1st time I made this it never quite set up...was way too mushy and bitter. I used low fat cottage cheese instead of a higher fat one so maybe that made the difference....Anyway... The 2nd time i added 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1 tbsp almond flour and it came out PERFECT. So yummy.
I just made this for dessert tonight and it was excellent. I have generic cocoa powder so I did 2 tbsp of that and 2 tbsp of erithrytol. After it was done in the microwave I added my toppings. Whipped some heavy cream in a bowl and added 1/2 tsp of erithrytol to it, shredded coconut, and sliced strawberries all on top. Today’s my cheat day and had lunch at a bistro. I CANT BELIEVE I paid 10 dollars for a chocolate mousse that was half the size of this. Will be making this in the future, yay for cottage cheese
This is a lovely way to get a chocolate “fix”. I made it even better by- reducing sugar to 2 tbsp, adding 1-2 tsps of coffee grounds, serving with a splash of whole cream. One recipe makes 2 very satisfying servings.

I love your channel mama, & friends, if y'all are looking for a safe sweetener I highly recommend monk fruit with nothing else added bc it tastes best for me with desserts. I used to take things like Splenda or monk fruit mixed with erythritol, or sweetener blends but let me tell you, it was not only breaking off my fillings in my teeth, but I learned after looking it up that erythritol causes stroke. Please avoid it friends. I was prediabetic and reversed it from avoiding hidden blood sugar raising sweeteners, and thankfully monk fruit doesn't raise blood sugars. And most sweeteners trick you to get it with erythritol at the store. I get my monk fruit on Amazon. Make sure it says no erythritol. Another gal friend of mine is allergic to monk fruit so she literally grows stevia leaves in her backyard, so that is natural and has nothing else added. Beware of brands like Splenda or Lakanto. They are literally poison. Even Stevia in the raw has sugar alcohols if not erythritol that mess up the healthy bacteria in your gut. Believe me, Ive tried all the sweeteners as I literally was a chunky sweet toothed girl as a child, so i know what tastes good too lol, so give monk fruit a try. Fine as is, but if you want a fluffier result, any chocolate cake recipe always includes baking soda…the acidity of the cocoa activates the soda to fluff up the cake…I used about 1/2 tsp. I also added about the same amount of baking powder and the texture was as fluffy as a cake mix cake! Thank you for a power-packed decadent breakfast!

I accidently bought dry curd, i compared ingredients, dry curd very few, way lower in carbs, the creamed kind had some nasty ingredients 1 being polysorbate 80 ... ill stick to dry curd & mix abot of yogart or sour cream to moisten it up abit

I have an autoimmune disease that I control with healthy eating. Be careful with having too much sauce from G Hugh’s. They are not that healthy. They contain canola oil and sucrose. Too much sucrose isn’t good for someone with a heart attack. Just be mindful that a serving is only 2 tablespoons.
I haven't tried it in this recipe, but I do it all the time. I would use roughly one and a half egg whites, or roughly equal to the weight of an egg. I often add 2/3 tsp of oil or butter to compensate for the fat in the egg yolk. I hope that works for you.

I started taking Seed over a month ago and it is fine, no stomach issues or spasms so that is a possible red flag, but not seeing any miracle but will keep taking a few more months. I also follow a low carb and no white sugar or white flour very limited if any processed foods also anti inflammatory diet which has helped some and exercise at least 3 days a week. I feel like If I don't go complete extreme I will not see results but we'll see.
