Kumander Daot ,you are awesome human being , you mentioned Anthony Bourdain, one of my favorite, keep your faith and be always strong ,you are in a good hand.
KD always remember God loves You...❣❣❣❣ I like watched all ur vlog...I'm from Mati City. DAVAO ORIENTA,but working here in abroad. continue what your doing.
Thank you for sharing your story, it is helping put my depression in proper perspective. N your videos is helping me dream of making it back to Philippines 🇵🇭 where my heart longs for.
I understand you my friend me too I am suicidal many years ago infact I committed suicide many times but there is a God who saved from all of that misery. Just continue inspiring people my friend everything we encountered in life has a purpose. God loves you
This has been a journey. Thank you everyone for being a part of it. The journey continues 🙂 I am looking forward to starting work on the fishpond hopefully next week, if all goes well! NB: I have to say this, but please comment with respect. Mental health is absolutely a health issue (one that can become serious!) and it not something that anyone chooses to suffer from!
I first went to Philippines in 2016 for 6 months.. I lived in bulan ,bicol in a nipa hut with my filipina gf and her family.. When I returned to UK I also had a mental breakdown... (Started in Heathrow) The thing I did was compared everything in Philippines to the life of the UK. The mentality of these 2 countries are worlds apart. The UK/western countries is based on competition ,jelosy and aggression with neighbours, which naturally leads to a bad mindset. People in the UK get jealous easy and they are always subconsciously Self comparing...... Where as in Philippines the mindset is way more relaxed, slower and less aggressive which equates to more tranquility and peaceful thinking.. This is why Filipinos are naturally more happy and content with their Lifestyles and do not set out to prove anything to anyone.. Friendliness , hospitality and warmth of the Filipino people is very comforting.. Where as people in the UK can sometimes struggle with a basic hello Or smile.. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Philippines.. Philippines and its people are my medicine ,comfort and cure... Great video kumander daot... Keep well there... Sam from united kingdom...
Also it is easy to live basically or minalistic there . It takes a load of the mind , no car work basic clothes . 2 years I was in Cebu and only bought basic things .
Your best video by far... I also suffer with mental health issues, first became affected in last 10 years, I've struggled, I've fought, I've been ashamed, I've felt weak. I lost my way for a while, but discovering the Philippines helped me begin a new journey. At the start of this year I felt down again, stuck alone in Cebu unable to return to Australia. I struggled for a few months then I started to vlog my life here. Things changed im stronger, im not alone anymore, nor am I ashamed. I may not have a large audience but I will share my story with them as well. Thanks for your inspiration, ever since I began following you I found myself being lifted up many times by your words as I've experienced much as you do as well as being in the Philippines. Cheers Kumander
Kumander please dont ever give up being a UA-cam Vlogger..WHY?..Because you are gifted with the natural talent to entertain..You have a hilarious kinda whacko persona that keeps me anyway rolling on the ground..Cheers and keep em coming sir👌🏼👌🏼
@@KumanderDaot You're amazing Kumander D. I Salute you... you're strong and breave enough to face your situation...you inspired me a lot by watching your vlogs.. Please continue your vlogging.. your helping people a lot. God bless you more 🙏💖
You are correct, I was a follower of Anthony Bourdain and I was shocked when he passed. I was really very sad and had too many questions in mind. It's so sad to know someone every one thought who had everything and then took his own life. You promise you will not do the same. We are here for you so just keep on talking. Don't think of anything that might hurt you. Be strong, stand tall, you are good, you are kind and I find you such a beautiful person, Anak, ok. Sincerely
Longfellow was right when he said, "Into each life, a little rain must fall". But sometimes we might become more than a little drenched from such rainfall and we cannot rely on letting a 'smile be our umbrella'. As a person who is also prone to debilitating bouts of depression, I really appreciate hearing the honest perspective of someone else who is fighting and, especially, overcoming the crippling effects of depression. You are in the best place to manage and overcome a problem that requires a lot of resiliency. For the people of the Philippines are a daily lesson in the philosophy of resiliency which seems to be their distinctive national trait. They weather all sorts of storms; natural, financial and familial. Yet they adust and bounce back, facing life cheerfully while living in the moment. Thank you for allowing me to join you through your vlogs which are more than just a cultural tour of a fascinating country. It is a pilgrimage of sorts from which I gain more than you will ever know.
1. Acceptance is the first step in recovery. 2. Knowing that you need to get help is not a sign of weakness. It means you are standing up for yourself, fighting whatever is pulling you down, showing that you are going to do what it takes to win. 3. If you see someone struggling, guide and support them. Don't be dismissive, nor try to solve their problem for them. Thanks for these life lessons KD. This is an awesome video.
I've been in that "dark place" before. I just want to end everything. I felt no one can understand. I am grateful to have my family and friends who supported me. I still grapple with my " demons" up to this day. But Im now in a better frame of mind. Looking forward to your future vlogs KD.
Now you know what "Its more fun in the Philippines means" because people learn to move on and still be happy even though get lots of problem. It is what it is,and we have to deal with it. Cheers my brother,be happy always..
I’m a bit emotional watching how you enumerated your trials and thoughts of ending it all. You reminded me of the times my mental health is so unpredictable, awfully unforgiving of myself. Times when I’m at the edge at the end of my rope I also want to end it all at once. It might sound funny but in the past whenever I thought of ending my life, I hear my mother’s voice telling me “whatever unbearable problems you are going through DO NOT END YOUR LIFE. There is always a new day to pull your self up and recover. I thank my mother so much for her wisdom I’m almost 70 yrs old now and totally recovered from all my mental illnesses. I laughed about it now, and said THANK YOU MOM… I hope you totally recover and continue on your journeys. Like you said there are more unfortunate people out there and still want to live no matter what. I consider you as one of the LUCKIEST MAN out there vlogging.
Hi Kumander, I commend you for raising awareness about mental health. Respect for you brother. I have watched your vlog ever since - when you went back to your parents until you came back here in the PHilippines. Now your subs are beating thousands 🤣. There are people out there who are rooting for your recovery. Press on, brother. 💪
'Mander..You mentioned this has been a Journey. It has but remember there's over 112 K of us here willing to take that Journey with you. They say a true Kumander is a Brave one; You're Brave for facing your challenges , You're Brave for sharing your challenges , and You're certainly Brave for admitting your challenges....the real essence of a true Kumander is You. #daotnasquad
Keeping it real… living abroad is not paradise… it’s hard. It takes a lot of acceptance and adjusting to different cultures. Anselm struggle is real. Many foreigners that move to Philippines go thru the same. ❤️ we support you. 🙏🏻 We understand
People are dismissive because they don’t understand mental illness, or they are scared to discuss the subject or even scared of what they may say is wrong. So proud of you sharing your story.
This is your calling. This is one of your best vlogs because you're someone who has a first-hand experience in mental illness and struggling everyday to conquer it. This will be a great help for those suffering the same thing as you. Here in America, suicide rate has gone way up during Covid . I have talked to someone who tried to take her own life but failed. She has severe depression and is also an alcoholic. Probably a double-whammy for her. She told me that suicide was not something that invoved a long-time plan. In her case, it just came all of a sudden. She took a knife and slit her wrist. Someone found her in time and she was saved. Mental illness , indeed, does not discriminate. Prince Harry, Princess Diana, Meghan Markle seem to have everything ordinary people could only dream of. Yet they all have/had mental illness and unapologetically and un-ashamedly wanted the public to know about it. May God give you the strength to cope and to hopefully conquer it permanently in the future.
I, too, suffer from bipolar disorder and what’s worse than hearing people say “more people are going through a lot worse than you” is when they say “snap out of it”! I understand that they may not know how it is to deal with mental disorders but I’d rather they don’t say anything and just be present because sometimes just knowing someone is there for you says a lot more than spoken words. Thank you for openly talking about what you’re going through. It helps to bring more awareness and understanding about mental health issues. Take care!
Can't believe it's been a year. I remember that vlog and you going back to Wales. Watched all your videos throughout this whole process. Keep going, KD! We're here for you!
i cant imagine yt without kumander daot. we love you kumander. im one of the few subs before 10k without video uploads. i remember those first vlogs. those awkward vlogs but look at you now? a great story teller, vlogger, influencer.
I can’t even imagine the challenges you go through mentally. I am glad you didn’t give up, and truly hope you continue to do so. We would have all been very sad & devastated, had things turned out differently. Anthony Bourdain’s death was such a shock, and I’ve never felt more sad about someone I’ve never met. I’ve followed his foodie footsteps globally almost the last two decades, and I had just gotten back from Basque Country (to try the pintxos he enjoyed), when he took his life. And I completely agree with you- realistic & attainable goals are best… one day at a time, to continue your journey!
Never give up , KD !!!!! Surround yourself with positive people . Accepting and recognizing your condition and learning how to deal with it, you’re one step closer to recovery. 😊
I'm on a similar journey kumander. Congrats to our victories. I'm proud of how far you've come kumander. We're here to listen to your stories, whether it's about your personal life or the fish pond etc. Just keep it coming kumander.
Kumander, you are loved. It’s sad that theres still this stigma of mental illness, but the more you talk about it, the more people will be mindful of what to say. Most often things you have no control, you have to let it be, just do what is good for you. Continue to do what you feel right for you & always remember you’re always special in God’s eyes! Take good care of yourself!
I'm 28 years old, KD and since I was perhaps 12 or 13 I've been depressed and recently realized I might be suffering from Anxiety too. Although I've never been officially diagnosed (I'm too scared to open up to anyone about this and let's be honest, therapists are quite expensive) that doesn't mean that I don’t feel what I feel, right? I've been so lost and although I still feel grateful for the comfortable (but still problematic) life, I cannot shake off the self-hatred and other negative things I feel mostly towards myself. Since I was a kid, I've thought of all the possible ways out but perhaps in reality, people like us don't really want a way out but we simply just want to be found but don't know how. I just wanna thank you for opening up about your struggles and I hope I can do the same before it becomes too late. Again, salamat ani nga video, Kumander! Wish you well always!
Anselm, your blogs are full of insight and wisdom. You seem to have come to an understanding of your condition. The saying keep your friends close but your enemies closer holds true. Rather than fight your enemy, embrace it to understand it and work towards change. The enemy will always be there...peaceful co-existence is the goal...survive and flourish!
Keep on making videos Kumander, meeting people, explore new places , working on fishpond, knowing more about our culture, etc. . I hope these will help you forget about mental health issues.
Kumander it took a lot of courage to put yourself out there and speak about your problem, and I respect you so much for doing it. Thank you for promoting this awareness that not a lot of people understand. We need to fight for life and what you’re doing is saving lives! Thank God for vlogging because it saved your life. Amping kanunay Kumander Daot!
Thank you for making this vlog. We as a society need to destigmatize mental health issues. A lot of people suffer in silence. Hang in there, Kumander Daot. Just remember, when it feels like things are getting bad, it will pass. Things will get better. Keep on going. You are an inspiration to many.
Michael Phelps said "It's OK not to be OK" Kumander it takes more Courage to admit mental health issues Thank you Stay Strong God Bless you always Just remember You are surrounded with Love and Positivity
Kumander Daot...much respect to you for being able to share your story! ...Everything happens for a reason, and this is your reason to continue what you do..and you're sooo good with it! Please continue to keep on shining!
I love you Kumander! This is an eye opener for everyone. At the same time, this is a great help for everyone too! We support you and we follow your journey! Yes, please continue your vlogging as that will help others and it may be your advocacy too. Salute Kumander! 😊🔥❤️💪🙏

Someone said: “I am bent, but not broken. I am scarred, but not disfigured. I am sad, but not hopeless. I am tired, but not powerless. I am angry, but not bitter. I am depressed, but not giving up.” Its actually good -- you are talking about it. Keep going, Keep talking some more and more until you get tired and sane. FILIPINOS LOVES YOU !!
Very big thank you to all Philippine folk for excepting Anselm for who he is ,you except him in a very gracious and natural way sharing joyous times with him and becoming a true friend towards him . Thanks kumander for the great words i have been in that state last febuary tried to take my own life but didn't succeed and i took it as a sign and recalculated my actions and started coping and solving my problems and what was i doing was going to hurt others and put them in bad misery. Still recovering and fighting for the light at the end of tunnel. Life are ups downs and lessons to learn from
G’day mate, I just want to say perfect Vlog ,there’s so many people out there suffering from this terrible disease, as I am one myself ,I just want to let all the people know out there, that I’ve reached out to Kumander a few times in my dark moments, and he has listen to me and never judge me, He has just sent me small messages of encouragement, just to say hang in there mate, there’s nothing wrong with admitting your problems and talking about it, and that’s it ,everyone needs a good friend, There’s no shame at all talking about it ,don’t keep it all bottled up inside, we are all here to help , we are all here to listen , excellent work mate, good to see a smile on your face, you are changing people‘s lives,,can’t wait to see what you do with that fishpond ,,absolutely legend👍👍🍺🍺
Kumander, thank you so much for sharing such personal story. Your honesty in telling your journey is powerful. There is no stigma in acknowledging the problem and finding professional help. Thank you for your honest advice on how others can show support. This is indeed very helpful to many who are suffering from the same condition. I am very happy to hear you say it’s a story with a happy ending. It is indeed! Continue with the blogs - you are one of the best story tellers, with a great cinematic. Acceptance and power on. I care
Thank you for your openness and honesty brother. Life is not at all like the fantasy that we are taught however it is only as good as the life we choose to live. I`ve been to the Philippines several times and can really see your attraction to there - you have chosen a good place to breeze through life - appreciate the natural surroundings and the friendly people - smile every day and be proud of your achievements. Respect
Talking about what you’ve went through is a sign of healing. I think you’re on the road to recovery. Slowly but surely. You are helping a lot of people who are experiencing depression and having a hard time with coping with the condition. I also think vlogging is helping you in dealing with challenges. You are a great story teller. It feels like we are a part of your travel. Always stay strong. You’re doing very well. Praying for your continuous healing. One day at a time. Best regards and stay safe
I am so proud of you KD that you really taking care of yourself. Thank you for sharing and now it's gives me some understanding of my coworker try to hurt herself. Kumander Daot, thank you for sharing your courageous journey with mental health. It took lots of courage on your behalf recognizing what was happening and getting help. That is a huge step and accomplishment. I love that you are using this platform to help others struggling in their silence of mental struggles. Also, you have a lovely family and community of friends supporting you which is very important. This healing journey you cannot do it alone. I"m a graduate student in Clinical Psychology, so bravo to you getting help and sharing this intimate journey. Life is filled with the peaks and valleys. We all have a choice in how to stir the direction of our life. All the best in your endeavors, Maria
Wow my friend you have help sooo many in different ways that you will never realized . Me for one you have made me want to better myself .as I told you awhile back you impress me with you fluent Bisaya language & I'm now beginning to learn it .I know that might be small to some but it's very big to me I took your advice on learning the body of Grammer & then adding on phrases . Dude your one smart guy & I really do like your vedieos brother. You may not realize it but we are all here at this present time & place in this world for a reason. We must search until we find out what each one's deal is . I believe your on the right path going forward to realize yours. Salamat my friend 💖 KEEP ON ROCKING IN THE FREE WORLD 🌎 peace & good karma always be with you .
Best video so far Kumander please keep talking about it if you help people you are helping yourself, many people care about you. Everyone is here for a reason I over dosed trying to kill myself but failed and 6 months later pulled a 16 year old boy out of a lake that was too tired to make it across. If I had succeeded there would be 2 dead people now. I tried to kill myself because my wife was divorcing me it has been a tough battle but now my new Filipino wife and I are coming to the Philippines (Davao city ) to get our SRRV in February looking forward to it. Long story short there is a plan for everyone. Keep the vlogs coming keep talking about your issues you are helping others and yourself.
Kumander Anselm, you said it from your own words and rightly so that acceptance is the first step towards healing. Denial and a false sense of bravado (I can do this alone) don’t get you anywhere. That’s delusion. Everything should be grounded on reality. Speak up, reach out, seek help, if need be. From the song of Joan Baez goes “No man is an island, no man stands alone, each man’s joy is my joy, each man’s grief is my own” You are unique just like the rest of us and together we can make this world a better place. Peace Kumander🙏
Being someone who sometimes struggles mentally I love watching your videos and seeing someone like me out there doing thing in place I would love to be. You have a gift of story telling. Lots of people can talk and talk but story telling is more than talking. You videos help me emotionally. For that I thank you.
Super honest Kumander! You will help a lot of people with this video. Many people lose hope then negative thinking takes over their lives. They start not seeing a future. They do not recognise the pain they are feeling is a temporary problem and it can be great again. You are an excellent example! The years of joy like you are feeling now would have been lost with one bad decision. Tough times come and go. It's part of life. It's how we choose to look at the situation that sets the future course of our lives. Make one change that will better your situation if you are hurting. Then another small change. Ask for help! Never give up people!
I am so so happy that you have been pulling through your struggles. I don't know you but I can say that I would be absolutely honored to if I ever had the chance. I struggled with my own mental health when I was younger and I had it well under control for nearly 20 years. My daughter passed away 3 weeks before her second birthday and i fell back really hard. I've been in a constant struggle for the last year and seeing you pulling through your own struggles have given me more inspiration than I can ever put into words. Thank you so much for doing what you're doing. Feels strange to say to someone that I've never met but I have so much live for you. Thanks for being a source of inspiration.
Good morning, such a powerful video. You're amazing. This will help so many people. I remember when you got your drone. Trying it in the snow. Kulas knew you would be great. Thank god for him. If vlogging saved your life. What a great friend. Always talk for sure. When people go quiet. That is a warning sign. Unfortunately, some people that have never suffered from any mental health will never understand. Learning to control how you are. And knowing your trigger signs. Is great. And that is all you can keep doing. Working on yourself. I am so happy vlogging gives you focus too. You are a great storyteller. This is definitely, what you should be doing. A great vlogger. I love your videos. Thank you for sharing. Have a great weekend. You and Nhel, and your fur babies.
i can relate to you kumander i almost took my life away last year because of mental illness..now i can say that i healed and happy again not totaly but im getting good everryday..thank you for sharing your journey with mental illness, i can feel that im not the only one having it..
I think by fighting your own monsters and sharing it here helps other people who suffers with the same problem. Keep marching on mate. All of us have monster inside. Never ever quit on life. That's part of the adventure!
It’s good to hear and see you talk about your situation. I see you are on the mend and thank you for sharing your thoughts and what you have been through. Yes, it helps when someone is listening to and remember that everyone has a problem. It is only us who are in control of our own issues. Vlogging in fact is bringing out the best in you! Full support here to all your vlogs🤩🤩🤩
I love your videos. You're intelligent charismatic and know how to tell a story in all your videos. I could tell you were not in the greatest place in this video but you should be proud of yourself because you're continuing the fight. My son has the same fight. I see his struggle everyday. Sharing your journey is therapeutic for you and the people that are experiencing the same thing. The world is a better place with you and my son in it. Always reach out to others for help. You're not alone xoxo
Thank you for sharing your Mental health journey. I'm sure a lot of your subscribers will be able to overcome the difficulties & get inspired in your story.. FIGHTING KD!!!
The thing is you never know whats going on in people's head or life, we are good at hiding it from friends and work colleagues then go home to that day place the black dog as Winston Churchill Called it so just be kind please just be kind . Saying to someone snap out of it does not help because we can't believe me it's a bloody dark place its very lonely , as KD says it's a constant daily battle to stay positive . So a big thank you KD for talking about these problems it helps those with it and makes those who have not aware of it . If you think a friend or work colleague has a problem as difficult as it may be ask them if there ok you just might save there lives WELL DONE KD
Thank you KD for your honesty and being pro-active to heal yourself and understanding there are many who suffer as you do, some more, some less but whatever you are going through is equally as painful Someone else’s pain does not negate yours. I really appreciate you, thank you again for your openness You are helping me be pro-active with my situation and kinder to myself ❣️😁
Kumander, Thank you for sharing your personal experience. The way you say it and your style of messaging especially on this topic on mental health makes a lot of impact. Sincere, frank, and with empathy. This vlog made me rethink my own experiences. You are appreciated and very much so by your community of followers.
Your stories, your struggle could be what someone desperately needs to hear. The more people talk about it, the more others will begin to understand. It's a heavy burden on its own. If we can lift the stigma by sharing stories, it can only help lighten the burden. Keep telling your stories... Can't wait to see the next chapter of the fish pond journey as well.
Thank you for your bravery and honesty through your journey to healing. Watching your vlogs this past year, you have made quite a change in the positive direction. Never, ever give up! There are people out there thousands of miles away that are watching your adventures as if they are experiencing it with you first-hand, living vicariously through you, wishing we can travel again. You are truly touching the lives of people in the world that you've never met before through your lens. That's the power you have! Stay strong and continue to be your Daot self!
Thank you very much for sharing this, Kumander Anselm. It really helps to give perspective and a glimmer of hope for those like me who might be suffering from mental health problems but keep on dismissing them for something they're not. Acceptance of the situation and dealing with it straight on is indeed the key to healing. Thank you and sending your way strength for our continuous victories over our battles. 💕
Kumands, thank you for hanging on, thank you for fighting the fight and thank you for being real about it all. We are here for you. We are rallying behind you! Heck you can consider all of us as your extended family! :) May the message of this vlog episode be tool for those who are really in need of extra help.
Please🙏 please 🙏do not give up!!! You can fight it, my brother failed. We love and really care for you. Stay connected with your therapist!! No please never quit. You are fighting so well
Accepting your mental health issues and recognizing it is strength itself. It must be hard to share your life and we are grateful. Hopefully it will give hope to those who are in the same challenges as you. So proud of you! Your family and wife should be proud. As your subscriber I am grateful for your strength and desire to share how real mental illness is. Bravo Daot! Mental illness is taboo subject in the Philippines and in other countries and I’m grateful that your bringing it up. Thank you!
Gd morning . I am sure you are helping a lot of people with the same problem. Thank you for letting us understand . I had two friends who ended their lives. You answered all the questions that has been hanging for many years.
KD thank u so much for sharing ur mental health problem and for u fighting it out and hanging on. I am touched too that the Filipino ways of life has helped u. I have a 35 year old son in your situation. I will recommrnd to him to watch this inspiring video. "The black dog" is always shadowing people like u. Good luck always. BTW your vlogs looks great technically & entertainingly that is why i am always watching u almost everyday.
For information of those wondering what the "black dog" is. It is a depression metaphor that is struggling to get off their backs of the illness. Search youtube about it.
Your eyes is deifinitely showing us how well you are doing these days! Thank you for the strength to keep going and being an inspiration...loving all your videos!
THIS IS AN AWESOME ONLINE COMMUNITY! Thank you everyone so much!
Kumander Daot ,you are awesome human being , you mentioned Anthony Bourdain, one of my favorite, keep your faith and be always strong ,you are in a good hand.

This has been a journey. Thank you everyone for being a part of it. The journey continues 🙂
I am looking forward to starting work on the fishpond hopefully next week, if all goes well!
NB: I have to say this, but please comment with respect. Mental health is absolutely a health issue (one that can become serious!) and it not something that anyone chooses to suffer from!
Thanks for sharing daot bikini
Enjoy Daot to the fullest
Hang in there, bruv.
Be safe enjoy & see you in davao kumander daot....
Thanks for sharing Kumander D. "Accepting the situation you're in and work on it" is an inspiring words to hear.
I first went to Philippines in 2016 for 6 months..
I lived in bulan ,bicol in a nipa hut with
my filipina gf and her family..
When I returned to UK I also had a mental breakdown...
(Started in Heathrow)
The thing I did was compared everything in Philippines to the life of the UK.
The mentality of these 2 countries are worlds apart.
The UK/western countries is based on competition ,jelosy and aggression with neighbours, which naturally leads to a bad mindset.
People in the UK get jealous easy and they are always subconsciously
Self comparing......
Where as in Philippines the mindset is way more relaxed, slower and less aggressive which equates to more tranquility and peaceful thinking..
This is why Filipinos are naturally more happy and content with their
Lifestyles and do not set out to prove anything to anyone..
Friendliness , hospitality and warmth of the Filipino people is very comforting..
Where as people in the UK can sometimes struggle with a basic hello
Or smile..
I'm looking forward to my next trip to Philippines..
Philippines and its people are my medicine ,comfort and cure...
Great video kumander daot...
Keep well there...
Sam from united kingdom...
Thank you for making our country your medicine and sort of positivity
I will not give up as long as people love to watch what I do 🙂
@@KumanderDaot You're amazing Kumander D. I Salute you... you're strong and breave enough to face your situation...you inspired me a lot by watching your vlogs.. Please continue your vlogging.. your helping people a lot. God bless you more 🙏💖
I agree with you.. I love this natural...
@@KumanderDaot God bless
super agree! i told him many time.
I totally agree with Dennis.
agree💞🙏🏻
I agree with u dennis...God bless..
I laughed about it now, and said THANK YOU MOM…
I hope you totally recover and continue on your journeys.
Have nothing but respect and admiration to this lad. Keep the courage KD!
Every human in this would have difficulties. But we all have faith in God that’s the purpose why we’re still here to overcome all the situation.
Take care!
Ugh, "snap out of it" or "don't be sad" or "don't think about it" - if it was that easy, I would! That's why I hope this message can help!
Nothing but respect, I feel your words, please keep on keeping on . 🙏🙏🙏
Can't believe it's been a year. I remember that vlog and you going back to Wales. Watched all your videos throughout this whole process. Keep going, KD! We're here for you!
You are stronger than you think. With this vlog you most certainly helped countless of people. God bless you.
i cant imagine yt without kumander daot. we love you kumander. im one of the few subs before 10k without video uploads. i remember those first vlogs. those awkward vlogs but look at you now? a great story teller, vlogger, influencer.
Thanks for sharing. I've been there. Battled depression for 40 years. Retirement and proper meds along with understanding have made me a new person.
Accepting and recognizing your condition and learning how to deal with it,
you’re one step closer to recovery. 😊
Well said bro that's true kumander and we love you
BRAVO, Anselm! Very well said! We are in this together...we will be with you in this journey!
Hope that my words can suppor you 🙂 keep on fighting and if you can't go to a therapist, there are some online resources that can help you 🙂
Seek proffesional help and you will never regret you did.
@@KumanderDaot salamat Kumander! I’ve been looking and trying to find ways to cope online.
I was looking for you yesterday, Anak, you were not there. I am happy you vlogg today! God bless you and your dogs as well!
Michael Phelps said "It's OK not to be OK" Kumander it takes more Courage to admit mental health issues Thank you Stay Strong
God Bless you always
Just remember You are surrounded with Love and Positivity
Acceptance is the word, you are a very good vlogger, just do what makes you happy,go slow,we are here for you, many people love you for who you are.

Its actually good -- you are talking about it. Keep going, Keep talking some more and more until you get tired and sane.

Talking about what you’ve went through is a sign of healing. I think you’re on the road to recovery. Slowly but surely. You are helping a lot of people who are experiencing depression and having a hard time with coping with the condition. I also think vlogging is helping you in dealing with challenges.
You've just found your purpose brother...keep this track I know you will inspire many.
U have my support. Mental health is real.roller coaster. Hang in. I deal with depression. Keep going. You can do it.
I’m glad you’re still here and that you’ve found your passion/distraction🙏🏼
Being someone who sometimes struggles mentally I love watching your videos and seeing someone like me out there doing thing in place I would love to be. You have a gift of story telling. Lots of people can talk and talk but story telling is more than talking. You videos help me emotionally. For that I thank you.
"Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear" - Mark Twain You, sir Anselm, are courageous. Thanks for this.
Your videos have this special depth to them and now I know. Your thoughts. Amazing.
You are not alone 🙂
I think by fighting your own monsters and sharing it here helps other people who suffers with the same problem. Keep marching on mate. All of us have monster inside. Never ever quit on life. That's part of the adventure!
What a great lesson for all of us, viewers! Thanks for sharing, KD!!!
Congratulations kumander daot. Continue what your doing. God bless you always.
Congratulations Kumander for winning the daily difficult battle. You've been destined to do more great things. Keep inspiring more people!
Kumander,
Thank you for sharing your personal experience.
Thanks for sharing this Kumander Daot during this hard pandemic times, it helped me a lot.
Sharing your journey makes a difference to everyone who goes through the same path. Keep safe always.
God blessed you po Kumander Daut.i'm glad you're okay now. Just don't giveup .keep on living. Praying is the best thing to do..
Keep expressing yourself and your creativity through this. You are helping people... you are helping me... Thank you!
