Cottage cheese and fruit is delicious! Try 1/2 cup cottage cheese with fresh blueberries, fresh strawberries, and banana! Tried it the other day and mow it is one of my favorites! Enjoy! 😋😍
I tried the yogurt (strawberry)with melted dark chocolate. I just use the serving size of chocolate on package. I drizzling some strawberry puree on top and it was so satisfying thanks so much .
I do the Light & Fit greek yogurt cups (5oz) with 1 TB of chia seeds mixed in. They have a variety of flavors (I love the Apple Pie & Tiramisu flavors!). They are only 80 calories, high protein, low sugar.... and the chia seeds expand in your stomach so it helps you feel full. Soooooooo good!

I love a low carb tortilla with sugar free peanut or almond butter, sprinkled with cinnamon&monkfruit 'cinnamon sugar' and topped with pecan pieces. wrap and warm, so sweet and melty! perfect for when I want a coffee'cake' You could add protien powder to the nut butter to up the protein. I can tell you haven’t been to McDonalds in a while because sadly, they don’t offer those snack wraps any more - I used to get them at the drive thru quite often on my way to somewhere - I miss them ! But yours look great to do at home

Wow, I love sushi, but the rice tends to not only raise my blood sugar. It makes my stomach bloat. I love this idea! In fact at Costco, we got some spicy tuna called Scout and it comes with a packet of spicy seeds. It is absolutely yummy. You don’t have to add anything to it but if you want to you can. I can’t wait to try it This way!

wow, i get that same granola too.. i order about 4 bags a month, clean ingredients and tastes sooo good!!! i pour almond milk over it usually add strawberries. i usually buy the cinnamon or cacoa flavors-- soo good

Great snack ideas! 👏 I cannot handle the oikos yogurts for some reason. Hurts my stomach so bad. I just stick with the 0% Fage Yogurt and add a scoop of my Tropeaka protein powder.

I just wish the protein shakes didn’t have Stevia or Monk fruit because I don’t like them, but I definitely learned so much from him about using using coconut sugar, date, sugar, maple syrup, date syrup and those types of things are great substitutes for regular sugar because of how your body processes them versus regular sugar and how it doesn’t give you that spike in your blood sugar
A1 milk are inflammatory. I do A2 milk instead but only occasionally. Dairy stiffen up my limbs & makes me inflexible. Almond mills is high in omega 6 & oxalate...causing information too. You have great ideas

Sometimes it’s hard to meal prep all the time and when I don’t have food prepared I find it hard to find some thing good and healthy, outside opting for a salad.

Well, I'm not a fan of Mayo or saracha, but I love tuna in Olive oil! If I want to spice it up, wasabi would probably work for me, or I could put Wasabi in some soy sauce and then use soy sauce over it since I won't eat sushi without soy sauce anyway. And yeah, the avocados are a must!

I like to put pace salsa over cottage cheese and eat with chips. Can totally do the protein chips for that extra protein as well. It's soooo good.
