This was a very difficult video for me to release.
Please respect that in your comments. Do not embarrass yourself by adding to the stigma around mental health. If you don't understand the severity, please read the links in the description.
By the way, I forgot to mention - my dogs will be well looked after!

Takes some real courage to speak up about these type of things, sometimes UA-cam can work as a therapy to talk about things because your talking to real people in a weird way. Which is great in many cases, now it's time for the pros to help ya out brad and probably right decision get that help back at home. Now on positive side, I know Wales has a weird language like mine and heard the longest word in the world is from there? or a town? Kumander, my gosh. Thank you for your courage. I'm not good at talking about my "stuff". I know so many people going through variations of your journey, some BPD also. You talking about it here, it's important for other people going through their mental health issues, myself included. It's important for those who know someone working on their mental health. I started watching Kyle, Kulas, because of my love for Mindanao. Through his posts I was introduced to you and your posts. Like so many out here, I almost feel like I know you guys. I'm so thankful that wood broke. I hope someday we'll all be on Mindanao at the same time and I can take you guys to lunch, or at least buy you drinks... whatever. I just want to thank you all for sharing the Philippines and for sharing the inside of your lives, like this video. Thank you for sharing your journey with all of us. I know there are many out here who will be inspired by you. One step at a time. One breath at a time. Then one more. Sometimes that's the best I can do. Hang in there sir.

It gives me hope that, in the future,he will be able to cope like you and all the other people here sharing their mental health journey. I've been following Kyle for years and also your videos from the get go. In fact, I watch quite a bit of UA-cam to get my mind off things. As a business owner, I've got so much going on, that I need some distractions at times. Over the years I've watched thousands of videos and never wrote a single comment. Why now? Because you have shown incredible bravery here, which I find truly inspirational. Also, because you are living my dream and are letting me share in it through your videos. And lastly, because we are all a little (or a lot) Daot. You, sir, are a hero and I can only tip my hat to you. I can absolutely relate to what you've been going through and wish you all the best, as you try to get your mind back in order. Who knows, maybe if my dream of visiting the Philippines finally comes true (we meant to go in 2020), our paths may cross one day. Until then, hang in there, stay who you are and keep uploading your great content. Like so many others, I'll be watching, relating and hoping with you. All the best from Germany.

I feel you kumander and i
I know where you're coming from. On several ocassions (five) I attempted to end my life between the years 2005-2008. I have been diagnosed with manic depression and being bipolar did not help. I have highest of highs, and lowest of lows. My coping mechanism was mountaineering/hiking then. It made me see the beauty in things. What also helped me was opening up and telling my story from the people I meet when hiking. Another thing that helpful to me was the support group In my wife and my cousin. From the very beginning I opened it to her and didn't hide those things (wife). She does a hell of a fine job. It's not easy, I still encounter highest and highs and lowest of lows, I still fight my inner demons, but the moment I tell her and she felt that, she would immedistely help me divert my attention to other things. Kapit lang kumander, If ever you need someone to talk to, hit a message, I am willing to listen. Sabi nga nila, it takes one to know one. Stay safe brother.

Stay strong Kumander I myself had suicidal thoughts before, I almost committed suicide 3 times when I was 19 yrs old that was 7 yrs ago. But one day I told myself I don't want this kind of thoughts anymore, so step by step I made myself strong and still continuously trying my best to be better than I was before. It's a marathon not a sprint. I believe there's always something great to look forward into life, you can do this commander take your time and comeback stronger as ever

Before Anselm started vlogging, I was there seen him the great potentials in creating positive UA-cam content so I kept on commenting that he needs to try vlogging too. I saw different kind of positive vibes of him that I saw in Kyle too and huge thanks to Kyle for introducing Anselm us. When he started the vlogging, I felt proud of this man. And after watching this vlog, I got emotional learning the all the traumatic and stigma that he had to go through. Hello ,Kumander. I am from Canada. As I am hearing your stories, my heart touches me and won’t stop my eyes to drop tears. We do have struggles in life in a different ways. But what I can tell and doing every time is to be closer to God. Talk to him all the time thru prayers. He is our ultimate source that find ways to give us hope and encouragement by using people to keep up going which is evident by by your parents . I was touched when you said that you’re Dad hugged you unexpectedly that means he cares for no matter what. I do not have a Dad for so long as he was gone.
