WOWIE! I was already beat from doing a 30 minute dance cardio workout (sorry amy, I'm seeing someone else for dance cardio), got down on the mat with this pilates core workout, then finished with your 10 minute K-Bell Love Handles...now I'm really done! I will come back to this mat pilates workout when I want an additional 20 minutes of core work--like on my rest days :) Still Love You Amy! XO-S

Another GREAT workout! Warmup moves were feeling like the workout 😅 Very challenging and some moves were hard for me to do, but I still loved the workout 💖I LOVE all your Pilates workouts and would always want to do more & more.
