Incredible as always! You have no idea how much you help me so I figured I'd let you know. I watch your videos every morning. They're the only ones that I've found that make me feel relaxed while pushing me and you always remind us that there's no need to prove anything and to breath. You always explain the positions soo well too! That's my favorite part. Like I'll be there thinking I'm doing the pose and you'll be like, "push your shoulder to the mat" and then it clicks and I get the pose right and feel the stretch. It's helped with my pain and flexibility sooo much. Thank you for what you do! ☺️🫶🏼

This morning I woke up feeling quite anxious, but I got myself to do this video, and when thinking about how I felt at the end, I felt warmer, much more comfortable physically, and calmed and ready for the day! You are the first instructor who makes me feel comfortable, yet often challenged doing yoga. This is because of the sequence of moves, your clear explanations and timing of the sequence. One continual struggle for me is doing pigeon pose. Instead of my bent leg being parallel with my shoulders, my leg is bent more with my foot under my hip. Hopefully that makes sense. Would greatly appreciate if you could offer instruction to improve and open up my hips. Bike riding without sufficient stretching likely contributed to super tight hips. Would greatly appreciate if you could show a progression of positions to go from this super tight, inflexible hip level to the correct pigeon pose. Thank you for creating quality content that often gives relief to body aches and stiffness!
That's totally fine!! For most people the foot will point back towards the groin rather than having it behind the hand like the way I do it. It just depends on your hips but the benefit of the pose is the same. Yes riding will definitely add stiffness to the area, best way to improve it is to just keep practicing hip opening poses before and after your rides.

Grateful for these online classes. March I started a new job that does not allow me much time for yoga or exercise because of my commute. Just getting a few minutes in is better than no exercise at all.
I’ve been practicing with Kassandra for two and a half years now and the way she teaches yoga is so well structured. Started of a complete novice with no flexibility and now I have the flexibility to do the splits, flat forward fold, straddle and the strength to do 90 minutes- 2 hour classes. Love her channel

I so liked this video. The back feels so great now. I'm doing this on Thanksgiving Day. So I give thanks for you and your teaching and these videos. And the ability as many mornings as I can get up early enough to do them. 😬 But I do appreciate them. I do hope your grieving for your cat is healing for you. It's never pleasant, loss. But the mourning and grieving can be so healing and it shows that you are human and ALIVE!!
