Tim: I've been doing these movements almost daily since you posted the video. They feel wonderful, and are a great way to warm up before other stuff. Thank you for sharing this routine!
I love that that you did not say how many repetitions should be done per each movement. Totally unnecessary info that gets people in the head instead of doing them by the feel. :)
I absolutely loved this! Thank you so much Tim for taking the time to help us keep healthy and moving!!! These are keeping me sane:-) Greetings from South Africa
I don’t think so but sometimes people get hurt chewing food or walking. If there is fear, be curious but not aggressive. Know your body is made to move and it often heals through movement
Ah, I see. He is brilliant. BUT remember backs are made to twist, flex, rotate, extend. If all the muscles are doing their jobs, these movements should not be an issue. The first muscle to address is the diaphragm. Make sure that guy is doing what he needs to be doing!
The shoes in this video are Sanuks. They are like bedroom slippers but way better. Very comfortable and mobile. I also wear Xero shoes - when I don’ want to wear my bedroom slippers… I have several pairs of both brands.
Good morning Tim. I am having issues with the area of my low back that extends down into my upper glute. It tightens up even when just walking. Is there a routine good for this issue?
Maybe Just do each one for two minutes. As for helping the lower back from lots of walking, rocking can be quite fantastic. Here’s a link:ua-cam.com/video/5e08_N8Ca7M/v-deo.html
Great little movement flow. Thanks Tim, you just make the day better. One movement at a time.
Tim- This along with other shoulder stretch routines has help the knots in my upper shoulders- Thank you!
That’s wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing

You are one of the best! Thank you! I will also do these as part of warmup, in between sets and cool downs during workouts as I do other OS movements
Thank you Tim! I am so sore today due to some serious overtraining. This felt GREAT!
Wonderful!
Loved that! Exactly what I needed today
Thanks so much for sharing. This is going to be great for clients who can’t get up/down from the floor.

So happy this was helpful! Thank you for commenting!
Respect ✊🏾! Needed this addition to my yoga and body mobility. 21 yrs of deployments and jumping from planes tightens up the back and hips etc.
So glad it’s useful! And, thank you for serving for us. Merry Christmas!
@@OriginalStrengthSystem welcome. honor and privilege to have served. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years!
Great routine Tim! 🙏👌💪🏻
Thank you so much Tim!

Awesome!
workout!! Thanks.
Wonderful! I say, if it feels good, it usually is .. 🙏
Do you think these could actually cause some disc bulging on a problematic back? Very nice video thank you.

@@OriginalStrengthSystem Thanks for your input, Stuart McGill has me scared! Lol

...."pretty super good" :-) ......maybe!
How long do you recommend doing each of these? Any recommendations to remedy middle/lower back pain aggravated by walking too much?
