Tim, thank you from your Canadian friend. Your humour and lighthearted delivery of ideas just feels right and is rare. Along with our mutual friend Dan John you have helped made movement and health vanity free ad fun. Thanks again too for your kindness in my healing journey…💖💪💕
Thank you Tim. I used to think I was alone in my love of crawling. My neighbor's were concerned I was crazy. I used to crawl around the neighborhood. Now I just crawl in my back yard. Thanks for the continuing inspiration and motivation.
@@OriginalStrengthSystem I'm certain you've helped far more people than the statistics suggest. Beautiful ripple effects across the globe. Plenty of imitators but your humour and humbleness make you the original movement man in my book.
Thanks for all you do, Tim. I’ve subscribed for over five years, have all of your books (except the newest one, which I’ll get soon) and I do my OS practice every day.
Tim your channel has been with me for over 6 years and you are still one of my favourite movement gurus. Your innovation in ways to move is ceaseless and genius. When I developed CPPS and had to give up pretty much all of your typical exercise modalities I was devastated as exercise was such a massive part of who I am, but when I discovered Original Strength you showed me ways I could move again without being in pain and it's no exaggeration to say you gave me back a big part of my life. Thank you and God bless you Tim
Robert, thank you so much for sharing this with me. I’m left speechless and humbled. I’m so grateful these videos have been helpful to you. Thank you my friend. God bless you!
Just over 4 months post meniscus repair and rocking (along with OSI Online) has been instrumental to my recover and ROM. Currently 3 inches heels to butt when in rocking position!
When I saw the title, I thought wow Tim has really outdone himself. He is going to show us 60,006 ways to rock (60,000 and 6). 😆 Congratulations, my brother. I'm gonna be here each week for next 60,006 videos.
Thank you Tim! This rocking technique has been so useful in my life. As an MS patient, all your videos have helped me regain my equilibrium and keeps me moving. Thank you so much. Keep the videos coming!
This channel has helped me through my journey of overcoming hand overuse syndrom and led me to get a better intuitive understanding of my body in general. No athlete here, just a professional musician 🙏
With your permission, I would like to post a video tonight doing the rocks you recommend, minus the kick stand rock. I will fall on my face with this one. Thanks for the motivation. I, of course, will give a huge shout out to you and Original Strength.
Congrats on hitting 60k subs! I've been following you for a couple of years now and I've found tremendous benefits practicing the resets and other fun stuff you post in here. It's safe for me to say that you've changed the way I approach movement practice, and cranked up my fitness level in general. Thank you, truly.
@@OriginalStrengthSystemsorry I tried that video but my rib cage is so compressed and basically flat that my range of motion is very small. Like I had an anterior that turned into swayback. . I’ve been tried to expand my rib cage but I don’t know what to do first.
@Rokia2003 any motion is good motion no matter how small the motion. It’s still worth exploring. You may need to start with breathing though. It’s the foundation. How to Open the Rib Cage to Breathe Better ua-cam.com/video/-hFfoFH6PN4/v-deo.html
When rocking, my pelvis tucks under almost immediately (think butt-wink), should I stay at that tiny ROM for the rock or should I go all the way down with my rock regardless of what's happening at my hips? I have APT and can move maybe a foot or so.
To help restore posture, we often have people rock in the range of motion that allows for the optimal position. However, when you’re on all fours, there is no load on the spine and you’re not in danger. So either is OK, but you may do both for different reasons.
That's a crime. This channel should have at least 1 million subscribers. And please do post the video on push-up variations.
Thanks so much for the encouragement

I am going to try the others tonight. A bit concerned about the kick stand rock.
Rocking is a good way to loosen up the tight spots in the body.
Right on!
I don't know about everyone else, but I couldn't take my eyes of Tim's shoulders while watching the kickstand rocking and the Stevie. 😂😂💪
Very useful video!
Glad it was helpful!

Tim, I do the regular rock every day.
Awesome but I do have a question. I am fused C3-T2 can I still do the last one?
Yep! Just move where you can - be curious but not aggressive
good ol fashion number 6
