here too. I too was, and still is a Bethesda game enjoyer, and I share your opinion in that Starfield lack the charm that Skyrim and FO4 have. I don't think its a writing problem, cuz IMO Skyrim and FO4 never had good writing (there might be good writing back in Morrowind, but I never played those). I think it's a worldbuilding problem. In Skyrim, no matter where I go, the game always tried to offer me an illusion of reality. There are paved roads that I can (and probably should) follow, NPC that have their daily schedule, object that I could interact and shouldn't interact with, people I shouldn't mess with (that riverwood chicken). FO4 was much weaker cuz from what I see, compare with Skyrim, there are more enemy I should shoot and less stuff I should be wary about, so the world is much more bland. But still, one can find a interaction method they enjoy (IMO, milsim / survival sim / stalker-like sim). And Starfield? I think I don't even need to explain. Nothing it does is better than No Man Sky... even in the writing department NMS blows Starfield out of the water. I think its all about player goodwill. When the world has at least some meat in it (like Skyrim), some players are willing to give it attention. Among these players, some will leave cuz they find the experience bland. But some might stay, and try different stuff, and maybe mod the game, and ends up still playing Skyrim today (like me). But when the world has no bone, no player will be patient enough to give it a try, and so the rest will never happen. Community is built upon a foundation, and if Bethesda hope players to build them a skyscraper without even laying a proper groundwork... well, we all know what happened.
The first side quest I found in the base game was getting a janitor her Starbucks order, and she rewarded me by bragging about her boyfriend, and she gave me a sandwich she found in the trash...
To be honest I never liked Bethesda games. I played New Vegas and Skyrim and it never appealed to me. Starfield is just the same feeling. Im glad I did not bought this game xD
Not all heroes wear capes. Some just go bald and watch entertaining UA-cam videos. Good luck and may the baldy be with you. Great video by the way. Sorry to hear about your concern about the future of Bethesda. US WoW people watched it happen to our favorite game, hoping it goes up from here. 🤞🤞
Found you via Asmongold, great quality video. Unless Bethesda fires the entire story team gets rid of Todd Howard there is no hope for the future of Bethesda, they are stuck in the mud Starfield is dated and bland. ES6 is cooked
Came from Asmongold TV. Asmon can't find one reason to like them. Well here's mine. i was illiterate! 100% playthrough much loved. Anyway subbed🙂 (spell-checker)
The bald one's reaction sent me here after I watched his video, time to binge some of your Baldur's Gate videos. Thanks for your content! Yeah, I'm worried about the way ES6 might turn out too now. Not much hope if this is the kind of thing they're putting out. Let's see :/
While I've always thought bethesda to be mostly bad, bland, and buggy (including skyrim and fallout), I'll admit that there are moments here and there that are good. I'm also well aware I'm in the minority in this. This is a well put together video, and I hope fans get the game they want from elderscrolls 6.
I get you dude and I am also worried about it. Played Star field and personally felt 5/10 or 6/10. There were moments when I saw it work, like being scanned for counterfeit goods and realising I need to get out of there. Sadly a ton of poor decisions were made (the eyes, zooming during dialogue and no buggy to name a few) that made the core gameplay loop drag and ruined the whole. Combine that with failure to push their tech forward (ie loading screens) and it just missed the mark. For me, Bethesda excelled at creating world you felt you were living in - including the negatives. They need to focus on the immersion and keeping the player in the world - if they can do that, maybe they can do it well but I'm not holding out for it.
Anyway goeie video pik. Ik zag hem op Asmongolds channel.
I loved Morrowind and found Oblivion to be meh, but I enjoyed the first 45 hours a lot. Skyring was pretty good, but my favorite is Morrowind. Then I played Witcher 3, and The Shadow of War, Pillars of Eternity and realized how backwards Bethesda software and story telling really is. I lost hope for TES6 about 4 years ago, if not about a year after Fallout4 released :'(
I agree dude, their old games are absolutely why I love videogames even Arena and Daggerfall for me, at least, were really good. Nice video and keep it up!
I'm a Playstation guy. Not a console warrior, but a friend gave me a PS1 back in the day, my PS2 lasted a freaking decade. Moved abroad, got a PS4, loved a lot of titles and love the fact they work on my PS5. I was fairly upset when MS bought Bethesda and I knew I wouldn't be able to play any new titles (my work-centric laptop is by no means a gaming rig) ... then I DL'd and fired up FO76 again and just got numbed to the the idea. The reaction to Starfall, and now the DLC just reinforced that it doesn't bug me anymore. Like so many other franchises, IPs or studios, they're gone. Enjoy the great classics but don't expect anything like that again.
They need to take some of the elements that work from elder scrolls online like the more varied mounts and all the mount mechanics and what worked with Skyrim like the cool world with varied quests and opportunities, and definitely more unique rewards after missions and exploration in the way of items, weapons, armor, traits, perks or even some other unique buff or transformation in elder scrolls 6
I fell in love with BGS games since oblivion, Starfield was the first time I was majorly disappointed and yes I am worried about the next elder scrolls game quality. Also, found your channel from asmongold.

The main problem is Emil. Dude seems to keep failing upwards.
@@TheMarcHicks Actually I heard a rumour, that they dont have a writer and the level and questdesigners have to write their quests themselves
i seen videos on Emil's bad writing history, he's been writing slop his whole career. I kinda respect Bethesda for keeping employees who been there for a long time, but in some cases if they are god awful you have to let them go.
I honestly never played Skyrim but this video makes me want to start.
Skyrim still holds up well. Awful writing, some dreadful quest design... but brilliant exploration and amazing world design. It's a game that knows what it is. And it delivers a fun, immersive experience. Starfield, by contrast - they never figured out what it was even meant to be.
Do it. Also if Skyrim has something you want to complain about it, there is probably a mod to fix it :D
Here is to hoping the folks over at Bethesda will prove us wrong and make TES6 Goated!
I totally sgree
You've been blessed by The Bald One.
*Here it comes.*
Asmon brought me here.
Bot
Don't be afraid bro! Let it go!
A lot of copium but still, liked the video. Here from asmongold!
Hahaha absolutely, and thank you!!
Asmongold just watched this vid. Thumbs up.
Bruh can’t even take a shower without crying but your following his words around 😆🤡
Asmong send us! Much love
Loved the video. I feel for you mate. Used to feel exactly the same with Ubisoft but now I have finally woken up to the realization that things will never be like they used to. Feels amazing once you let go and realize there are better games that deserve more of your time.
Asmongold sent me here. Starfield sucks ass.
asmonbaldies assemble
Its the ost for me, the magic of Skyrim and oblivion was largely due to its score and i fear that magic has been lost without Jeremy soule.
If you are listening to this, you are the resistance
Good video! I agree. I played Fallout 4 after Starfield and enjoyed it more. Skyrim did have way more of that magic that you described in this video. I hope the best for the next Elder Scrolls.
Thank you! Yeah let’s hope for the best..
Asmon brought me here
🤡🤡🤡💩💩 you run his bath water too?
Man, I can't wait to play Starfield in 7-10 years, with all the DLC for 5-10$ and perfected mod support.
TES6 is going to be T-R-A-S-H.
Yeah I agree, I hope they can find the problem as well as the solution, to be both innovative but still bring that classic Bethesda charm.
@@Enzevil yeah, definitely. fingers crossed bro.
Thank you!!
Oh man... such great memories from that sentence you described!
Absolutely, but we still have Skyblivion coming too, atleast we can look forward to that :)
I gave you a like.. you need it man.. you need it..
Haha thank you!
A flawed but good soul is better than no soul.
Skyrim was just Oblivion.
Fallout 3 and 4 are Oblivion With Guns.
Fallout 76 is Oblivion With Guns Online.
Starfield is Oblivion in Space.
Good points man! Gotta hope for the best and expect the worst.
Thank you! And that’s what I always say! :)
Comment for algorhytm push, just came from asmons stream :)
Asmon introduces good content to the wider world. This is a well constructed opinion peice. subbed and liked!
@@74marcroy @Andi91 Thank you both!! :)
Here from asmon's video, totally agree with you.
I really really really hope ES6 will be good but at this point I'm starting to think I'm just living in a fantasy. Great video.
Same here dude, and thank you!
im worried about ES6, but, at the same time i think it can be good because of the source material they have to work with.
Subbed.
Great video! Hope you'll do more content like this!
Thanks a bunch! It’s “scary” to do content like this, since it’s different and the algorithm doesn’t like that. Sometimes these videos don’t perform well at all, but I wanted to get this off my chest haha. Glad you liked it. Thanks for watching!
I hope so too
I really hope for Elder Scrolls 6 to be good too. Maybe Bethesda games feel too slow or cozy now - did any of you replayed an older title recently? Can you confirm or negate?
Yeah played Skyrim and Fallout 4 lately still, still feel great and Skyrim cozy as well!
Like from Asmongold react.
I want ES6 to be good, but after _Fallout 76, Starfail_ and _Veilguard_ I trust nothing until I see it played. I refuse to get invested in games that have not come out yet and whose unscripted gameplay I have not seen.
Listened to your vid and genuinely thought you were a 100 to 300k youtuber. Keep up the passion you got for what you enjoy man
That’s a big compliment, thank you! :)
You are not alone. All of us gamers think and believe the same for all of our favorite games.
Cheers brother
Agreed. As much as I want to live in lala land, reality tells me I should be worried lol Nice vid Enz.
Hey Wolfy, thanks! Let’s hope for the best (but expect the worst lol)
From Asmon with love ❤
To be honest i also love old bethesda games, so sad i don't play their new games anymore 😭
Thank you and welcome!
W Asmongold! Shouting you out
I was so surprised, that was really awesome!
Asmongold just watched your video bro
Asmon-vengers assemble!.
You did good @enzevil.
Im in the same boat with lost faith in Bethesda...
I still remember the day fallout 4 trailer dropped, man I was so hyped... I was as giddy as a schoolgirl...
Then I played it... It's not hit the same since... And fallout 76... Don't get me started...
I rised my head out of the dirt when I heard "Skyrim in space for the first time"... And again... I was left wenting... I was left faithless...
Ah thank you! Yeah I still enjoyed Fallout 4, but 76....
@@Enzevil lol "...."
Fallout 76s is so bad all it gets is the dots 😂🤣
Boomer studio stuck in their boomer ways.
There is no hope.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! You’re not the only one :)
Yeah, it’s sad!
I had these same thoughts about Pokémon with the 3DS games. I didn’t think it would get as bad as they are today. Black and white 1+2 were the last good ones
Bethesda needs to learn not to innovate their way out of actual success.
Lol exactly
Here for you dude. I too loved Bethesda games more than almost any other franchise. All we can do is continue to voice our opinion and hope one day it will pay off. One thing is for certain tho, refraining from pre-ordering games and waiting for the sources we trust to give us a breakdown of what's actually going on within them is now the only way to purchase games. Voting with your wallet has been proven to work, and clearly it's the only way. Keep your head up, and do like the rest of us and just enjoy older games.
Best of luck with the channel, bro.
Absolutely, well said! And thank you! :)
the bald army
Hi, don't believe the lies of Asmon, TES are great games ^^
Another dude coming from Asmon video. Maybe I never was much into Bethesda games, but your feelings poured into your video echo my own about Mass Effect and BioWare. I believe studios nowadays lost their touch with knowing what their fans want, not you.
I can feel you on Dragon Age, nothing has come close to Origins imo...
Yeah, I feel you, I have so many good memories from playing Skyrim..
Lmao
To be honest I never liked Bethesda games. I played New Vegas and Skyrim and it never appealed to me. Starfield is just the same feeling. Im glad I did not bought this game xD
That’s totally fair! It’s definitely a certain style of games!
I really love this.Thank you my friend
Lemme watch the original video first before watching the goblin react to it :D
The true hero! Thank you!
Asmongold send me here. And i feel for you brother. Since Daggerfall, i played all the games of Bethesda.....and now....I just feel you brother
We're all in this together, lol
Not all heroes wear capes. Some just go bald and watch entertaining UA-cam videos. Good luck and may the baldy be with you. Great video by the way. Sorry to hear about your concern about the future of Bethesda. US WoW people watched it happen to our favorite game, hoping it goes up from here. 🤞🤞
Thank you! I also played WoW from vanilla and I still play retail today (although not constantly subbed), but yeah I feel you too
came from asmon stream
Incoming asmon viewers o7
Found you via Asmongold, great quality video. Unless Bethesda fires the entire story team gets rid of Todd Howard there is no hope for the future of Bethesda, they are stuck in the mud Starfield is dated and bland. ES6 is cooked
Thank you!
Came from Asmongold TV. Asmon can't find one reason to like them. Well here's mine. i was illiterate! 100% playthrough much loved.
Anyway subbed🙂 (spell-checker)
So cool, thanks for sharing and welcome! :)
The bald one's reaction sent me here after I watched his video, time to binge some of your Baldur's Gate videos. Thanks for your content!
Yeah, I'm worried about the way ES6 might turn out too now. Not much hope if this is the kind of thing they're putting out. Let's see :/
I think the time to be worried about ES6 is over. We should all prepare ourselves for midrange slop.
While I've always thought bethesda to be mostly bad, bland, and buggy (including skyrim and fallout), I'll admit that there are moments here and there that are good. I'm also well aware I'm in the minority in this. This is a well put together video, and I hope fans get the game they want from elderscrolls 6.
Thanks a lot, I really hope so as well! :)
This is a result of Microsoft's Mida's touch. Enshittification at its finest
Great video mate, strange thing is I played Starfield way more than I did Skyrim or Fallout 3/4... I guess I just like space and astreonauts more ;)
Thank you! Yeah I get if you prefer Space and Sci-Fi over fantasy!
Yeah I feel you too..
Anyway goeie video pik. Ik zag hem op Asmongolds channel.
Dankjewel man!
I lost hope for TES6 about 4 years ago, if not about a year after Fallout4 released :'(
I am with you brotha. I too am afraid.
The talent at Bethesda is gone, all that’s left is people that weren’t hired because they were the best, they were hired because they checked a box.
I agree dude, their old games are absolutely why I love videogames even Arena and Daggerfall for me, at least, were really good.
Nice video and keep it up!
Thank you!! :)
Hello everybody
Here from asmon. He talked too much and wanted to see your original video
Thanks for giving the original video a watch!
I love BGS games, but not Starfield. It's boring and it doesn't have the essence of other BGS games.
I hope es6 is good man but my hopes are not high
Thanks ❤🎉
They need to take some of the elements that work from elder scrolls online like the more varied mounts and all the mount mechanics and what worked with Skyrim like the cool world with varied quests and opportunities, and definitely more unique rewards after missions and exploration in the way of items, weapons, armor, traits, perks or even some other unique buff or transformation in elder scrolls 6
i am first and why people play this game lmao its so boring -.-
You're not alone! What a massive disappointment.
problem is not that they made Starfield the problem is they think Starfield is good
I fell in love with BGS games since oblivion, Starfield was the first time I was majorly disappointed and yes I am worried about the next elder scrolls game quality. Also, found your channel from asmongold.
Fallout 76 was the first one for me. And welcome!
Dog I feel you, this my relationship with Assassin Creed and the new arkham games. Great video, sub!
