- Have you ever seen crop circles on a computer? Well this iBuyPower gaming PC has been visited by tech aliens and I'm going to install a new Corsair AIO to keep this Intel CPU nice and cool. Technology doesn't always work out the way you want it, but even if it doesn't look perfect, it can be made to run perfect. And yes I cleaned the dust out of the side vents.

That thermal paste application made me quiver with fear lol
Why?

I worked in shop with PC's in the 90s in Poland as technical support. And I will forever will remember PC that came to us for repair. It has so dence dust inside that it looks like plush. But morover it smelled coffee and cigaretes intensly.
It takes one man to change the lightbulb but it takes *THE GREATEST TECHNICIAN THAT EVER LIVED* to install water cooling in an ibuypower pc

Bro was able to afford a 9900K but couldn't get an M.2 SSD.... Seriously what the hell man?
Its a stolen i9 ☠
Probably that time m.2 is still expensive
Why over pay for m.2 storage
m.2 storage is dirt cheap atm and much faster then SATA SSDs@@trevor7873
he spent all his money on the 9900k.
Great thing about fans is it's very easy to trim and drill the plastic case to make them fit. My current tower has fans where you can't normally fit them, but I cut them down and drilled new mounting points to make them fit,

That 5 Peas application technique is forbidden even in the realms of crop circles.
Had that ADATA SSD for over 5 years ,still working perfectly.
3 for me with near daily transfers of over 200gb
Mine has a power on time of 3 years 200 days lol. Still pretty good drive health too at 87%
Had an adata for 6 years. Works perfectly.
The SU800 is pretty much identical to the Crucial MX500 which is a super reliable drive and I have used many on repairs. However, ADATA does do a lot of grab bag variants, like their 600 or 700 lineups which may change out nand flash or drives ssd controlers as costs changed and it wasn't always a reliable combo.
adata ssds are great
"Ever seen crop circles on a computer?" ABSOLUTELY TOOK ME OUT 😂😂😂
I have the same exact SSD and it still holds up to this day.
it works until it doesnt
@@isa_Ldamn I did not know sandisk was like that too
Damm that scary 😢
I use adata ssd too .

All hail the i9 9900k, lol
Totally agree about Adata. I had two of these break down.
"Crop circles on a computer" Im deceased 😭😭😭

100% about the ADATA drive. I have lost 2 in the past.

That "Uala~" was marvelous
Voila*🙄
It be great to work with you on a daily bbasis at the shop. I love repairing and building PCs
I have had that same ADATA drive since 2017, and it works great 😂
I also have this exact one too from 2017 and it still works great 👍💪
me too, also if he lost all his important data because only had it on that SSD it's his fault... You must have a backup of all your important data, SSD and HDDs may fail at some time no matter quality...
Lmfao same here but from 2019 😅
@@anopsssi I've had far more hard drives fail on me than any SSDs. I have one archival hard drive in my closet, and the same backup on the cloud.
That is the most ideal, but don't cheap out on SSDs. ADATA is an example of that. It _may_ be fine to use but spending more does come with benefits.
Bro forgot the greatest technician that's ever lived
I truly understand a portion of that pain of those adata failing I just had a few games in them though.
in my experience the crucial mx 500 is great. i have 7 of them and none failed
Crucial stuff is generally my go to for my storage needs.
same@@SteelSmithery
I had the Adata as my main SSD for 7 years and now I gave it to my friend who uses it as a game storage .. still works no issues at all
I find this funny simply because I actually made this exact same mistake of buying that aio and it is way too big for my keiders open ventilation case 😂
Omg why isnt the roasts coming at me
SU800 is a competent sata drive, its not the same as the SU650 SU630 as this SU800 compete with other dram sata drive like WD blue/MX500
Ayo
“Sucks harder than when I play healer in Overwatch” man, I feel ya
Computer seasoning 🤤
Finally " quality content " loving this .
Fellow technician here, ADATA isn't that bad. It's by no means the best, but it's not KingFast level
i9 9900k gang, mines still hanging in there after 6-years, it's getting close to "time" though, dreading that motherboard upgrade along with the cpu
Can confirm on the drives. I’ve got a dead one still in my case that I was too lazy to remove
There should be a 10h version of your "Voilà".
I have the exact same case and can confirm them circles of dust and hair looked exactly like what I had lmaoo. took forever to figure out how to take off the front panel.
Anything is possible with "The Greatest Technician Who Ever Lived"!
The Adata SU800 is essentially the same as the Crucial MX500. Any other Adata Sata SSD I would have agreed with as they got cheap with and grabbed whatever was cheapest and it could be reliable nand, or less reliable nand, it could have been any and they often used the budget phison controller which wasn't great.
Yep. That SSD is actually a good model.
Yeah there's nothing wrong with that model SSD. I bought a couple of them several years ago and they still work no issues.
Yeah i feel like hes talking about the cheaper ADATA model, SU630 (Green one) Which cacheless. The SU800 (blue one) is great.
But like... weird thing is that the man bought a premium cooler and even more of a premium cpu, yet still went short on the SSD department to save... cash?
@@abdulsalam_xp45 the ssd mostlikly came with the pc. though at the same time if he the type to have someone install a cooler hes also the type to buy a premium cooler just for looks, than buy what ever for things he dont see like an ssd.
bro didnt had to remove the spicy''the greatest technician who ever lived

Those AData drives are actually really good, I’ve had some for well over 5 years that are still functioning fine.
Woah just realized I’m like 40 mins from your shop
This guy was buying a new cooler, but had literally no air flow because of that dust. Maybe you should’ve told him you solved his cooling issue, he doesn’t need the new one.
I used to have a 9900K during the pandemic and used a deepcool AIO, never disappointed me at all :) (it was 240mm AIO). But i had to sell it cuz i was able to get a 1000$ profit
"That Sucks Harder Than Me" Got Me 💀
Bro you didn't say the greatest technician to have ever lived😂😂
I have an ADATA drive and still going strong after 10 years
I’ve had one for 3 years too, no problems so far either 😂
Personally I'd tell them no to mounting that rad like that.... it could be a hindrance to proper flow within that AIO, but hey you're the greatest computer tech ever so what do I know?😉 As for those Adata SSDs, I agree for the most part man. I used them in the early days and had to replace roughly 25% of them over about a years time.
That thermal paste is absolutely squeezing out the sides all over the cpu socket
Yeah too much
"Into our magical dirt collector that sucks harder than me playing healer in overwatch" the ceinge strike i get for that
Can’t wait to see what the next repair shop says
there's literally nothing wrong here, the cold plate is mounted properly, there's absolutely nothing that he did that can go wrong

Hes right about the drives. My friend got them because he wanted a super budget and it crapped out 2 years later randomly. Lost all his data

“Have you ever seen crop circles in a computer?” I wish I didn’t but now I have
can't blame them, being on top is always best
That's why I used to go with VLP (very low profile) RAM whenever possible, but nowadays you can hardly gat any, anymore. Back at DDR3 times and earlier, that was not a problem.
The g r e a t e s t t e c h n i c i a n
I was expecting a "your mom" joke... I don't know if I should feel disappointed or relieved.
I did the exact same thing with the exact same corsair cooler with a similar case. I had to drill holes on top of the case myself to screw it. But it worked like a charm as it works both as a cooler for the cpu and as an exhaust for the case
Another job well done by the *GREATEST TECHNICIAN WHO EVER LIVED*
I have the same ssd since the first time i built My PC, like 5 years ago, and is still working perfectly.
