Agreed. I've done plenty of workout videos ranging from 10 all the way up to 45+ minutes. Even the 10 minute videos felt SO long compared to this 20 minute video! When I heard "last exercise" I thought it would end with "...until we switch over to another body part." But no, it was the LAST last exercise!

I’m 15 and I’ve been doing this workout for 2 weeks now and I’ve already noticed my body becoming more lean/slimmed! My body is much more toned and more tolerant with this workout now that I have some strength!!

This was the first pilates workout I ever tried. At first I could only do 5-10 minutes at a time before needing a break. But I stuck with it and found a little each day built strength incredibly quickly, After a week I could do a whole video. After a month my shape was completely different. The best thing is, because it improves the quality of every movement throughout your day, my metabolism has changed... permanently! If I take a long break I still find that my strength never depletes back to what it was before. Pilates has been life-changing for me and I can't believe it takes just 20 minutes a day, on my bedroom floor, for free!
I’m 52 and have been doing yoga most days for the past 8 months which has strengthened my core considerably. I’ve just started incorporating Nicole’s Pilates classes into my daily routine and I’m enjoying the challenge they provide. They make me sweat but are still gentle enough that they are enjoyable. been doing this specific workout for 4 days in a row now and I've been able to now do this workout super still with little to no shaking and my body has never looked so toned!

this was one of the first workouts I did when I found Nicole's channel about 8 months ago and each time I'd skip the plank section because it was too much for my shoulders and wrists. About a month and half ago I started doing the workouts 5 days a week and today I finally made it through the plank section without giving up! Thank you so much for these workouts I'm getting much stronger and feel so much better in my body!!
I follow lots of workout instructors on UA-cam, but for me, Nicole is the best. The way she talks through all of the moves is really what makes the difference. I can do the workout without having to constantly check to see what she’s doing, because she explains it so well. That means I get all the reps in, while she mentions how to breathe, and other small adjustments to get the most out of each move. I see and feel a difference after practicing with her videos. She is a gift!

I’ve been doing Nicole’s Pilates videos for a year or more. I try at least on the weekends , but this summer really worked on 3-4 times a week. I didn’t realize how much stronger I was becoming. Yesterday I was able to do 100 crunches, and I could have done more! My normal crunch limit was about 40. I feel so much better than before I started Pilates. Thank you Nicole for all the fantastic content!

I adore this routine! I say this as a high school student with not much free time after school. I do this every day before shower & bed. It’s perfect because it has the right amount of challange, and it makes me „tired” but in a whole new light! My body burned during these exercises, but in a very motivating & pleasant way. Like the exercises were actually doing something instead of just tiring me out (like other workouts used to do). In the passage of time, I love to watch how these exercises gradually get easier for me (especially the stretches). This is my new favourite workout channel!

I’m on day 6 and my core is already so strong. I was struggling real hard on the first couple days, taking so many breaks, now I can do everything so easy, with no breaks!

When I first tried this workout 3 or 4 months ago, I could barely keep my hips raised with only one leg on the mat. I’ve been doing your shorter workouts maybe 4-5x a week since! Recently, I realised I’m able to hold my hips up for the entire duration required, though of course I can still improve and hold them higher. But wow, I’m so encouraged! I feel the difference in my body and strength :’) thank you Nicole!

I'm going to try and do this pilates workout every day for a month to see any results both physically and mentally! I've been so tired and just have no energy these past couple of months since I've been very stressed and busy from college. I'm hoping to feel more energized! Day 1: Not too bad except for those planks at the end! My muscles feel less tense. I never had a workout feel this good! Day 2: I'm still a little shaky, but I managed to get through it Day 3: Feeling a tad bit stronger since I'm learning this workout Day 4: Loved the ending stretch.

This workout doesn't make my legs or stomach hurt like many other workouts I've tried but it makes me feel fit and energized. Since that's what I'm hoping to achieve by working out, I'm super happy that I found this. It's perfect
But the fact that you feel a burn and it does hurt means that you are properly excercising your muscles. After the first couple times it aches the day after but then you should only feel it while your exercising. I think maybe you’re not doing them properly ?
I am doing this every single day and it ALWAYS makes me feel so good and I really enjoy it. In the past I had done loads of different workouts and from this video I have received the BEST and the fastest results!!! I 100% recommend it!

I love this workout. I really feel the strain but I also find it relaxing-partly because there's a lot of lying down and partly because Nicole is a very calm, soothing presence. I do this one a few times a week and it's always the first workout video I recommend to others.
This is the first video that I've actually been able to complete in one go (I'm not out of shape, but I definitely don't LIKE working out). Every time you commented about correcting my pose, you were right on the mark because I definitely slacked a couple times. And your comments about feeling the burn and it being difficult really helped me not feel like I was some student failing to keep up, but more like you and I were both pushing ourselves as equals, you're just more experienced. @@Laura-ee4kz After 3 weeks I can definitely feel the difference when doing the workout because its a lot easier to stay in control when holding an exercise. I think my arms and abs have gotten strongest the most because of how much you have to hold your body weight and use your core! I feel a lot stronger and can see new muscles forming so its been great so far!!🤩
I have to say that after 10 days of no working out and a holiday with too much drinking and too little sleeping... It feels so good and sooo challenging to do this class today. So many times I felt out of breathe and that I needed a break. I feel so happy & good to have completed this class, and excited to get back into my routine of moving my body with you
This is so perfect. I have had so much more energy since I started doing your 20 minute exercise videos every other day. With young kids at home it is hard to fit in a workout but this is just the perfect way to start the day before everyone wakes up.
I adore this routine! It's great for when you don't have enough time to go through a whole hour or half hour of Pilates or wish to also do something else. I hope this doesn't seem ungrateful, but proof of how perfectly it actually works; I think it would work great as a longer session, with more repeats per exercise. Thank you, Nicole! As someone completely inexperienced and with little flexibility i love seeing small improvements in my ability! i love the careful attention to every body movement. My one comment is that i feel roll ups are such a difficult movement, it seems surprising to me that there is no adaptation mentioned since you use them quite often. Progress for 1 week! (Maybe 2 weeks later) This is my first time doing Pilates, and it’s so relaxing. I do Taekwondo as a sport so I’m hoping this increases my whole body strength. Monday: Day 1: ✅ This was relaxing but also intense at the same time. I didn’t understand some movements but I hope I’ll understand more of the exercises soon and do it properly. My whole body is shaking right now and my glutes were burning like crazy!! I kind of have abs right now but I’m trying to make them a little more noticeable :) Tuesday: (Did Taekwondo, which is really intense) Wednesday: Day 2: ✅ The workout was easier and more relaxing for me, but I was still really shaking at the glutes and some of the core exercises. I feel much more strength today. The workout felt much shorter this time!! Thursday: (Did Taekwondo again, intense workout) Friday: Day 3: ✅ Again, the workout got much easier, it still burns, but I’m not struggling as much. I have a lot more strength at this now. This workout didn’t feel like 20 minutes at all, I found myself enjoying it a lot and that makes it seem like it’s shorter. Saturday: 🚫 couldn’t do it, I had no time lol Sunday 🚫 it was my rest day Monday: ✅ I succeeded. It got a tiny bit easier, still shaking tho lol Tuesday: Taekwondo Wednesday: ❌ Taekwondo yesterday made me sore as heck Thursday: Taekwondo lol Friday: ✅ Same as Monday Saturday: ❌ Didn’t have time Sunday ❌ Rest day Monday: SHAKING LIKE CRAZY LOLLL. Still loved it tho. I think the key of it is doing it everyday and not skipping- (even tho your body does need a rest day, but yea) This is probably the easiest day I’ve had so far though!

My husband had an injury and with having 2 kids, naturally, more chores and less time fell upon me. that's the first time i've ever done pelates, i usually stick with the usual work out videos and pelates feel so much better, i feel that my muscles have been exercised but i don't feel burnt out like i usually do after a "normal" workout video. That is exactly what i was looking for

this was one of the first workouts I did when I found Nicole's channel about 8 months ago and each time I'd skip the plank section because it was too much for my shoulders and wrists. About a month and half ago I started doing the workouts 5 days a week and today I finally made it through the plank section without giving up! Thank you so much for these workouts I'm getting much stronger and feel so much better in my body!!
I started doing this every morning for the past week and I can already see a big difference in my posture. I will definitely continue doing this.
I follow lots of workout instructors on UA-cam, but for me, Nicole is the best. The way she talks through all of the moves is really what makes the difference. I can do the workout without having to constantly check to see what she’s doing, because she explains it so well. That means I get all the reps in, while she mentions how to breathe, and other small adjustments to get the most out of each move. I see and feel a difference after practicing with her videos. She is a gift!
She has a soothing and caring voice. No agitation or hurrying.

I’ve been doing Nicole’s Pilates videos for a year or more. I try at least on the weekends , but this summer really worked on 3-4 times a week. I didn’t realize how much stronger I was becoming. Yesterday I was able to do 100 crunches, and I could have done more! My normal crunch limit was about 40. I feel so much better than before I started Pilates. Thank you Nicole for all the fantastic content!

I adore this routine! I say this as a high school student with not much free time after school. I do this every day before shower & bed. It’s perfect because it has the right amount of challange, and it makes me „tired” but in a whole new light! My body burned during these exercises, but in a very motivating & pleasant way. Like the exercises were actually doing something instead of just tiring me out (like other workouts used to do). In the passage of time, I love to watch how these exercises gradually get easier for me (especially the stretches). This is my new favourite workout channel!

I’m on day 6 and my core is already so strong. I was struggling real hard on the first couple days, taking so many breaks, now I can do everything so easy, with no breaks!

When I first tried this workout 3 or 4 months ago, I could barely keep my hips raised with only one leg on the mat. I’ve been doing your shorter workouts maybe 4-5x a week since! Recently, I realised I’m able to hold my hips up for the entire duration required, though of course I can still improve and hold them higher. But wow, I’m so encouraged! I feel the difference in my body and strength :’) thank you Nicole!

Day 1: Not too bad except for those planks at the end! My muscles feel less tense. I never had a workout feel this good!
Day 2: I'm still a little shaky, but I managed to get through it
Day 3: Feeling a tad bit stronger since I'm learning this workout
Day 4: Loved the ending stretch.
This is day 4 of me doing this routine and it’s kicking my ass!!! Granted I haven’t worked out for almost 10 years 😅 but I’m slowly getting better. SLOWLY

dear Nicole, your videos were my introduction to Pilates almost 2 years ago. I remember for the longest time I couldn’t even straighten my legs when doing the exercises, and I struggled to not take breaks throughout! This workout doesn't make my legs or stomach hurt like many other workouts I've tried but it makes me feel fit and energized. Since that's what I'm hoping to achieve by working out, I'm super happy that I found this. It's perfect
But the fact that you feel a burn and it does hurt means that you are properly excercising your muscles. After the first couple times it aches the day after but then you should only feel it while your exercising. I think maybe you’re not doing them properly ?
I am doing this every single day and it ALWAYS makes me feel so good and I really enjoy it. In the past I had done loads of different workouts and from this video I have received the BEST and the fastest results!!! I 100% recommend it!

I love this workout. I really feel the strain but I also find it relaxing-partly because there's a lot of lying down and partly because Nicole is a very calm, soothing presence. I do this one a few times a week and it's always the first workout video I recommend to others.

This is the first video that I've actually been able to complete in one go (I'm not out of shape, but I definitely don't LIKE working out). Every time you commented about correcting my pose, you were right on the mark because I definitely slacked a couple times. And your comments about feeling the burn and it being difficult really helped me not feel like I was some student failing to keep up, but more like you and I were both pushing ourselves as equals, you're just more experienced. @@Laura-ee4kz After 3 weeks I can definitely feel the difference when doing the workout because its a lot easier to stay in control when holding an exercise. I think my arms and abs have gotten strongest the most because of how much you have to hold your body weight and use your core! I feel a lot stronger and can see new muscles forming so its been great so far!!🤩
I have to say that after 10 days of no working out and a holiday with too much drinking and too little sleeping... It feels so good and sooo challenging to do this class today. So many times I felt out of breathe and that I needed a break. I feel so happy & good to have completed this class, and excited to get back into my routine of moving my body with you
This is so perfect. I have had so much more energy since I started doing your 20 minute exercise videos every other day. With young kids at home it is hard to fit in a workout but this is just the perfect way to start the day before everyone wakes up.
I adore this routine! It's great for when you don't have enough time to go through a whole hour or half hour of Pilates or wish to also do something else. I hope this doesn't seem ungrateful, but proof of how perfectly it actually works; I think it would work great as a longer session, with more repeats per exercise. Thank you, Nicole! As someone completely inexperienced and with little flexibility i love seeing small improvements in my ability! i love the careful attention to every body movement. My one comment is that i feel roll ups are such a difficult movement, it seems surprising to me that there is no adaptation mentioned since you use them quite often. Progress for 1 week! (Maybe 2 weeks later)
This is my first time doing Pilates, and it’s so relaxing. I do Taekwondo as a sport so I’m hoping this increases my whole body strength.
Monday: Day 1: ✅ This was relaxing but also intense at the same time. I didn’t understand some movements but I hope I’ll understand more of the exercises soon and do it properly. My whole body is shaking right now and my glutes were burning like crazy!! I kind of have abs right now but I’m trying to make them a little more noticeable :)
Tuesday: (Did Taekwondo, which is really intense)
Wednesday: Day 2: ✅ The workout was easier and more relaxing for me, but I was still really shaking at the glutes and some of the core exercises. I feel much more strength today. The workout felt much shorter this time!!
Thursday: (Did Taekwondo again, intense workout)
Friday: Day 3: ✅ Again, the workout got much easier, it still burns, but I’m not struggling as much. I have a lot more strength at this now. This workout didn’t feel like 20 minutes at all, I found myself enjoying it a lot and that makes it seem like it’s shorter.
Saturday: 🚫 couldn’t do it, I had no time lol
Sunday 🚫 it was my rest day
Monday: ✅ I succeeded. It got a tiny bit easier, still shaking tho lol
Tuesday: Taekwondo
Wednesday: ❌ Taekwondo yesterday made me sore as heck
Thursday: Taekwondo lol
Friday: ✅ Same as Monday
Saturday: ❌ Didn’t have time
Sunday ❌ Rest day
Monday: SHAKING LIKE CRAZY LOLLL. Still loved it tho. I think the key of it is doing it everyday and not skipping- (even tho your body does need a rest day, but yea) This is probably the easiest day I’ve had so far though!
I have been doing nicoles workouts for the past couple of months and seen a change in my shape especially my core.I have broken my ankle hiking down a mountain in Wales.8 week recovery.Its going to kill me just being sat with my leg elevated.cant wait to get back to your workouts.They are the best and most enjoyable.

This is my day 1 doing this workout. Although I did a majority of it (missed a few steps due to being sore and out of breath smh) I’m determined to do this 4 times a week until I get better. I’ve really enjoyed it.

that's the first time i've ever done pelates, i usually stick with the usual work out videos and pelates feel so much better, i feel that my muscles have been exercised but i don't feel burnt out like i usually do after a "normal" workout video. That is exactly what i was looking for

Loved this! It felt perfectly balanced. I like how you alternated back and forth between lower body and upper body because it kept each area from being completely wiped out too quick.
