    This whole “your body is an X” concept is really helping me! I’ve found it quite useful with my snatch, where I really focus on that cross hand to foot connection as I pull.

    Seems like an excellent thing to pair with a plyo box as a reset between box jumps/step ups/other plyo work.

    Hello Tim, I'm a 66 year old who has neglected herself . This exercise is great. it's made me laugh at myself, trying to coordinate my moves, which is a bonus . I'm hearing quite a lot of clunking. 😂
