This workout is perfect for legs, abs, butt and even for the back. I felt a little stiff, because of long time working in front of my computer. And I feel so much better now. There are many workouts out there, but Sanne Vloet is now one of my favourite teachers.

I like it sooo much when you lead the workouts because its suits me more. You're focusing on the movement so slowly we can gain the shape we all want! It wiil be grateful for you to become a pilates instructor! I also love ballet beautiful's exercises! Today's exercise was like that!
You should definitely become a certified pilates instructor! I feel like people are starting to neglect the 6 feet distance which is really sad cause the virus is still out there :(
Great workout! I was feeling lazy so wanted something short and not too challenging and this was perfect. I loved that I worked every area of my body so finished feeling positive.
thank you for this, ive been trying to get active and while i still can’t do some of these exercises (the first one had me roll over by accident haha) i found them very useful!! i began walking in april and got tendinitis thinking i was able to run without years of extreme exercise and this helped me still feel good without injuring myself any more. thank you!!!!
This workout it's amazing! It made me sweat a lot!😂 But low impact and really nice! I'm a ballet dancer and these exercises are really good to fit a little more the legs and core💛 love your explaining and dynamic. In general, big fan of your workouts ;) 11/10👌
