    I tried the second vegan recipe few days ago and It's came out just perfectly. I have tried maybe more 100 different recipes for gluten free breads last years and were never ok. This is my favourite and made me so happy! I am obssesed with this bread. Today made it again for third time! Thank you endlessly for the recipe! ♥️

      Hi, I used finely ground organic non-bitter millet flour.

    can i use convection oven for these recipes? a lot of other recipes cannot be used with convection oven 😢

    Hi! Thank you for sharing these recepies! I have a question - for the first bread with the yeast and eggs - do I wait for it to proof before baking, or do i put it in a cold oven, or preheated? Thanks for the answer in advance.

      Hey there, you don' need to rise it, it will rise byitself in the oven and yes you put it in the preheated oven😊😊

    Both versions look good though i tend to lean towards yeast based one.
    Which millet flour have you used please? There are so many millets.

    What's the role of tapioca flour, please? Can it be excluded or replaced with some other flour?

      Tapioca flour gives coarse millet flour its elasticity and tenderness. You can replace it with corn starch ,all purpose flour, potato starch...

    I like the texture of this bread, but the flavour is extremely bitter, everything I make with millet flour turns out bitter. What am I doing wrong?

      Hi, no you didn't do anything wrong, it's just millet flour. Baked bread does get a bit bitter, the intensity depends on the type of millet flour. To partially get rid of this taste, mix it with another flour, which in this case is a completely different recipe.

    The first recipe use yeast. Do we really no need to wait for the dough to rise before baking?

    I have tried the with egg recipe 2x now with no rise...I thought yeast may have been bad so I got a fresh batch...no luck...I am NOT a baker or cook so ANY help is much appreciated as I attempt to cook for my health 🙏

      Hi, I would advise you to try baking powder if it doesn't work with yeast.😊

    Why does my GF bread always turn out like a dry, dense cake 😭. I use baking powder instead of yeast but it does nothing.

      Gluten free flours don't rise well unless we add eggs and baking soda. Or yeast instead of the two. That's my experience. Breads will be tasty but dense and they need to be toasted. Also shelf life is very short.

      @@oreogiri yes I add eggs , but haven't tried baking soda, I use baking powder though. It's too difficult , and I go through so much ingredients just to fill the bread tin as the demonstration videos ingredients are like 1/3 in reality.
